everything was perfect- can't wait to go back - love this place
We had 9:30 reservation. They told me when we arrived the kitchen closes in 10 min. It was obvious the server was disappointed our group was kids. I had emailed for a surprise ice cream to come to the table that was never received. Very disappointing!
Kids loved it! Keep in mind they do not have a kids menu. Other than that we enjoyed it.
Everything was amazing! Our server Stef was the best! Great experience!
Great atmosphere. Food was pricey but you're paying for the experience. Fun time!
Fun place! Great attentive staff/service. Lots of selection.
a fun place to eat, perfect for family or for grown ups to eat at
The server was great and the food was delicious! However, the 60 oz drink is really not 60 ozs., that was the only glaring issue!
Great place to celebrate a birthday!!The Congo ice cream sundae is so worth it.
Sugar factory is good at meeting with friends to take cocktails and some milkshake but for dinner it's not very good food
The food was sooooo delicious.and our waitress was very friendly.
The fun drinks are overpriced for families, but food was great and love the ambiance!
Food was just ok. Prices were high for the quality of food.
We had a great time but the food was not prepared great, it was cold and not the way we requested, the meat was not cooked properly.
We were there celebrating my daughters 12th birthday and she absolutely LOVED it.
First time at the restaurant for my birthday celebration. Loved it!!! Michael our waiter was great!!!!
It was my first time going and I was not disappointed!
Was never informed about the 20% service fee for parties of 5 or more. Added $40 extra just to wait a bigger table????? As if I wouldn’t have tipped well? Hostess was INCREDIBLY rude, waiter was decent, food was outstanding. Overall....for the price, I wouldn’t go back. Won’t stand the rudeness to experience the food again!!!
We had a booth pretty private. Would rather have that then an open table. Service was great. Kids enjoyed it. Pretty pricey it's not a thing you could do every weekend. Only on special occasions. But we had fun and the kids will remember this one.
Fabulous food, gorgeous ambiance and lots of energy for everything!
We had a good time but hard to swallow some of the costs, for an example, a goblet with alcohol is $37. Factoring in tax and the mandatory 20% service charge with a party if 5 or greater (even a 2 year old toddler counts here) and the drink comes up to $48.29. I guess some would call this good marketing, but to a consumer this was 25% of our bill for a party of 4 adults and a 2 year old and thus wasn’t a steak dinner
Michael was best server we ever had! He made our dining experience wonderful.
No matter what i order to eat i luv it. Ive tried 4 different goblets and there all amazing. I cant wait to come back. The candy/ duck theme is so fun!!
There is a Mexican restaurant/bar above this restaurant location. They had a very loud band playing which carried down into Sugar Factory. The restaurant was filthy - sticky floors, hairs on table, chairs had to be requested to wipe down. Service was super slow. Food was good, but overpriced. We won’t be coming back.
Lively place. Fun for groups. Food great. They do not believe in portion control 🤣
Food that was served wasnt what was ordered, table was small and we had a reservation and didnt have a booth available. Food was ok.
So fun - everyone loved this place! Great food and great staff! Only downside - could be a little cleaner which would make it outstanding!!
The quality of the food has gone down for the price you pay. The waitress wasn’t very attentive.
Great food and drinks. Excellent service, would highly recommend and go back again.
Came here to celebrate a birthday for a 2 year old (which I stated when I made the reservation) I didn’t expect anything but they didn’t even acknowledge the birthday at all. I love eating out and not worried about the price point but this place is an absolute rip off. At best mediocre food and shifty service. The only thing cool about this place is the environment and the candy you can purchase in the gift/waiting area. Typically their drinks are about $36 a pop for basically a dry ice presentation and some candy. For the experience we ordered a non-alcoholic one for the girls, at $28. Ridiculous. I ordered a cosmopolitan which wasn’t what I had received. Our server brought me out a blue drink with pop rocks on the rim. We also ordered a salad and their signature pancakes which again just alright. There is no kids menu but they do have a pizza that is not listed on the menu for children which was a nice option. This place is best suited for dessert only, don’t come here to eat actual food.
The bathroom does not meet the standard of rest if restaurant. Also they add 20% tip automatically be careful.
It was my daughter birthday I had to pay $25 to bring her cake in, they sit us by the outside she wanted to sit inside, the price of the food was expensive for small portions and the food was nasty.
Fun place for a birthday dessert for all ages! We had a great time! The staff was friendly! The desserts were amazing!
Food was ok, pricey, very laud. Service terrible. The front girl, Natalie was very unprofessional, no smile. She keeps me waiting for my reservation even my table was ready.
Very pricey for very average food.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon with our 3 kids. Not as kid friendly as I would have guessed for a place called the Sugar Factory. No kids menu and only canned soda. Service was OK. Our server was friendly enough but forgot part of our order and had to wait a while to get it. We will not be in a rush to come back.
OVERPRICED AND VERY
WAITRESS VERY UNEXPERIENCED. WILL NOT RECOMMEND
A DRINK FOR $36. IS A RIP OFF
We came for my daughters 12th birthday which I did tell them ahead of time that is why we were there. I would assume they would of at least sang happy Birthday to her, but the didn’t. There were 8 of us, the waitress did a good job attending to us and taking care of our table. So I gave high stars in that category. The food was horrible to say the least. The amount they charge is outrageous especially when you are already paying $28 for a drinks that’s with NO alcohol in it. That’s a bit steep. They either need to serve better food, lower the prices of the food or just be a desserts and drinks restaurant. We will not be back. I get better food at a much more reasonable price at my local family restaurant.
First time going to the Suga Factory and i must say i loved it. Of course the drinks with candy wasn’t cheap but it’s worth it food was good dessert was good. I would say this restaurant is family friendly over all bring my kids there next visit
Great service, good food however the drinks were overpriced.
