Excellent service! Delicious food!!!!
Thanks to Howard for the wonderful music and to Summit for the great service.
Always a delicious meal, but Alvaro is the reason we keep coming back!
It was a great experience, from beginning to end. All staff was friendly and genuine.
I celebrated my wife’s birthday, and the service and food were perfect. The atmosphere was elegant and was a very enjoyable place to dine.
Love the prime rib! Service was spot on. I will definitely retun.
Celebrated a birthday.... his favorite place.... service and food is always great....very nice restaurant
Good tasting polenta and coffee with lively atmosphere all around. Thanks.
Love this place. Excellent food and service!!
Sarah was our server and very friendly. Steak cooked perfectly but french onion and lobster bisque soup was little bit salty..
We are frequent patrons of Summit House and have never been disappointed in any category you wish to discuss. Prime rib is remarkable, creamed corn is the best anywhere. The service particularly is always exceptional. Be sure to try the desserts.
Outstanding service. The
Prime rib was perfection
Great view, thanks. Nice seeing Gladys, Christy and coffee this spring.
Sea bass was great. Service was friendly and prompt. Nearby pianist was too loud. Pianist was friendly, good and took requests.
This is our to go restaurant for special occasions. We really like the ambiance and the service. The food is excellent, however I must say that the horseradish that they serve us the last time we went were far from great and I'm curious if they change the recipe. We like the old horseradish taste.
Celebrated Easter Sunday with the immediate family and couldn’t be more pleased.
We went for Easter dinner so the menus was limited but a nice selection and nice portions. Service was superb everyone was friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to others even though we were from south county.
We were here for Easter dinner. Food and service was outstanding! I have been to the Summit House many times and am never disappointed.
It is always just great!! Food, service everything about this place is WONDERFUL!!
We go at least once a month. Service is excellent and food is the best
The service was great. I was a little under the weather and didn’t want to eat fish. Tried the chicken, to much rosemary. Presentation was very nice .
Food is good but the service is very sliw
Polenta patties were delicious and the presentation was appealing. Thanks and I am sure the desserts are great---thanks for the offer Devon. Prime rib and Yorkshire pudding was reported to be delicious. Coffee arrived after polenta.
We had a lovely birthday celebration dinner. The food server was outstanding, energetic and professional.
I went to Summit House for my birthday celebration. Love their prime rib and ambience!
Our experience was great! The service and food was outstanding.
We celebrated our anniversary here on a Sunday night. We had 7pm reservations and were seated within 5 minutes. The placed was packed & loud! The restaurant is situated on top of a hill, with very nice views of Orange County. It's known as a prime rib house, but they do have a more varied menu. We both had prime rib, which came with sauteed spinach & Yorkshire pudding. My wife had the Summit salad which she really enjoyed. I had crab cakes, which were OK, but not the best I've had. The prime rib was very good and was prepared close to medium rare as ordered. Service was excellent and we received an anniversary card signed by the staff, as well as a free dessert. Pricing is a bit on the high side, but based on the service, we would definitely come back.
Amazing - Karen was very attentive
Great food. Superb service. Great view. Loud piano in the bar. Noisy overall. Very pricey.
Always LOVE Summit House. Our server, on this occasion, was terrible! The food and ambiance was wonderful, as usual! I'm always frustrated when a business works so hard to offer a great experience and the hired help ruins it. We will continue to go to the Summit House and will just ask for someone else, if she is ever assigned to our table again.
Food was excellent. The service was outstanding.
Looking forward to our next visit.
Great place to have a birthday dinner. The food was great, as always. My prime rib was a bit overcooked and they replaced it for me. Service was a bit slow and hard to get the attention of servers since it was at the end of the night and the restaurant was almost empty. However, everyone was nice and hospitable. They also give a birthday cake dessert! The city View is always nice.
This restaurant was great. It was surprisingly packed for a Wednesday evening and had to park a bit down and hike up. They had valet parking but I opted not to valet. We had a reservation and were seated right away. I recommend requesting a window because the views are stunning. My filet mignon was was perfect. I did not love the potatoes that I believe are scalloped but they were not awful. Be sure you leave room for dessert and I highly recommend the english trifle. It is a little pricey but it is worth it. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I came with a toddler and they provided a high chair and a closed cup for him. There is no kids menu but that was expected.
Prime rib was reported to be good and thanks for the Poleta patties.
Too noise! But Good service! And good food
And nice view!
Excellent food and outstanding service provided by Noah.
This place is cute but I would only go here for special occasions. It's fancy, delicious, and definitely overpriced. The view and lighting is definitely romantic.
STAKES NOT DONE CORRECTLY THIS TIME BUT FREE DEASSERT
Our meal was very delicious and timely served; the onion soup started the evening off just right followed by a prime rib cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful.
We highly recommend Summit House as the perfect place to enjoy great food and service.
We had the scallops wrapped in bacon and house salad for appetizers, both outstanding. Never had a black mustard seed vinaigrette before, it's quite good. My friend had prime rib, it's outstanding here. I had Pekin Duck with wasabi mashed potatoes, the duck was crispy but somewhat dry. The wasabi mashed didn't have the spice I thought it would have. Twomey Sauv Blanc was excellent by the glass, and Marci our server was outstanding. Very consistent restaurant, you'll always have a good experience here
