    Service was impeccable. Our waiter was very helpful, very knowledgeable and was right there for us at every opportunity. I had reserved a table for 4, but one of our guests was held up a bit and showed up over an hour late with a friend. Our waiter brought over an extra chair and seated them immediately. The appetizers and entrée's were very good and the menu was filled with really good choices. My lamb chops were a bit salty, but otherwise very tasty. Next time I'll ask to hold the salt. Our reservation was at 6 and we stayed until 9 because we were having such a wonderful time, none of us wanted to leave. We all agreed, yes we will defiantly be coming back to Sugar Beet.

    The food was delicious and obviously prepared thoughtfully and skillfully. Waitstaff was excellent. Atmosphere was not up to quality of the food. Bare wood tables without tablecloth took away from relaxing while eating quality food.

    We only return to Longmont periodically. Last time was in April when we had a wonderful dining experience. We had been looking forward to returning. Our experience last night left a lot to be desired. Of the 3 of our party, only one person enjoyed their meal. My wife's oysters were likely frozen and had not been properly prepared. My filet mignon turned out to be what appeared to be a 3 oz. piece of meat with a tablespoon of creamed spinach along with some mushrooms and a risotto cake. As an additional observation, I don't understand how a restaurant can offer only one chardonnay by the glass and it be "unoaked". I am going to chalk this up to Sugarbeet having a bad night and my wife and I making bad choices. We do plan on trying them again the next time we visit our friend.

    We are never disappointed when we dine or Happy Hour at this gem. Wonderful in every way. Delicious, thoughtful, beautifully presented meals and drinks with professional, friendly and attentive staff. Can't beat that! Our favorite local restaurant in the midst of many.

    This restaurant is consistently very good. The food is beautiful and incredibly awesome. The staff does not have turnover and the service is perfect. Very pleasant and fun, but also it is done to perfection. We always enjoy our evenings here.

    Everything was wonderful here. They split our salad for us. There were plenty of gluten-free options. The service was excellent. I will definitely be back! I would put on my wish list gluten-free bread and a chocolate pot du crepe! Thanks so much!

    This was the “last meal” for our CU son’s drop off. The food was amazing, had ceviche, roasted carrot cauliflower appetizers, sea bass, rack of lamb and risotto with duck for main andshared the baklava for dessert. All were fantastic. The service Erin provided was excellent and management also stopped by to check in on us. We will definitely be back when we come to visit our son from Georgia.

    Our food was delicious, especially the chef's version of caprese salad. Black garlic pesto is amazing, as are all the sauces. Great price for such outstanding food!

    This is a wonderful special occasion restaurant. Our waiter was personable and professional, and readily responded to dietary requests. He could not have been more gracious, and this also appears to be the style of the restaurant. Our meals were each unique, and all were delicious.

    Very busy Tuesday night! Brought right to our table. Servers were all very busy and hustling. Our gal was very attentive as I assume she was to all her tables. Kudos to her! She did a great job. Were not rushed. Food was warm when brought out. Delicious meal. A local gem. We will return

    We were celebrating a birthday at Sugar Beet. Because we believe this is a consistently outstanding place to dine, we choose it for celebrations and any fine dining experience. The atmosphere is urban, but not industrial. The owner and wait staff are warm and professional. The drinks are unique and delicious. There’s an excellent wine selection. But the food is the best part, always amazing. Save room for dessert. The apple tart is beautiful.

    What a fabulous night! Visiting our daughter and her fiancé in Longmont, we booked this dinner off reviews and pics, and it was really outstanding. David, our server, was such fun and knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu. He recommended the gazpacho, which was a seasonal special, and it was deliciously spicy. We all shared the chickpea panisse and roasted beet salad, and likely would have licked the plates clean had we indulged in any more of the phenomenal cocktails (have the beetropolis, you won’t be disappointed). Entrees were on point, cooked to perfection with generous servings. Dessert as well - enough baklava for a small army. The ambiance is wonderful inside - don’t be fooled by the industrial neighborhood. Sugarbeet is a winner and we will be back!

    The experience at Sugarbeet is always consistently excellent. Ari, the owner always makes a point of stopping by and Jess our server was great and attentive as always. The filet was particularly good tonight and if you haven’t tried the purple gin martini (empress 1908 gin) you should :-).

    The food and service were spectacular! It's a bit of a strange location for a nice restaurant. It's in an industrial area and right across from the train tracks. The train whistle is VERY loud. It nearly made me jump out of my skin as we were walking into the restaurant. Very stressful for me. But, again, the food, service and atmosphere are awesome.

    SugarBeet is a lovely place. It had been quite some time since we'd dined there. The service was excellent as was the ambiance. While we really enjoyed the oyster appetizer, the cauliflower, and salads... our entrees weren't as enjoyable. The sea bass was too done and even after sending the filet back, it was still incredibly rare as in BLUE. Plus the risotto cake with the filet was so fried it just didn't have any flavor. We were disappointed in that aspect, but again the service was really good as were the appetizers and salads.
