Die Anrichtung der Speisen war sehr schön. Die Fischsuppe war mir persönlich zu viel Dill/Lauch, das hat den fischgeschmack stark reduziert. Ambiente/Service und Qualität waren top!!!

Wir kommen zweimal im Jahr ins Strandresort Markgrafenheide und immer freuen wir uns auf einen Besuch in der blauen Boje mit diesem schönen Ambiente. Allerdings haben wir jetzt schon öfters gesagt, dass die Karte für Leute die mehrmals da sind, ein wenig langweilig wird. Wir fände es toll, wenn es eine Art wechselnde saisonale quartals Karte geben würde. Dann wäre auch immer noch ein bisschen Überraschung beim Besuch dabei.

Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, der Service ist ebenso gut, ich habe einzig etwas mehr vegetarische Speisen erhofft. Allerdings gab es viel Fisch und Fleisch zur Auswahl. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Schön ist es auch, dass man zwischen den "Gängen" einen Spaziergang machen kann, ohne dass der Tisch anderweitig vergeben wird.

Leider waren die Burger mäßig warm, sicher dem Transportweg von der Küche bis zur 2. Etage (trotz Fahrstuhl) geschuldet
