This is the best sushi that I have ever had. The food is so fresh. The hibachi is great and the vegetable fried rice is my personal favorite. The fried ice cream is to die for. The service is wonderful.

The food was good. The service was mediocre. We felt like our waitress was rushing us out the whole time. She would ask to take the plates away before we were even finished eating.

It was so loud we couldn't speak to each other. Our waitress lowered the music for us 3 times but we couldn't tell. I had to take headache medicine.

Also--I'm 30.

We were seating promptly at time of Reservation. Asked 1 or 2 questions about different appetizers than we usually order . The Peking duck was tough and chewy, wouldn't recommend and the taquitis sounded good but fell apart . If you just order sushi items ( lesson learned), the sushi is very good. We especially liked the Chilean sea bass. Good drink menu . Busy atmosphere but fun

The spicy scallop roll was great! I paired it with the kim chee potato hash and loved it! The service was on prompt and friendly. The music was a bit loud and it definitely had a lounge/bar vibe.

The food was excellent except for the super toro. The super toro did not taste as fresh as it usually does-- it was disappointing for the price you usually pay.

Great spot. Great sushi and excellent service. Always so nice there. Seating can be a bit crowded but the food more than makes up for it. We were seated at an upstairs table but under a huge vent. I was with two women, it is winter and the vent was blowing out cold air. Three times we had them turn off the cold air and three times it went back on. Besides that it was a good experience.

Hostess needs Dale Carnegie Training. The food was poor compared to the excellent food at the Morristown location. The seafood soup was so different compared to Morristown, Hoboken should be ashamed. Never again!

I've have to sushi lounge many times and always had great experiences. My last experience not so great at first. Food was amazing as always and waitress Caitlyn was great , but what turned us off was the hostess. We arrived right on time for our 7:30 reservation and the hostess went to seat us by the door. Right away we told her we didn't want to sit by the door and her comment was where ever I sent you you'll be sitting next to people. We understood that but didn't want to sit in the corner next to the door. Finally she found us another table after making excuses. As a hostess you are the first person a customer sees upon entering a restaurant and no one should feel uncomfortable about a table especially since we had a reservation. Luckily Caitlyn arrived and took our drink order and the rest of the night was flawless. As a reminder first impressions leave a lasting impression.

I went for a girl's night where we haven't seen each other in years. It was so great! Everyone loved what they ordered, it was festive, and our waitress was really nice and took our photos for us and was really patient and friendly. I definitely would have heard of someone didn't like it but between good and drinks it was perfect for the gathering. I always have a good experience here and everyone always loves the menu!

I've probably had lunch here well over 100 times in the past 5 - 6 years and finally brought my wife and daughter here for dinner, for the very first time. I ordered the Super Kani, Banana Tempura, Red Hot, White Hot, Chilean Sea Bass and On the Water Front roll. Absolutely as expected, awesome! Sushi Lounge is KING of Speciality Rolls!!!!!

Great place to grab a drink with your friends or even a fun date night spot. It is loud, but that's what adds to the vibrance so if you like quiet, this isn't the place. Way affordable and good menu. Will definitely be returning :).
