This was my first time to dine at Supper. Very nice area and interesting decor. The food and service were very good. Price were good for the value. I’ll go back to the The Pearl area and will stay at the Hotel Emma at some point.
Went for breakfast and everything was amazing. Didn’t expect the carrot, ginger lemonade to be as good as it was. Also, they have environmental friendly straws which is much appreciated.
Had another fine meal at Supper. Fantastic and courteous service from the hosts to the server.
The service was fast and very professional and the food was outstanding! We ordered the table-shared Brussel Sprouts and the flavor combination was incredible! Will definitely return here again.
Supper again disappoints. Our entire table found the food lacking in flavor
And quantity for the price. Hamburger looked like 1/8 lb maybe and wasn’t even shaped
To fit in a bun. Would take some great reviews before I’d waste my money again. So not in keeping with the wonderful Pearl level of excellence
Really wonderful place for my birthday dinner with friends. Our waiter, Rob, was fantastic. We had a great time. Thank you, Supper!
A bit on the noisy side, but the service was excellent and I highly recommend the chicken soup. The soup and a nice glass of Jordan Chardonnay was the perfect lunch on a busy Saturday.
Great waitstaff and creative dishes. The fried chicken was excellent with the chorizo gravy. The cod was also very good. Beautiful interior and wonderful gathering spot.
Waitress was asked for something to take to hospital for friend off dinner menu. Server said Chef said no way. This was after she apologized for forgetting to ask chef . We watched her and she never even went in kitchen. Never will go back
everything was delicious, the lamb, the fish, the soup and the duck, really great food.
Bloodless Bloody Mary and Crispy Buttermilk Chicken is the way to go!
Love the atmosphere and service. Food was amazing!
We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the brunch. We used to dine frequently for dinner but stopped after the quality & selection really dropped over a year ago. We had not been in a long time and liked the brunch selection and both of the dishes we selected were very good. The only drawback is the coffee and tea were bad even though each cost 4 or 5 dollars.
Food and service was great!
Just everything was perfect
Great restaurant! Really very affordable for how excellent and innovative the food is here!!!
We had an amazing time at the restaurant, our server was great, food equally as great and beautiful atmosphere!
What an incredibly diverse menu! Ask for recommendations for a custom charcuterie platter to start and share several other starters.
Went by myself & really enjoyed sitting at the chefs counter. People were nice around me, food was great, went to the bar next to the restaurant in Hotel Emma. Overall, it was a great night.
Get the duck confit!!!!!! My husband and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary here as it’s a special place to us. Two years ago, we spent our wedding night/weekend at Hotel Emma and ate at Supper the following day. We had been here many times before and after, and discovered you can’t go wrong with anything. He had the beef, which literally brought tears of joy to my eyes, and the white whiskey old fashioned, of which I am very familiar. But the Duck. The duck. There are no words, except perhaps, “Thank you.”
Supper was amazing! Literally the best meal of our lives. Dominic was our server and treated us like royalty. Everything was pwrfect!
Especially recommend for Sunday brunch. The feel/ambience is more New York than San Antonio yet the staff is definitely Texas friendly.
Great breakfast! Loved all the flavors!
We went the Supper for our anniversary. We heard from a few friends how much they liked it. Our experience fell short. Our waitress was very nice and very attentive. We ordered apps pretty quickly and they were good. We all felt a really rushed to order dinner and had to ask to have a few more minutes to decide and take our time.
The dinner was ok. The quail and the lamb stew were really salty. The duck was good. My salad had an fried egg that was completely cold. Maybe that’s how they do it, but I found it a bit odd and it didn’t blend well. The other issue was that there were almost no wine bottles under $50.
Hotel Emma is beautiful, the main bar is gorgeous and Supper was very pretty.
I don’t see myself going back anytime soon though.
What a wonderful place! The food, location, view and amazing staff make this one of my very favorites! Don’t miss the crispy quail!!!! The warm spinach salad is very special, too! Supper is a great place that doesn’t break the bank!
All the food and drinks were great and everything cooked to perfection! Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable.
Excellent choice to celebrate CHRISTMAS EVE before church. Service was excellent, great wine list, and beautiful presentation. Situated along the river walk made people watching fun.
Wonderful food, beautiful venue on the river, and an amazing server. Our favorite spot to eat in San Antonio.
Supper is consistently great!
We had a wonderful meal and our next time to San Antonio we will make sure we have a reservation to eat here.
Loved our experience here. Our young one was being extremely well-mannered to the waitress when asking for her favorite dish. Unfortunately it was not on the menu- but an improvised version came out anyways. Happy to recommend to all for nice occasions.
Service was excellent. We had ordered a blueberry pancake and there were zero blueberries in it... still tasty though!
So good. Everything we had was super delicious and very well portioned. Would definitely go back!
As always, the meal, service and ambiance was incredible! Our server, Jackie, was able to suggest the perfect meal for my husband, who is a vegetarian. The kitchen staff are always responsive to special requests, love them all!!
Brussel sprouts were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Will definitely go again.
The food was creative, and was very good. The wine offer was excellent, but was a bit higher costs. It is a beautiful place; but for an older couple like us, it's too noise.
We would come back, because overall it was excellent. Bill
We wanted to celebrate our engagement anniversary, but did not want to pay the prices of the Tower of America's or Perry's Steakhouse. Supper's ambience within Hotel Emma at The Pearl, overlooking the San Antonio river was simply awesome. Has a speak-easy feel. It is on the fancy side, but not to the point where the staff is snooty. They were quite polite, organized, and attentive, making recommendations and several waiters refilling waters as needed, not just our one waiter. Cocktails were amazing, and complex. Food was amazing, and a dressed up comfort food. We had the quail with cauliflower puree and corn relish and the duck confit with roasted root vegetables. Both the meals and cocktails were worth the price for a fancy anniversary meal. We look forward to going back soon.
My Fiancé spent the day together down at The Pearl. We live in Alamo Ranch, far west side.
The service was fantastic! Our server and helper took great care of us- even gave us additional restaurants to try out.
Love when the food is wonderful, the service is spot on, and they are care about their patrons.
The entire experience at Supper was outstanding. The setting in Hotel Emma is breathtaking, and lovely to wonder around before dinner. If I could have ordered everything on the menu, I would have. Excellent starters with appropriate portions on the large plates that I enjoyed my meal, but also had room for dessert. Excited to return.
