Sushi Neko offers exotic cuisine in a warm and friendly environment. It is a full service restaurant with a sushi bar, extensive wine list and cocktail bar. Guest can also order sushi online and pick them up at the store.
6 pieces of assorted nigiri sushi (chef selection), 2 pieces of california maki, 2 pieces of futo maki.
11 pieces of sliced raw fish (chef's selection) with sweet shrimp, miso soup.
Yellowtail, green onions, wasabi. Outside: seaweed.
This was the first time we’ve been in about 10 years. Sushi was good. Would’ve liked a little more interaction or suggestions from the bartender. The wine we ordered was out of stock, but maybe because of Covid.
I have to request this is my anniversary dinner and green tea ice cream for my wife favorite. BUT nobody say anything to us. Very disappointed
COVID precautions followed
I’m sure it would have been good. But, the restaurant was closed due to a gas leak. That’s fine, we understand things happen. However, we had no notification that the restaurant was closed. We drove down from north Edmond and found a note on the door. Just wish someone from the restaurant or opentable would have notified us prior to.
Very disappointed, made the reservation 5 days in advance for a group of 4. Chose sushi neko because of the restaurant atmosphere. Unfortunately, even with the timely reservation we were sat at a very small bar top in the lobby bar. Extremely disappointing. The lobby bar should only be used as overflow and having a reservation for 5 days should never count as “overflow”. The food was great but, our table took away from the experience that we were hoping for.
Always fresh and never disappoints!!
Love Sushi Neko, but unfortunately service has been slow and somewhat inattentive the past few times when have dined here — even Pre-pandemic.
Sushi Neko is one of the best sushi spots I've ever come across. It's a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for, and Neko's food is definitely worth paying for.
Our waitress hardly ever checked on us. Also, I ordered a Kentucky mule that was very weak and tasted only of ginger beer. When I asked for it to be remade, the waitress brought it back to me with some back-talk response from the bartender. This all made for a pretty bad first impression.
Our family came for dinner before graduation ceremonies. Always excellent food, but our service was especially great!
As usual, great service and great food!
Great! Excellent sushi and superb server! Would recommend for anyone in OKC.
We were seven minutes late. I tried to call and got an answering machine. The hostess told us that they gave our table away and sat us in the overcrowded bar at a little table. It was hard with all of our dinner and the waiter could not get to our table, so he handed everything to me to give to the appropriate people. He was very nice. The hostess was not. The food was good, but our first impression with the hostess and the seating was not.
Our meal took hours. Service was poor. Food quality was wonderful!
Always great !!
Waiter was good service slow.
A great Valentine’s Day celebration. The French fries were a great start and the sushi was incredible!!
Very nice. Food was great. Added tablets for Valentines made it tight
My wife and I ate here for Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation for 5:30, showed up on time, and were quickly seated. Then, we were quickly forgot about. No one came to our table for 30 minutes, and plenty of servers walked by our table multiple times. Other people were getting service immediately after being seated. Then, a gentleman came up and asked us, “Do you all need something?” LOL, yeah, we’re seated in your restaurant, we need service. After that, they sent someone to our table and the service was good for the rest of the evening. I know Valentine’s Day is a busy one for restaurants, but there were plenty of servers in the building and we were completely unnoticed for 30 minutes. The food was good, but overpriced. There is better sushi in OKC for less $$$.
The rolls were huge and so tasty. Will for sure be going back.
The best sushi in Okc!
Everything was very good. Our server, Richard, was great! The biggest negative is that the restaurant just feels cramped because of how the tables are configured and the crowd being dealt with. It’s a good thing for them though that it has always been crowded each time we’ve been there.
Nice selection of Japanese whiskeys and of course the sushi was fresh and top notch
The food is always great at Sushi Neko, prepared with care and always delicious. Phil, our server, was most attentive and was well-versed on the menu, made excellent suggestions and kept our drinks filled. Always a favorite spot for sushi.
There were lots of options and different things to try! Not very many vegetarian options for my dining partners, but they enjoyed Triple Delight and noodles and I got a sashimi platter. The sashimi dinner was good and came with miso soup. I'm not a sushi expert, but the selection was tasty and not overwhelmingly one type or flavor--a good selection to experience different tastes. The server suggested the green tea ice cream tempura and it was totally worth it.
The food was incredible. It was our first time at Sushi Neko. From appetizer and drinks to the sushi we ate for dinner, everything was great. Our server was excellent, customer focused and provided some nice food recommendations.
The food and service was outstanding! We went for my birthday and they brought my dessert with a birthday candle, took our picture and gave it to us before we left. We will definitely go back!
Great service and wonderful sushi! This is always our go-to for a great dinner.
New Years Eve
We had edamame, calamari, Lifesaver roll and Red Canyon. All were fantastic as usual. Always enjoy watching Mr. T working by at the sushi bar.
I had not been here yet. My sister lives in the area and we had a girls night from the holiday. We got served right away and timely. Liked my rose, sister had moscato she equally enjoyed. I really enjoyed our prime beef appetizer I cannot for the life of me think of the name. It was tender and melted in my mouth with a balanced taste of juicy meat onion, spices and sauce. Everything was well prepared and expedient! Definitely on the revisit list!
Best sushi in OKC!
The waiters seemed overwhelmed. One sushi roll was never delivered, a drink was so let we had to cancel it, and a birthday dessert for which I called in early was completely forgotten. The service team seemed to be trying to do there best, but was clearly unprepared to handle the crowd.
We are so sorry for the mistake that we made. The sudden rush of diners in this particular night definitely put us unprepared. Please come back in the near future and we can show you how good we really are. Thank you!
Danny is the best waiter. Great food always.
Food was very good.
Great place for a night out with the wife. We enjoy eating there.
The food and atmosphere were great, just like our first trip to Sushi Neko.
Our waitress was friendly but seemed irritated when not at the table. I don't know if it was us because we stayed a while (we bought a lot of alcohol and appetizers, etc., so I don't think so) or another table, but it was a little off-putting.
Always the freshest tasting sushi in OKC. Nice balance of offerings. Interesting appetizers. Top notch service.
The best Sushi Bar in town, always a great crowd. Well prepared sushi.
