Food was sub standard. Drinks were fun and tasty. Servers were cheerful, helpful and enjoyable. Ambiance is excellent.

Always love eating outside in the summer at Sunnyside. This time however, like last year, the dinner was NOT worth the cost. 3 of us had ribs and they were all cold and the fish and chips were so so. The ice cream for the Hula Pie was sadly not good at all and very little chocolate. It’s just the service is always great and you can’t beat the views. But the COST and the quality for the meal was NOT worth it.

We are locals that have been coming here for 40 years but tonight may be our last. We sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, stopped a young server to see if he could find our server. He came back in 5 minutes, said she was busy, so he would take our order. He took our drink, appetizers, salad and entree order. We waited another 20 minutes and our entrees came to the table before drinks, appetizer and salad! So we requested that they send them back. Immediately our drinks, appetizers and salad came. Entrees were brought back to the table cold! In the end because our server was concerned and trying, they did make it right. But food was still not very good and cold. So sad this us what Sunnyside has become.

Sunnyside never disappoints. We enjoyed our lunch I had the Salmon Rice Bowl and my husband the hamburger. Lovely day for outdoor seating overlooking the Lake. We always make Sunnyside a must when we are in town and look forward to our next visit

We really enjoyed our lakeside table on the deck. The salmon was excellent, as were the tacos and fish and chips. The halibut was dry/overcooked. The vegetables were good. The service was extremely slow. It took a very long time (30 minutes or so) just to get our fried zucchini appetizer (which is always excellent). The second round of drinks didn't come for more than 30 minutes and were cancelled because we were done with the meal. The waitress comped the second set of drinks - which were delivered and sent back after we had paid the bill. Don't know if that was the bar service fault or whose.

Great lunch at Sunnyside today! We were able to dock our boat on their pier and were seated shortly after arrival. Our server Kaylee was awesome! Personable and had great advise on menu choices! 😎

We are long time customers and it is always a treat to dine at Sunnyside. We were originally going to boat over from Tahoe Keys but the wind was a bit heavy so we opted to drive over to celebrate the engagement of our son to his fiancée with her parents who had never been to Sunnyside. We had a wonderful experience as always and our server Ben was top notch.

Sunnyside is always a fun dining outdoors experience. Not just traditional bar food like every other place in the world, but with a little different twist. Great cocktails and excellent service.
