Impeccable service! The food is amazing and the environment is beautiful! One of my Favorites!
Amazing thank you so much Supper. The food was scrumptious. The drinks were divine. The service sublime. Wonderful all round!
Fantastic brunch with friends--there were 6 of us. Server was a bit reluctant to split our check, which is the first time that has happened in over 20 visits (perhaps an anomaly). This place is one of the top restaurants in SATX in my opinion. Terrific and interesting menu that is always perfectly prepared and very reasonably priced. The location is also marvelous, in the Pearl district. If you haven't been, go now! And if the weather is nice, I recommend sitting on the riverwalk-view outdoor patio.
The food is PHENOMENAL. I absolutely had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and courteous.
The duck was incredible. The host was overwhelmed and not so nice, but our server was very helpful and friendly.
Outstanding venue - fabulous and innovative food, service and ambience!! Thank you, Supper and Hotel Emma!
Service was not up to their usual standards, less attentive than usual. We have been to Supper many times and this one was a disappointment. Several dishes, Avocado toast had a really cold fried egg on top and the Halibut dish was not as tasty as on previous occasions, the strange grain and sauce was not enjoyable. Please return to the previous style.
Excellent food very friendly wait staff. Favorite restaurant in San Antonio. Beautiful place wonderful place for brunch.
We were hosting out of town guests and they were really impressed with the food, service and vibe. Thanks Supper for another great job and wonderful meal!! David Burtt
Great overall experience. Food was delicious, but the service was even better. Our server anticipated our every desire and guided us through the menu so eloquently. Highly recommend Jenny to serve you if you go!
Food and drinks were delicious and service was great! I appreciated that they spaced our food out between appetizer and entree. Will definitely be back!
Enjoyed the food and the free valet parking
Loved everything we tasted, esp the potato tart. Nice room, too.
Outstanding dinner on 9/3/19. Returned on 9/4/19 and was disappointed as the seasonings changed and service level declined. After talking with the maitre’d we learned that a different chef was running the kitchen on 9/4 and maybe that explained the changes, as the food service was rushed and the food was much saltier. This place has the ability to rank with the best but they need to pay more attention to the variances and service details on a night to night basis.
Great experience, wait staff was attentive and kind
Food was superb will definitely be back!!
My girlfriend and I were staying at Hotel Emma for a weekend getaway and were highly recommended to dine at Supper for dinner. I am happy to say that our entire experience was nothing short of exquisite. From the very knowledgeable and helpful waitress (shout out to Lauren), to the care given to food preparation and plating, we were very satisfied. My girlfriend is a bit of a snob when it comes to duck, particularly duck confit, so she was delighted to find that the duck was served at the perfect temperature: tender, moist, and flavorful. Personally, I had the fried quail and I was nearly taken aback by how light the crispy skin was. Overall, we would highly recommended.
Been many times. The food is always good, but the menu always seems so pretentious. I look at everything on the menu and realize that it's all over my head and too good for me. The food is just too smart for me. So I just end up randomly picking whatever. It's always good, but I still leave confused. It's like the Apple phone of menus, "We'll tell the diner what he wants to eat." And their right.
Solid restaurant, but sadly nothing really popped. We had steak and halibut entrees, falafel appetizer, cauliflower and two desserts.
The highlight was the service.
For all of the hype surrounding this restaurant, I was very UNDERwhelmed. Extremely loud, limited menu choices, entree portion size was so small. Big disappointment t
Dinner was delicious. I had their signature quail dish. Thought the flavor and texture of the dish came together wonderfully. My partner had their ocean trout. It was prepared very well. Though it was a solid dish, we thought the quail dish was the standout. Finished the meal with match tea beignets. And that was heavenly.
we were hosting a guest from Japan, and wanted a unique dining experience. we considered Maverick and Revelle, but chose Supper at Hotel Emma. beautiful hotel recreated from the Pearl Brewery. huge industrial pipes and equipment have been incorporated into the decor, making for a very special ambiance. enjoyed a very delicious dry martini in the smallish bar, and were promptly seated at our requested reservation time. entering the dining room, the feel is of a turn of the century eatery, marked with soaring ceiling and large windows. the environment was lively, but the noise level not preventing comfortable conversation. our server, Jenny D, was terrific: professional, knowledgeable of the menu and wine list, attentive but not intrusive. great "people skills". we shared the popcorn/vegetable appetizer, and while delicious, i considered a bit too oily for my taste. the shared asparagus salad was bathed in a delicious dressing, but while adequate in leaf, was wanting in asparagus. next, halibut, trout and loin. each very tasty, and the beef cooked exactly as ordered. the puree sides were exceptional. we passed on the desserts, and finished the evening with expresso. we all agreed: an excellent restaurant serving delicious food, in a unique setting. we would definitely return...and ask for Jenny D as server!!
Food is a bit too different. Would like to have a few alternate choices to the regular menu items. The service was outstanding and you cannot beat the ambiance or setting. Just a bit too out there menu wise. What we had was good, don't get me wrong...just wanted more choices.
This was my third visit and the food and service has been excellent each time. And its such a unique venue at the Hotel Emma.
Supper made our anniversary very special. Thank you Supper!
Fantastic service from our waitress, Jenny. The food was outstanding! I’ll be ordering the cauliflower starter again! The meals were wonderful! We had the quail and the steak. So so good!
Had the avocado toast with fried egg and pumpkin seed relish for breakfast. It was great. Service was excellent.
Very personable staff and great food
It was ok nothing special with the food and service. The building and decor was very unique and worth the visit.
Great food, service and atmosphere.
Fresh fish selections and craft cocktails.
We loved EVERYTHING about it and we will def. return for more dinners
Supper will be my go to destination for a memorable meal from now on. It is not easy to blend exemplary service with amazing food but Supper has mastered both.
Took our son and his room mate from Trinity to dinner - Supper never disappoints!
Dana was a delightful, professional server. The food was excellent and the presentation beautiful. We will be back... and will bring our friends. Thank you.
Always enjoy eating there. Usually go for lunch or dinner which I like better than the breakfast/brunch.
Great service, nice place, awesome food!
had a late dinner with the wifey....9 pm ish.....restaurant was nearly empty....quail was good
I don’t like brussel sprouts or cauliflower, but the brussel sprouts or cauliflower appetizer was amazing! The waitress was excellent and went out of her way to make sure I got the perfect wine.
