Food did not come out the way we ordered it our waitress was too busy updating her Facebook and Instagram to wait our table
Fun environment, lots to look at and the food has always been good when we visit there. Drinks are fun and festive but definitely the area they make their money from. Wish they were a little more reasonable.
Not worth it! They say a 60oz goblet, but the waiter brings it filled with ice and pours a 24oz tumbler of chosen drink into it for $27(non alcoholic) $37 (with alcohol). For parties if 5 or more, 20% gratuity is automatically added. That’s fine if the waiter is good, but when you’re trying to flag them down and they don’t come, that’s a problem. Couldn’t even get a refill. Had to push dirty dishes to one side of the table to have dessert even thought we tried to give them to him, he turned and walked away. Had to ask for plates for our fondue dessert. 2 non alcoholic goblets, 2 iced teas, 2 fettuccini alfredo dishes and 3 burgers = $213 (including $33 tip for terrible server) and the goblets were so sweet, the kids (3 teen girls) couldn’t even finish them and the food wasn’t even that good. Don’t waste your time! Find a different place to eat!
We had a great time. Took my two grandkids,13yrs and 10yrs. a little pricey but would go again .
Way overpriced and honestly if you want to keep it at that price point the service should be top notch which it wasn’t at all,.....and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting....we won’t be going back for that reason alone....Terribke experience for TOO much money
Waitress wasn’t too attentive, didn’t receive a refill on soda or asked if wanted another order of soda
Birthday dinner good experience
For the wait to get in and the cost of a beverage, it would be more tolerable if the people at the reception desk were friendly. I can appreciate that they are dealing with a lot of people, but they are also being paid to do so. This was not our first time at this location and I may seriously reconsider where I will bring someone for a special occasion. The cost of 3 drinks was astronomical. It may be owned by the Kardashian family, but most of us do not have the bankrolls they carry.
Food is mediocre but the ambiance is great. Candy is expensive, when we went there were so many kids picking at the candy with their hands that we decided not to get any. Birthday Icecream is $100, it's big but it's still ice cream. Seating is close and chairs are not meant for larger people. Overall we had a great time and we will go back.
Seated 40 minutes after our reservation. Incredibly loud atmosphere. Crammed with people everywhere. The good was pretty good, but very overpriced. Service was almost non-existent. One and done, not going back again.
Three Moms and 3 daughters had a fabulous time! With a reservation we were able to go right on in and loved the ambiance!!! We had great drinks, fabulous shakes and scrumptious food!!
Took my daughter for her 4th Birthday. The host stand made us wait for a table but I could see they were taking walk ins in front of us. We were sat in a back room which is totally fine since I have an almost 2 year old. Michael our server was fantastic! I’m in the industry and what I saw him do is something that is hard to come by in employees today. Once a table left by us (full of a bunch of little girls) left he swept underneath and around his table. The best thing about it is that it wasn’t even his table! Kudos to Michael! He made suggestions when we were ordering and walked us through the menu.
Nice people. Perfect ambiance. Good food. Great drinks. Great time!!!
I much enjoyed the experience we had last night. Our waiter Alvin was wonderful although he had several big parties. My biggest complaint would do with the front staff. I checked on a reservation and had to increase the number and was told it got pushed back by 30 minutes but then it wasn’t. And the requirement of everyone has to be there is difficult to accomplish at times when people have work emergencies. Working professionals can’t always just up and leave work and leave a problem unfinished. I do appreciate that you accommodated us while we waited for our sixth to arrive.
Our waitress was very nice and attentive, but the hostess in the front white lady was very rude and seemed bother when spoken to. Food was not that bad and didn't wait long for the food.
Cooks should wear hair nets, found hair in two plates. Manager was nice to change/wave costs. Everybody was cordial and attentive. Overall a nice experience. Thank you
The food is average. The drinks are overpriced. The service is horrible. I paid my tab in cash and my change was probably $2 and some change. However the waiter did not bring my change back. When I asked him about it he asked me did I want it. To me, it wasn’t about the change. It was about the principle that he decided upon his self that my change was such a small amount that he could keep it hisself and not even consider to bring it back.
Food was bland and low quality. No condiments on table, not even salt and pepper. Server never checked on us once food was delivered. Prices were ridiculous for the quality of the food.
It was average . I thought it was fun when they serve the drinks. But that was it. For $30 special drink (no alcohol ) , I am not sure if it was good value ? Food wasn’t like wow but not bad , just not that special though.
Restaurant is overrated . Took my 12 year old , was disappointed in cost of those sugary drinks $26 , out of price control . Came super super sweet . Can’t drink it from the amount of abnormal sugar amounts added . Food , we ordered a filet dinner which had a super salty sauce . Vegan burger also the mayo was very salty . Is this a place I’d visit again ?? NO .. would I recommend this to anyone NO .
It’s a place you go to once and never again .
Even the service was awful , waitress was not attentive to our needs only showed up a coupon times . Had to ask different employees that were around to fetch us napkins and other needed items .
Food was good service was ok
I was very disappointed in our experience. I understand restaurants get busy. We had 7:15p reservations. Checked in right on time. It didn’t matter. Parties that had some amount of people and later were seated right away. When after waiting 45 minutes we asked when we might be seated we were I informed in a couple of minutes right after they cleared a table in the “patio” since we had bothered them. In January on a 30 degree weather even though it was enclosed it was chilly. Don’t waste your time. Not worth the price when reservations mean nothing.
Very loud, overpriced, and crowded. I will never go back.
Very EXPENSIVE Experience.... once I'd enough!!!!
Only thing I’d complain about was even though I had made a reservation we still had to wait an additional 40 mins to be seated... Once seated however everything was great - little expensive but overall a very fun place to try out at least once!
It was very, very loud the evening we were there. We had a great server. We did have to wait 25 minutes past our reservation time before we were seated and we had checked in 5 minutes early. Parking was very difficult to find even with GPS as it took you to a garage, but the garage had no signage indicating we were in the right place.
The food was great. The service was a little slow.
It was nice to celebrate my daughter 13 birthday she and her friends had so much fun
This is a fun, unique place to go. This visit was for brunch! I had the S'mores Latte which came with a chocolate dipped graham cracker and marshmallows. I ate the chicken waffles, which were not only delicious but a huge portion! I will definitely return to try another treat.
The food was just okay at best, certainly not worth the cost. We brought the kids and they loved it as they should. It reminded my of the ice cream shop st the museum Didn’t give me a feeling of clean. I expected more. I had to ask repeatedly for water, plates for the appetizers - it was a disaster and not a fun experience. Possible short staffed.
We were there to celebrate my daughter's 15th Birthday. A party of 9, with a reservation at 8pm on a Friday night (2/1). We walked in just before 8 and were seated immediately. Water was delivered as soon as we sat down and our waiter, Danny, was there to take drink orders within a minute. We ordered several of the Non-alcoholic fun drinks for the girls, along with appetizers and entrees. We then ordered the giant dessert Sundae for 12. Everything was excellent, especially Danny, our server. He went above and beyond and was energetic, helpful and appreciative the entire time we were there. We also had a nut and strawberry allergy to which they were very accommodating. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely do this again. Danny really made the experience much more enjoyable as he had such a fun and lively personality! Kudos
Had a wonderful time . Great server by the name of Jon . I will always recommend him ! Thanks so much sugar factory
Food is not good at all. We had pasta alfredo and it was dry and not flavor, even chicken fingers are bad. Our server was very pushy, it was our first time eating in the restaurant, I have been in the bar and bartenders have no customer service skills at all !!
The environment is loud, food is overpriced and is not well.
We got there and told the lady at the register we had reservations. She walked away came back and another man came out and started wiping a stamp of her hand. Ignoring us and then she tells the man it was hurting he stopped and then she said I can seat u. We went to our seats and it took 15 minutes to even have someone approach our table. I'm a server and we have to be at the table within 3 seconds. The restaurant was even busy at the time we were there. We ordered apps and drinks those came out. My husband ordered a drink from the bar and never came till I asked for it. Not sure what was going on. We ordered our lunch it came out everything look3d good. We started eating and I had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was hard and not good at all. My kids liked their burgers and my husband didn't care for his burger. My friends told me that your food wasn't good but I had to experience it for myself. I will not recommend the restaurant to anyone. Not very good at all. Also we went into the candy store my son bought a few things and the lady at the register hated her job. Didn't say hello if she could have given me my 3 cents any slower. She didn't say thank u or have a good day. For such a big Corp u would think your employees would be professional and had manners. Needless to say will won't be returning, I was excited to take the kids and it was a disappointment. We were there at noon and we walked out at 1 that's because we my husband and I wasted our food and couldn't wait to walk out. Also I would recommend u put prices on your drinks. When we got our bill we were shocked. We spent 174 dollars the drinks were 26 dollars that's crazy. Not sure if the one in Chicago is better the the one in Rosemont but I'm guessing not. Our server was nice but she seemed overwhelmed with just a few tables. That is the experience we had way to pricey and not all that.
Overall, my experience was really good. The only thing I would recommend is having bigger tables for parties of 2. Also the chairs could be more comfortable.
Alvin was awesome! Great service! Very patience with our crew of children.
Very pricey, but my 12 year old and her friends loved it.
It was just a really nice experience everyone was very friendly and i appreciated it.
