The Chef trained in his homeland of Italy in early 2000's where he honed his skills under some of the great chefs of the area. He also spent time training in Spain, Portugal, and Greece where he rounded out his knowledge of the Mediterranean Cuisine.
Anthony was recently auditioned and considered for a role on a Food Network Program currently in pre-production
