   Not sure how they have good ratings considering how they treat their customers. The food was good, but not good enough for the 50 minutes we waited to get seated past our reservation time. We arrived right on time, checked in, and were told it would be a few minutes. After multiple times checking in and getting told tables were almost done and that we would be seated soon, the manager or some guy in charge let in his group of friends without a reservation to cut us in line. The food was good and the waiter was very professional, I just don’t get how they are still in business with that service.

   We've eaten at Strega before and were never disappointed but things have changed. There're more interested in table turnover. The food was average, nothing that I would recommend. The wait staff were very efficient. We were in and out of there in 50 minutes, talk about fast turnover. No coffee or dessert were allowed to be ordered, don't serve it anymore. Told to go to a caffe.

   Food was fantastic. Loved the tableside pasta tossed in giant wheel of parm. We didn’t get seated until half an hour after our reservation, which was a problem for some members of our party. Staff was great. Four stars instead of five solely based on the wait. If I have a reservation waiting a few minutes past the designated time is ok. Half hour is a bit long.

   It was so nice to be welcomed back to Strega after a long time since we've been able to come into town, and to be recognized and acknowledged as "Good Customers." Strega is our favorite restaurant in the North End and we always greatly look forward to dining there. The service, as always, was outstaninding, and the food is just beyond phenomenal. Can't wait to come back.

   Was sat 30 minutes late and placed into a small corner with two makeshift tables. Not very comfortable

   We asked to moved our table and then were ignored when we did. Servers didn’t have a clue who was taking care of us. Extremely poor service

    Our waiter was amazing and the food was excellent. Great vibes and a great night. Definitely would recommend.
