I enjoyed everything. I really did the reason i gave the scores revolved around the menu. It hasn't changed since the 4 years I've been there. If a menu with only 4 entrees i expect a degree of change.
Nice atmosphere and good service. Food was good. We were here as part of the Longmont restaurant dining week.
This is now my favorite restaurant in Longmont. The food was amazing, the service was professional and friendly and the atmosphere was warm.
Excellent service, awesome creative food options, great wine selection. You definitely can tell that every customer that enters SugarBeet’s doors will be treated like they are the most important customer in the place. Never disappoints!
Loved my drink and appetizer, wasn't so impressed with the entree and dessert. Would give it another shot, I may have just ordered wrong.
Fabulous food. Lovely service. Sugarbeet has it all. The wine list looked super, but I tried a specialty drink instead and really enjoyed it. We had yummy Brussels for an app and then ordered two entrees to share. Our server courses were them so we could enjoy each as a small plate. The crab cakes were yummy and the scallop entree was even better.
Definitely my new foodie fav!!
The food was very tasty, but my husband thought the portions were small. . . ONE short rib? Really?
Although the restaurant itself is fine, it’s in a neighborhood I would not have normally selected for fine dining.
This was our first time at Sugar beet on the recommendation of a friend. What a find! It's unassuming location belies the great food within. Creative and super fresh, it is food that's made with love. These guys are trying really hard and it shows. The cocktails were fabulous too. The only disappointment is the decor which is very ordinary. But for foodies, it's highly recommended.
These guys just never let us down! The food and the attention to detail are some of the best we've experienced in Colorado! Some may view this restaurant as "expensive" but in our view they are a great value considering the quality of the food and the experience!
Our experience was one of perfection in presentation, service, cleanliness, choice, mixed drinks and wine list. Everyone was happy with the choices available in each main course.
This was our first visit and it was early in the even. We opted to try a number of different appetizers instead of a full meal and were delighted with our selections especially the Seared Halloumi cheese. We will be back just to have that.
So Good! Scallops were awesome, pasta with heirloom tomatoes excellent, beignets for dessert!
The filet mignon was excellent! This is a wonderful dining establishment in nearby Longmont. Highly recommend checking it out!
A always, the service was excellent and the menu options had something for all three of our disparate diets.
We brought relatives from California. All of us were impressed. We were seated in the area to the left as you come in the door and found it pleasantly quiet.
Another great evening. Food prepared well, substitutions made to cater to our tastes.
The Sugarbeet restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Longmont. Prices are a little high for the quality of the food, though. The salads were delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly. The plates were switched, but the service overall was very good. However, the vegetables were hard and tough to eat and the potatoes were soupy. We highly recommend the chocolate cake.
I loved every moment I was there, the food was devine.
I had called ahead and asked for a birthday surprise and the server never honored or addressed this. The food was cold and not very tasty. The drinks were good, though.
Sugarbeet was A-MAZING! I can't wait to go back and try something else from their ever-changing menu!
We were celebrating winning a book award and wanted to go somewhere nice. Sugarbeet exceeding my expectations. We had the oysters and shrimp for appetizers, both we delicious. Two of us had the Gnocchi and Pork Cheeks, it was amazing! The pork was so tender and the sauce was amazing. My friend had the Scallops, she gave me a bite, they melt in your mouth.
Great ambience and service. Can't wait to go back!
Great as usual! The food was good and the wine was perfect.
My girl and i love this place. I try ro get there every 2-3 weeks when im not traveling. I recommend them highly. All service is great but Gotti is the best server!
We had a nice dinner for two. The restaurant is bit loud. Likely because of the tile floor. Our server was lovely. She did a great job speaking about the dishes and offering her own insights when requested. We will Be back.
My second time at Sugarbeet. Once again really inventive food, especially the appetizers.
Sugarbeet has consistently good quality food and great service. It is in a very odd location, but that's nothing new. Great dining experience for Longmont.
The food was delicious! Will definitely return. Great service too!
Our food was just fine not as good as previous times.
Outstanding as always. Menu options bring new taste treats on every new visit.
The cocktails and food were absolutely fantastic! The items were a little pricy but worth it for a special occasion. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. The space is relatively small so I highly recommend a reservation!
Having just moved to Longmont two months ago from Boulder, we were so thrilled to find a fantastic restaurant in our new home town! The cocktails were excellent! And everything that our party of four ordered was perfectly prepared and presented. The service was outstanding and properly attentive. We will be back. And very soon I hope!
Out of the way, but completely worth a visit. Great food, great service, great surroundings. We will be back.
Very nice evening and enjoyed food and atmosphere. Nice but not pretentious.
We love this restaurant. With so many new restaurants to try in the area, we do not get back here as often as we'd like. The food is absolutely delicious. I've ordered all over the menu and each time I think, "Boy, this is really good...I must remember to get it again!" Then I try something else that is new, or the evening special, and I think the same thing! Everyone is friendly, the place is clean, and while a bit off the beaten path, it's worth seeking out this wonderful, long-standing restaurant.
Our server, Jennifer, was excellent!! The food was delicious and we had plenty to chose from. All of the appetizers sounded good!
I fully enjoyed my seafood meal. My husband thought his steak meal was good, but not delicious for the price. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and great wine list!
The food was a little too exotic for my tastes and too price. The ambiance was too cold and industrial.
We have enjoyed Sugarbeet several times before we signed on for Valnetine's Day" SPecial Menu"; at $60 per person. My husband had the exat meal ( cheese toast appetizer, filet and chocolate dessert ) that we paid regular price for when it was not Valentine's Day. I had Bouillabaisse with three sea scallops and they weren't cooked thoroughly; made me queasy and I didn't eat entire meal. All in al, a disappointment. Doubt we will return again.
Great Valentine’s menu...and great food. We had EXCELLENT service as well. A great night...thank you!
Don't order wine; ask the owner what to order, I am not kidding.
