A wonderful Anniversary dinner - thanks to everyone!
Good steak not fantastic. We had two different cuts and both were over salted. The apatizers were fantastic. They messed up our order twice but did a nice job fixing it.
Service was good, food was good! Only issue was that it is SO loud that it was hard to have good conversation.
Will definitely come back on non peak time!
Everything was just ok. Was expecting more.
We went to dinner before the Michael Jackson One show at Mandalay Bay. Excellent choice we couldn't have been more thrilled.
Our waiter Steve was outstanding with service and recommendations from the menu and for drinks.
The food was amazing. We started with the complimentary french fries of 3 different textures and dipping sauces. There are not words to describe the caesar salad, the caesar dressing and croutons, amazing doesn't do it justice.
The steaks were done to perfection and could rival Ruth's Chris or Capital Grille easily. The sample of cornbread that came on all the plates was scrumptious. Lobster was amazingly prepared not overdone or too mushy. Scallops were prepared to melt in your mouth. We had the creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes. Again amazing taste.
Dessert was a recommendation from Steve, the beignets and creme brulee.
This was our third visit to the restaurant. We enjoy a great steak and Stripsteak is the place to go. You don't need a big steak if you're ordering the Wagyu because it's so rich and a small portion is just enough. Besides you get started with an assortment of fries with various dipping sauces that are mouthwatering yumminess. A must visit when in Vegas!
Best steak in Las Vegas!!
Extraordinary meats. Great service
I really enjoyed StripSteak. Went here for a business dinner and a few arrived late but the waiter handled well and our food was served all at once without major delay. The steak was cooked well maybe a little more seasoning but other than that pretty delicious. The potatoes are amazing I could have eaten the whole bowl. I’m a huge fan of bread before a meal. The bread didn’t taste like anything. Wasn’t memorable as far as Vegas bread baskets go. It is a fun setting right off the casino floor. Our service was great and the drinks were good as well. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you are in Vegas or staying at Delano or Mandalay Bay.
Dinner was outstanding on this particular evening at STRIPSTEAK in Mandalay Bay. The starter that includes an assortment of different duck fat based French fries is a nice change from the typical bread service. The BLT wedge salad, domestic Wagyu filet mignon, trio of sauces, potato puree which included both lobster and sour cream versions, and beignets with a selection of three sauces for dessert were all each delicious. The service was great from start to finish as well. The restaurant was packed and full of energy and nice to see for Mandalay Bay as a whole.
Excellent choice for a business meal. Nice wine selection, service and ambiance.
This place was AMAZING. our server was so awesome and the food was divine. Ambiance is busy but private, and the wine list is insane. Would definitely come back again.
We had VERY high hopes for Stripsteak and I was not disappointed. We shared an amazing ribeye, that was perfectly moist, perfectly cooked and perfectly delicious! They have an awesome wine pouring technique that allows you to have a glass from the SUPER expensive wines they would normally never serve by the glass - our glass of pinot really elevated the steak and meal. We had a couple side items and a salad - every piece of the meal was very elevated and flavor focused. Would absolutely recommend!!
Great dining experience
Mom’s 66th Birthday. Beginning with samples of three different duck fat fries was a great way to start. I kicked off dinner with the wedge - delicious. Several went with filet and were very happy. My ribeye was wonderful and cooked perfectly. The au gratin potatoes are not too miss. The sides are enough for 4 people, at least.
Very nice dinner and and ambience. I took my friend and We loved it! Thank you
Service was fantastic. The good was great as well. It wasn’t busy so we felt very catered to. The value was a bit overpriced, but the restaurant is in a casino, so that was expected. A great experience overall.
Tender buttery steaks to die for! Need I say more?
Order the Ribeye. You'll thank me:)
We have enjoyed this restaurant 3 or 4 times over the past few years and it is a great steak place. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Also has on of the best bar selections I’ve seen. Worth the to Mandalay at the end of the strip.
Our waiter Steve was excellent! He was efficient and a pleasure to talk to.
Waited well over an hour for meal to arrive. Filet not prepared as ordered. Staff seemed to smile and rush the problem away and minimize it. Will not be going back nor recommending it. Very disappointing
Dont make the same mistake I did and order Fish at a steak place, the tuna had no flavor and was overcooked. They also forgot my salad which was disappointing. One of my guests enjoyed their steak the other for a rib eye way full of tendons and fat, and the wait for the men's room was over 10 min. Overall for the price it was a horrible experience.
We went here for my birthday. The food was outstanding! The service was not great. We had a team of servers but they came around very little.
Food is very good, but over priced. Extremely slow service. 2 1/2 hour dinner for a party of 9.
I chose Strip Steak because it was one of the few steakhouses on the Vegas strip I had not previously been to. By comparison, this was one of the least satisfying experiences. The table at which we were seated to dine was more akin to a bar table, with a low couch for one seat. The service was very slow to start, but improved as the dinner progressed. I always order a rib eye steak, usually bone in, although this time I ordered the 16 ounce, no bone. I of course expect fat marbling in my rib eye, but this cut was the fattiest rib eye steak I can remember having, particularly in a high end steakhouse. The gratin potatoes had great flavor, but were slightly undercooked, IMO.
The bartender did make a great Negroni.
Good steak restaurant, very loud & vibrant place
nice and modern atmosphere
Absolutely amazing! I had the Wagyu Ribcap and it was cooked to perfection. Got the green bean side dish and that too was delicious. It’s pricey but it was worth every penny. Best steak I’ve ever had!
On hol from Uk and pre booked this restaurant for 6 of us. Food was superb - steaks were fantastic - probably the best we’ve had. Usually go to S and W in Vegas, but this was superior and we will return. Vibrant atmosphere and good staff too.
best steak in town - „must have“ in Vegas !!
We had another great time thanks again to Heather. She is the BEST!
This was an incredible disappointing meal. Every dish was either mediocre (gratin potatoes, filet mignon) or downright terrible (ribeye cooked to charcoal, another one that seemed to get double salted). To top it off our server was inattentive and disinterested. He said he'd get a manager but we had to call the manager over ourselves. They comped out sides and 1/3 steaks, but we still felt it was a rip off for the poor quality we received. This is the single worst steakhouse I've been to in Las Vegas.
Amazing experience. Food was great but service even better. They gave my wife and I a happy anniversary card signed by the whole staff. It was incredible.
Eric, our server was fabulous! Dinner was amazing and the ambiance is awesome. The entire staff made our anniversary dinner a special one.
We had great expectations for our dinner. We were told their steaks are amazing. But the service was very lacking. For a restaurant that has $60 steaks to have poor service is wrong. Pass on this place.
Great atmosphere. Food wasn’t worth the price.
If you are getting drinks, get the White Russian!!! So good.
The steaks are prefect. The sides have the favor to enhance the steak. The Wine list is extensive.
