This was our second time here to celebrate a birthday and the first time they did AMAZING really cared about making it a special time but not the second time. I made a reservation also for a birthday, we got stuck at a small table in a loud area which was disappointing but we waited for our serve to get our drinks she took a long time to even come to our table. She came to get the drinks and we were ready to order then she walked away, so we waited for waters and that took awhile.. long story short ever time she left to go get something it was going to be a long wait back. We were finishing our food, stopped eating and we’re waiting for her to come back and check on us to get to celebrate a birthday. I kept trying to get eye contact to wave her over not once did she make eye contact or come check on us so I had to get a different worker ti help us with the bill and box. We never got to celebrate the birthday portion, we have to wait a long time when we needed anything very very disappointing experience.

Sushi was great. Food and bar service was slow. Lights were very bright. There seem to be some corners being cut. We missed the warm towel to clean our hands with. Chopsticks need to be better for the type of place this bills itself as.

The entrance thru the Will Rogers theatre was very easy to use. Parking was close by as well. Our server Jay Z was attentive and did an outstanding job to clarify our order so we could enjoy the sushi and our daughter in laws birthday We will return very soon.

I made a reservation so that I could guarantee seating but was told I had to be seated in a separate part of the restaurant. When we walked through the main seat there were several open tables.

This was the first time we’ve been in about 10 years. Sushi was good. Would’ve liked a little more interaction or suggestions from the bartender. The wine we ordered was out of stock, but maybe because of Covid.

I’m sure it would have been good. But, the restaurant was closed due to a gas leak. That’s fine, we understand things happen. However, we had no notification that the restaurant was closed. We drove down from north Edmond and found a note on the door. Just wish someone from the restaurant or opentable would have notified us prior to.

Very disappointed, made the reservation 5 days in advance for a group of 4. Chose sushi neko because of the restaurant atmosphere. Unfortunately, even with the timely reservation we were sat at a very small bar top in the lobby bar. Extremely disappointing. The lobby bar should only be used as overflow and having a reservation for 5 days should never count as “overflow”. The food was great but, our table took away from the experience that we were hoping for.

Our waitress hardly ever checked on us. Also, I ordered a Kentucky mule that was very weak and tasted only of ginger beer. When I asked for it to be remade, the waitress brought it back to me with some back-talk response from the bartender. This all made for a pretty bad first impression.

We were seven minutes late. I tried to call and got an answering machine. The hostess told us that they gave our table away and sat us in the overcrowded bar at a little table. It was hard with all of our dinner and the waiter could not get to our table, so he handed everything to me to give to the appropriate people. He was very nice. The hostess was not. The food was good, but our first impression with the hostess and the seating was not.

My wife and I ate here for Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation for 5:30, showed up on time, and were quickly seated. Then, we were quickly forgot about. No one came to our table for 30 minutes, and plenty of servers walked by our table multiple times. Other people were getting service immediately after being seated. Then, a gentleman came up and asked us, “Do you all need something?” LOL, yeah, we’re seated in your restaurant, we need service. After that, they sent someone to our table and the service was good for the rest of the evening. I know Valentine’s Day is a busy one for restaurants, but there were plenty of servers in the building and we were completely unnoticed for 30 minutes. The food was good, but overpriced. There is better sushi in OKC for less $$$.

Everything was very good. Our server, Richard, was great! The biggest negative is that the restaurant just feels cramped because of how the tables are configured and the crowd being dealt with. It’s a good thing for them though that it has always been crowded each time we’ve been there.

The food is always great at Sushi Neko, prepared with care and always delicious. Phil, our server, was most attentive and was well-versed on the menu, made excellent suggestions and kept our drinks filled. Always a favorite spot for sushi.

There were lots of options and different things to try! Not very many vegetarian options for my dining partners, but they enjoyed Triple Delight and noodles and I got a sashimi platter. The sashimi dinner was good and came with miso soup. I'm not a sushi expert, but the selection was tasty and not overwhelmingly one type or flavor--a good selection to experience different tastes. The server suggested the green tea ice cream tempura and it was totally worth it.
