Sublime was wonderful! The service was so friendly and helpful - as it was our first time visiting. The food was amazing! Definitely one of my all time favorite vegan restaurants I've ever been to. The atmosphere was nice and easy-going. Highly recommend! You won't regret it!
we are vegan and most vegan restaurants do not have a comprehensive menu or high end atmosphere. the food here was great and the atmosphere wonderful we will return!
Great great vegan restaurant. The first full vegan restaurant I have ever been to, and the food was phenomenal!
What a great place! The food is the best! I always enjoy going to Sublime. The service is great and so is the atmosphere. I can't wait to go again...
Food and service was absolutely exceptional! The atmosphere was perfect!
Although the restaurant had posted outside they were closing at 9pm that night, we had made an OpenTable reservation for 9 and they graciously seated us and served us. Great experience and we appreciated that very much.
My vegan lasagna was excellent. The best vegan restaurant I've been to. The pasta is made on site and the salad was creative and fresh. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular there.
Great place to eat some healthy food and great service
Really loved this place.
great place to eat for vegan options. Glenn our server was very good.
Amazing location, everything overall was spectacular. Definitely a place to visit often!
We are big fans of this restaurant and when in town from Nj we always come in to eat. We absolutely love the ambiance and food. It is excellent for Vegans and non Vegans as a top spot in Ft Lauderdale to dine at.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was prompt and friendly. The menu is very limited. The food was good but not great. The prices are very high for some entrees (Ravioli in mushroom sauce) because of the small portion. The vegetable lasagna was the best entree we tried. Overall I have been to much better vegan restaurants in Palm Beach County to ever return but it’s worth trying if don’t mind spending $100/couple for average vegan food
Consistently hands down the best, and my favorite not just Vegan, -but restaurant in Broward. Doug is an outstanding bartender and waiter. He manages to do both on the most busiest of weekend nights, and doesn’t miss a beat! Always a pleasure, whether dining in or carrying out. Thanks Sublime!
Im newly vegan and my friends is considering changing her diet to include more vegan dishes. We enjoyed Sublime!
The restaurant ran out of some of their popular dishes. Tonight my son ordered the ravioli. The waiter came back and said they ran out of the ravioli. For dessert they ran out of all the cakes except for the coconut cake. This was early in the evening. We have been here several times but were disappointed on this visit. The menu had been cut back, ,by the waiter!s own admission , but they had little of what was on the menu.
I really enjoy the Vegan food. There are very few places that are as classy as Sublime. I live 30 minutes away and don’t mind the travel.
My husband and I really enjoyed Sublime. The service, the ambiance, the food was all excellent! I highly recommend.
I have known about Sublime for quite some time (at least 10 years). The menu then and the options now is quite disheartening to say the least. Whether it be change in management, low staff turnaround, cutting in food cost, or tough financial times, the quality of the food should never suffer, because true Vegans and supporters of Sublime can/will definitely notice the shifts.
Within the last 3 weeks, Sublime offered a raw zucchini dish, along with the Portobello stack (which was by far the best dish on the menu) however, was way too salty. This lends to the inconsistency of the chefs in the kitchen. Last week these options were removed. The other rather delicious dish is the mushroom ravioli; however, this is the most expensive dish on the menu, yet they only provide you with 6 raviolis. I inquired about the menu deletions and was told that after the hurricane it was too difficult for the chefs and/or management to undertake some of the most difficult dishes. Thus, this makes sense now. The menu no longer offers hand crafted vegan dishes, instead, to save time and money, the menu is filled with "ready-made" Gardein options. The upscale ambiance no longer fits the low budget menu option. Honestly speaking, my partner and I love food so much (hardcore vegans) that we do not mind spending more on food items so long as the taste, presentation, and options are up to par. We ordered the "frito misto" appetizer, the "Sublime piccata", the "Gardein burger", 2 chopped salads since they did not have arugula, and the "chocolate nirvana" for dessert. Our bill was close to $80, yet we could have gone to Publix and ordered a frozen bag of gardein cutlets and prepared our dinner for less, honestly speaking. If Sublime want to remain open and keep customers satisfied, they need to do better. Each time we go the items either change, are not available, or do not taste the same. With these inconsistencies, it is quite difficult to recommend this restaurant to others.
Very disappointing. I go to Sublime a couple of times per year, always hoping it will be better since it is one of the only full vegan places in Ft Lauderdale. Unfortunately it always under delivers. This last visit was the worst yet. The menu is smaller, the portions are smaller and the quality is poor. They basically take Gardein products and heat them up. For an "nicer" restaurant, the food is very basic and tasteless. If their food was more like Green Bar or Darbster, it would be worth going to, but it is not. On top of that, the service was poor. The waiter took our order, and after that he did not come back until we asked for the check. If you go to Sublime, do not have high expectations or you will be disappointed.
Waiter, food and ambiance all fantastic. Love this place.
