Great service, nice place, awesome food!
had a late dinner with the wifey....9 pm ish.....restaurant was nearly empty....quail was good
I don’t like brussel sprouts or cauliflower, but the brussel sprouts or cauliflower appetizer was amazing! The waitress was excellent and went out of her way to make sure I got the perfect wine.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and evening at Supper! Our server was sweet and attentive.
Nicely designed and Aesthetically pleasing environment. Service was slow, and the food was mediocre, at best. Hopefully, this doesn’t become another example of restaurants in San Antonio and Austin that emphasize design and a place to “be seen” to the exclusion of well prepared food. I’ll be in no rush to return. And one particularly humorous moment, my wife ordered Hot tea. What she was brought, was Yaupon “tea,” with the explanation: “that’s what we use for tea”. Point of clarification: tea and Yaupon leaves are two entirely different things. Just an example of emphasizing hipness versus substance. I think one can enjoy both! Good luck...
Our waitress Lauren went above and beyond for us to make our dining experience the best. She engaged in conversation, recommended food on the menu and ultimately made it a pleasure to dine at supper. Thanks Lauren!
3 of us had great food with adequate servings. One person had duck and it was a very stingy serving and he said a little tough.
Margs were delicious as always.
Fantastic! We loved it.
Supper is a delightful blend of traditional, quirky, casual and special occasion. Although I live out of state, I've visited twice in the past six months, once for lunch and once for dinner. The menu builds on regional classics such as quail, pimento cheese and fried tomatoes and adds contemporary favorites such as power grain bowls-- but all with palate pleasing surprises such as an unusual sauce or a less common vegetable. Prices are reasonable, especially at lunch with a hamburger and sides at under $15. The staff is friendly, not not overwhelming. Ambiance is upscale casual with a clientele of business folks, couples, girlfriend birthday lunches, etc. The menu changes so don't go by what you see posted even on their website. If you just "must have" a certain menu item you've seen online, call to check. Located at the gorgeous Hotel Emma, Supper is the perfect spot for nearly any occasion. While I have my favorite spots to take guests on the Riverwalk when I'm in San Antonio, Supper is my new go-to restaurant to meet a friend.
Superior food and service; creative menu for Saturday brunch -- just lovely !
This is a great place for any occasion. Love this place.
AMAZING AS ALWAYS!
Fabulous food and scene! The appetizer of brussel sprouts, cauliflower and caramel corn was amazing!!
Our server was excellent-- she recommended our appetizers and it was a very good choice. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but she was very attentive and felt she took care of us. The only complaint I had was the halibut was a bit dry for my tasting however, my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his steak.
Overall I would recommend Supper to my family and friends.
Fabulous experience. Excellent service, outstanding food, comfortable setting.
Their new brussels sprouts with cauliflower is amazing.
Supper is always an excellent choice for a business lunch or casual dinner. The service and food is always on point. We are so blessed to have Supper here at the Pearl.
Always have a great breakfast here. Beautiful well lit space to start the day
Really good food! I got the coconut curry soup as my appetizer and the duck confit as my entree. The food was good but the attentive service was definitely the standout. Will definitely be back!
The food at Supper was pretty good especially for the price. The wine actually is remarkably inexpensive compared to other restaurants. The service also was extremely good. One of the sides we ordered came out tasting a bit bland and we didn't eat much of it. The waiter didn't charge for it. All around, it was a good experience.
Great food, very knowledgeable staff.
MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN TOWN! Their smoked fried quill is extraordinary. A MUST visit for foodies. You wouldn't be disappointed!
Great service and excellent food quality
This is my fourth or fifth visit to Supper and I have never had anything less than a memorable experience, with solid service and thoughtful, imaginative cuisine. As a vegetarian, I am grateful that there are so many available options. Lovely, as always.
Food is terrific! Service is professional, but unfriendly. Bar drinks take longer than expected.
Another amazing meal at Supper! Their service is spot on and their food is outstanding. It was a pleasure to sit in via of the kitchen to watch the team work their magic.
Wonderful restaurant. Amazing food.
First time at the Emma Hotel. Part of the restaurant overlooks the Riverwalk, signature drinks are tasty , dinner options are varied, delicious and reasonably priced.
Food awesome as always. Our waitress was very friendly, came often to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything.
Amazing ambiance inside and out . The food was very good and priced fairly. Will definitely go back!
Beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service and delicious food!
One of my favorite places in all of San Antonio! The food is superb, the service is excellent, and what fantastic ambience. We need more high class places like this in San Antonio!
Wouldn't have changed a thing. Gorgeous weather, perfect table outside, no flies with fan, excellent wait staff, food out of this world good. Thank you
I eat out a lot in San Antonio and when I travel. I support local chefs and ingredients 95% of the time. The bar at Supper was great-pretty spot. The food was not bad but very bland and unimpressive. We asked for salt and pepper and never got it. I am a foodie and am willing to pay for great food. They had fair food. I expected them to be a top tier spot in SA but they are not. I have too many other great spots to go.
The restaurant feels classy and like it has taken you back in time.
My wife and I have been once before and it was wonderful. This time, not so much. Very loud. Server was inattentive, Brussels sprouts were burnt (and we even asked them to under cook them as we felt they were over cooked last time). Steak was just okay. Not near as good as the first time. I’d still go back and give it another try, but this time was a fail.
Server Frank was outstanding. Great food and atmosphere.
Supper is an exceptional dining venue for anyone who likes an upscale setting and enjoys a menu with fresh offerings served with delicious flavors and presentation. The staff is warm and friendly and very attentive to the guests needs and desire to have an enjoyable meal with family or friends.
Visiting the area, curious about all the talk about the restaurant, tried it out and all the hoopla was spot on
