Sunday brunch is always delicious here!!! Eggs Benedict is always perfectly cooked
Brunch. It was good. Lots of food. Service was good.
Met up with my girlfriends for Sunday brunch. What a treat! The buffet was extensive and offered something for everyone - even healthy fare. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious My favorite was the Sweet Potato Wellington and Eggs Benedict. Come hungry! I highly recommend this place for Sunday brunch. Reservations are highly recommended.
First time dining experience. Very pleased. The service and food were wonderful. Only thing we could suggest as an improvement is that the noise level was higher than desirable. Definitely will dine again at your restaurant.
Great place for brunch ,lunch or dinner.Warm reception and good table seating.Daily spacial gave added menu offerings. Service was great. Food really tasty.will visit again.
Very good prime rib dinners. Server very friendly
Convenient, dependable, great servers, great desserts. Owners always attentive
Our first time here but it won't be our last. The space is upscale casual, with room between tables so even when it's crowded you can easily hear your companions. The bar area is a good size and inviting. Our waiter was friendly and professional and the food was excellent. While the new American menu offers plenty of great choices, the list of specials for the Saturday night we ate here was extensive. There were plenty of locally sourced items on the menu and all were offered at fair and friendly prices. while choices ranged from seafood to pasta to beef, pork and chicken, we stayed simple with Manhattan Clam Chowder to start paired with a Turkey Rueben and a burger made with Buffalo. The Rueben was very large - filled with moist turkey and served on a house made marble rye. The buffalo burger was topped with sweet caramelized onions and blue cheese. The accompanying Lamb Weston Sea Shore Fries were the best French fries I have ever had. This is a popular place for a reason. Make a reservation, bring an appetite and enjoy!
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner. The wait staff was great! My husband had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. I had the fettucine with marinara to which I added shrimp - they were overcooked and rubbery. My husband ordered the SBG Kentucky Sweet Tea which was horrible. There was no taste of iced tea whatsoever. Our waiter did replace it with the Pink Sangria which is what I ordered and it was very tasty. All in all, we enjoyed our date and would visit again. My husband would like to see Orange Duck on the menu. He visited a number of years ago and had it and has raved about it ever since.
We are new the the area and looking for places to go. So happy we came upon this spot. Food is good and it has a great little bar scene. Happy hour every day. Was a nice date night for us.
Met friends for Brunch, way overpriced for the food that was served. The level of noise was too loud to have a conversation with people at your own table. Perhaps installing noise reducing panels would help. Our most memorable will be the size of the cake they cut for you, it could not have been more than 1/8" or less thick.
Excellent Sunday brunch! Everyone was very friendly!
Love the food, but noise level was so high it was not enjoyable for a casual date with my husband.
Live music was too loud for dinner. Food was adequate. Service was Excellent
Good all around but a little noisy..
Our first time and we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return!!
Very nice place excellent food. Great atmosphere.
Wife and I met two friends for dinner here. Bar was busy but not too busy. Anna and the other wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. Chicken Wings are great just the right amount of crunch. Main entrees were also very good.
Food was very good - BBQ Ribs and Filet Mignon. Waitress, Mackenzie was also very good.
Nothing special about this place, it's just an overpriced Applebee's.
Food was delicious!!!
Great N.y.e. celebration! The food was fantastic! Great for families
The food was delicious, my friends and I had the specials which were cooked excellent.
The server Dan, was exceptional. Overall, it was a very pleasant evening out & I will return.
Thank you to all who made our evening special.
Always pleasant, a cheerful and professional waitstaff. The food is consistently delicious, with not a lot of weird trendy ingredients added. It does get a little noisy when crowded; so probably not the best choice for a quiet intimate dinner. They make a great martini, and the white wine pour is generous and ice cold. We go there a lot and are never disappointed.
We went for the brunch buffet. The pancakes were hard and dry. Some of the food just looked unappetizing. I had waffle, cooked for me, which was very good, but for $24 I should have been able to eat more than just a waffle
Perfect spot and perfect food for a get together. Love this restaurant.
Great food and a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The whole restaurant was decorated beautifully for the Holidays. Will definitely return again.
This was my first time at Stony Grille. Considering our lunch reservation was in the middle of 'office holiday party' week, it was great. They were able to maintain a quality level of service and great food. Achieving that kind of consistency will get me back for a return visit. We had the Mezzo Trio Plate, the Shrimp &n Crab Meet Salad and the Mediterranean Chopped Salad. Everything was fresh and beautiful. Yes, it was a healthy lunch. It was nice to have healthy choices as beautiful burger platters went by our table!!! On our return, the order will definitely include a burger or one of the beautiful entrees we saw.
Food was great but our server appeared to be rushed and over-sat. And times he was almost rude and rushed us to order, etc.
We chose STONEY BROOK for a Christmas brunch. It was so much more than we expected. Everything was amazing from presentation to the table. We so enjoyed our MIMOSAS too! We will be back! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I reserved a table for my husbands mid-week Birthday. I noted this on the reservation. The dining area was very noisy and the waitress had to shout the specials to us. Our waitress was the best part of the dining experience. The place was busy with business office parties and it was just too noisy for a Birthday or anniversary dinner. We each ordered specials that were overpriced for what we got. Nothing was horrible, but nothing to rave about either.
The food we had was good and delicious. They do take care of their customers and making sure they are happy. They do not have a ton of stuff to choose from but what they do have is delicious and they do have gluten free on their menu if you do suffer from gluten allergies.
I was pleasantly surprised that the buffet brunch was wonderful. There was an amazing array of delicious and interesting food to satisfy either breakfast or lunch cravings. Our servers were attentive and kept our coffee and water full at all times. The lovely harp music added a lovely touch to the ambiance.
My only negative is that we were seated next to a large noisy party, which fortunately arrived near the end of our meal.
Our waitress, Sara, was excellent. The Thanksgiving Buffet food was good but, not exceptional.
I thought the brunch would be a great way to celebrate my birthday since it is so highly rated.
I was wrong.
Sorry I didn't get up and leave when we waited for 10 minutes after being seated before the waiter even came over. We were mostly ignored by the waitstaff. They were very slow to clear plates and refill drinks.
The food was average at best.
Ruined my birthday.
Had a great time. We were not rushed and the food was great.
Great find of a restaurant. The menu was well thought out, the execution of the dishes was superb. Very happy with our choice to dine here.
The servers was great and attentive
It was loud
The bar was fun they had a trivia
Someone recommended the seafood tower but I did not like it because you did get big pieces of shrimp or crab It was all chopped up in tiny pieces
The menu had a lot of variety to choose from
Went on Halloween and the staff was festive with partial costumes! Food was great!
Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly hostess, but it was very difficult to hear her due to the noise level. Both live music (love it) and loud diners (sound dampening needed?) made the dining experience at this terrific restaurant a 4 rather than five star for my husband and I. Not a deal breaker, but certainly difficult to have nice conversations. Even our waiter had to lean in to give us the specials of the night so we could actually hear them. Nice decor, delicious food and appealing bar with nice cocktails. We will be back!
