We really enjoyed our lakeside table on the deck. The salmon was excellent, as were the tacos and fish and chips. The halibut was dry/overcooked. The vegetables were good. The service was extremely slow. It took a very long time (30 minutes or so) just to get our fried zucchini appetizer (which is always excellent). The second round of drinks didn't come for more than 30 minutes and were cancelled because we were done with the meal. The waitress comped the second set of drinks - which were delivered and sent back after we had paid the bill. Don't know if that was the bar service fault or whose.

Great lunch at Sunnyside today! We were able to dock our boat on their pier and were seated shortly after arrival. Our server Kaylee was awesome! Personable and had great advise on menu choices! 😎

We are long time customers and it is always a treat to dine at Sunnyside. We were originally going to boat over from Tahoe Keys but the wind was a bit heavy so we opted to drive over to celebrate the engagement of our son to his fiancée with her parents who had never been to Sunnyside. We had a wonderful experience as always and our server Ben was top notch.

Sunnyside is always a fun dining outdoors experience. Not just traditional bar food like every other place in the world, but with a little different twist. Great cocktails and excellent service.

This was the perfect way to celebrate our 38th Anniversary. Our waitress, Kelly, was excellent. The food, view, ambience all great. Thanks for making our celebration so enjoyable!

We’ve been visiting Sunnyside for years, even as “locals”. It’s always a great experience, whether it’s just the two of us or with family and/or friends. We never have to worry about the food or ambiance being anything less than top-notch. I generally make a reservation - not always - but when I do, it’s through OpenTable. The last couple of times visiting Sunnyside, we arrived a few minutes early for our 11AM reservation. Both times, I was told that we’d be seated at 11 - our reservation time. And both times, another customer (or two) arrived at 11 and they were helped and seated before us. It’s not a huge thing, mind you; we weren’t in a big hurry to eat (although last time we did have a noon boat rental reservation, as well). Still, it’s a customer service/courtesy thing. And no apologies, either. Something to seriously consider in the future. Thank you.

Service wasn’t great unfortunately. Food and ambiance was amazing as usual. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not on top of it. It’s still worth a visit. Hopefully they can pull it together next time.

We were given a lovely table on the deck overlooking the Lake! Nice service, but a Friday night on Fathers Day Weekend made it very busy, and our server was hustling to make sure all her tables were covered. She did a good job!

It's a beautiful spot to dine, and we had wonderful service (the food and drinks were served quickly and everyone working was very welcoming and nice). I miss the stir fry bowl that used to be on the menu. We will be back!
