Acclaimed Chef Michael Mina breaks new ground with the debut of StripSteak by Michael Mina - Mandalay Bay - Las Vegas, his first steakhouse. With its classic menu, inviting bar scene and sophisticated atmosphere, StripSteak plays host to guests looking for the perfect filet in a modern alternative to the traditional steakhouse setting. Delicious food! Never come to Vegas without stopping here for dinner, sometimes twice in one trip because it's so good. The mac n cheese is amazing. The rib cap steak is the best steak I've ever had.

I have come here more than any other restaurant in Las Vegas since moving here. The food and service is always amazing. I end up always getting the wagyu tomahawk, as it is the best steak I have ever had. The dessert menu changed recently, and both the chocolate napoleon and carrot cake are excellent.

Wonderful meal and evening - all of the food was really outstanding with great steaks and excellent service! Our group had the ribeye and the filets and all were cooked perfectly and so tender you could cut them with a fork! The Brussels Sprouts and the AuGratin potatoes are both worth the visit on their own!

This was an anniversary date on Valentine’s Day. I made reservations well in advance and was glad I did. The server made the night even more special. The food was perfect. I’ve never had lobster that good. Things were so perfect I called the manager over to complement the whole staff.

Decided to take Mom out for some Mom and daughter time. Having an 11month old it is rare I get to spend alone time with my mom so we decided to get dressed up. I didn’t really like being sat right where everyone walks through and it made it distracting. It was hard to have a conversation with everyone coming through but really that’s it. The food and service was amazing as usual. My mom really like her bruises martini and both filets were cooked perfectly. Next time I’ll just have to ask for a different table away from the hustle and bustle high foot traffic area of the restaurant. Thanks for the night out.

Great place to come when you’re looking to have a good conversation. The food was amazing. Tried multiple apps, entrees, and sides. Everything tasted great! Another thing that I liked was that they didn’t rush the food out. I hate when your apps come and you haven’t even had time to finish those when your food comes out. The meal was timed well. Our server was great, had many good suggestions, and was prompt. Definitely a great place to go for a nice dinner.

Had best dinner ever in Vegas. Service was the best. Made our 20th anniversary very special!

Bar tenders were very friendly and attentive to get our evening started.

Jason was a great server and Sunny was awesome helping us pick a wine!! Great all around service by all and outstanding service. Thanks to the entire staff! Will definitely come back again! 😊

The steak is definitely expensive but well worth the money in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered the filet ($62) and I ordered the 16oz NY Strip ($61), and we shared the black truffle Mac n cheese ($18, def enough to share). For drinks I had the cucumber martini ($16), which was refreshing and sweet at the same time. If it wasn’t $16 I
Would’ve ordered several! The final bill was pricey, however, for an excellent steak and special occasion, it was worth the price. Would return again.

Live out of town but travel to Vegas regularly for business / conferences over the last 15 years. Hosted a business dinner here, food was exceptional! I would rate the 16oz ribeye as one of the best I've had. One of the people in our party had the duck and said it was the best duck shes ever had. I will be hosting dinners here regularly.
