Not thrilled about the 18% added gratuity, it limits my ability to fairly assess service levels. I understand large parties and require more work but if I have great service, I like to left with the choice to make that decision

Food and service were outstanding once we were seated. It was 45 minutes after our reservation when we were seated in Father’s Day chaos.

My wife and I came to celebrate her 40th birthday. The lighting was nice and the staff was courteous. Our Waitress Ms Abbey Was Excellent!😊 very satisfied

The food was great as always and the ambiance was awesome. Our server Jimmy was Superfantastic. We give him a 9 out of 10 only because when I got home I was missing the butter, sour cream, ect. for my baked potato. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20yrs. so it was a minor error. We will definitely be back soon!

Not the best experience this time. Great that the restaurant was busy but if you make a reservation those should be taken care of first without a major wait. That’s why you make reservations.

As usual the food was very good. The reservation process was quick and easy through Open Table. However our reservation was for seven and the reservation desk staff was not the most efficient. We were told it would be ten minutes, almost an hour later we were seated and were told the seating for reservation was in order the guests came in. We arrived early!! Wrong , seating should be done based on order of reservation time. Meaning guests that came in after us and had reservations were seated before us. The person handling reservation seating skipped us and seated others with later reservations after us. I asked. She had to go back up the list to find our reservation and had either forgotten our reservation or overlooked it. Not a good way to handle reservations. We will have to think seriously about going back there again.
