Strip Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Special potatoes (twice backed potatoes were explained to us and they were essentially home fries) were not very good and spinach side dish was pretty dry. Lobster Bisque was best I ever had and steaks were awesome. Would not recommend scallop add on to entrée for $10 for 2.
My wife enjoyed her steak a lot. The Mac and cheese was delicious. That said, there isn't a single entree on the menu that is vegetarian. The server was knowledgeable enough to know what entree could be adjusted, but for the price, I would have rather just had the mac and cheese. It originally had scallops, which would make the price make more sense, but replacing those with zucchini, yellow squash, and red peppers doesn't really cut it. It was probably $4 worth of ingredients. I understand, it is a steakhouse, but I don't see myself returning unless there is one or two actual options for vegetarians. I'll have one of the a la carte sides as my meal if I do end up going again.
Our server Amber was one of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced. We had such a great time at the restaurant. Everything was done very classy and professional. Hubby and I ordered filet for 2 with garlic red smashed, and bourbon creamed corn. I ordered my filet Pittsburgh style. It was cooked perfectly. Didn’t even need the steak knife! Desert was cheesecake which was good (not quite as good as mine) was enough for 2. I can’t wait to go back again for the next special occasion.
Fantastic, as always. Natasha, our server, went out of her way to be sure we were comfortable and at ease for the meal. The food was amazing, especially the Wagyu beef. It was prepared just to our liking. The side dishes were delicious and enough to share with leftovers. Cocktails were tasty and the wine was excellent. We were celebrating three birthdays and there was a delightful cake presented to us at the end of the meal. We look forward to our next outing!
The only problem was reservations for 615, arrived and told me table will be ready in 10 minutes..met my friends having a drink at the bar and 3 hostesses forgot about us..there were 3 of them and it shouldn't of happened we got seated at 650 because we had to wait..we sat upstairs and it was so hot.. heard other people complaining outside that they had to leave because it was hot upstairs..other than that, the food was excellent!
Strip has become hit or miss for us. We were giving it another try after a long break and it was just ok. The service was good, though we were there a really long time. It was at least 30-40 minutes after we sat down before we even got our soups and salads, which is a long time when you are with preteen kids(and we were not the hold up!). Two of the three steaks we ordered were served warm and the third would possibly be considered hot. Strip used to be our go to spot that we would be at once or twice a month, but we have found much better local options!
My husband went here for the first time on our 5th wedding anniversary and have never forgotten the service and delicious food! We rarely get a date night so when I booked through open table recently and then realized we would be 15 minutes late, the hostess was so accommodating! Colton was our server and he was very informative of the menu and gave us great service. All the good was perfect, but you must try the mac n cheese!
Very disappointed in our visit . Strip is somewhere we normally brag about and go to every special occasion. I have noticed the last two visits the food has not been as good as normal. I always get the bluewater tooth fish ( my absolute favorite dish) but it has not been good like I said the last two times . Also we had bugs crawling on our table . Very disappointed and I hope this is just a fluke
My wife and I always enjoy our experience here. Sometimes we bring along additional guests to join in the experience. Food is great and plentiful. A little pricey. This past time we had wanted to take our time ordering which was fine with our server, but we were reminded that there would be a reservation following ours. This gave us a feeling of being rushed although it worked out fine. Just thought the reminder was a little tacky.
Perfect as always!!!!! My wife and I got married next door at the Clifton Barn 3 years ago. We have been to Strip for our anniversary dinner ever since. The company I work for is very small, just 3 of us!!!! We have our Holiday gathering at Strip every year as well for drinks and great food. When we have visitors in from out of town Strip is definitely our go to. Awesome atmosphere and delicious food. Staff is great and always friendly.
