The huge wood bar top and terracotta flooring give the grill a feeling of comfort and warmth. The high ceilings, wood elements and brass and copper trimmings give the hip location a hint of elegance.

Restaurant closed; but still took my reservation. Very bad service.
Horrible experience . This restaurant is closed . Open Table should know that info
The restautant is CLOSED for remodelling until Sept!
How come I can receive MULTIPLE confirmations from the Open Table app for a restaurant that is CLOSED?
It was closed. Why is it on open table with reservation times when it is not open for business?
The NY Strip was one tough piece even though I ordered it rare +
I made reservations at this restaurant for my 5 year anniversary. The steaks were cooked perfectly, service was impeccable. The meal was delicious, kicked Ruth's Chris butt on taste and price. Will definitely go again.
Wow! When we opened the massive door to Stonewood, we had no idea what we were in for: tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs in an amazing sauce; corn bread like you've never tasted; a steak so juicy it squirted me in the eye; and the unbelievable creme brulee-doughnut-shortbread dessert. Our waiter, Tony, was fantasticf also. Don't miss Stonewood next time you're in ELP!
Excellent service my food was amazing i had a steak I asked for medium rare and got medium this time but it was still good not complaining.
We all tried something different so we could share. The portions were huge, definitely big enough for sharing. Everything was fresh and delicious.
We are here for the first time for our 18th anniversary dinner, and we were blown away by the service, ambience, and creative cuisine. The menu prices are step, but you definitely get what you pay for.
We were also impressed by the huge selection of spirits. The smoked brisket nachos were incredible, and I highly recommend the creme brulee or the ferrero grande for dessert.
Horrible experience!! When I made my reservation, nowhere it said that they were having a fixed menu for valentines. When I got there, they told me they just had that menu for the night, which was way too expensive for what it was and it was too late to make a reservation somewhere else. The server was really rude when I told him about my reservation not mentioning that and they included the tip, which the server did not ear such a big tip. Will not be returning any time soon!!!
Valentine’s Date awesome experience.
Excellent dinner: grass feed tinderloin w/ roasted cauliflower and herb fries.
Service was perfect.
The waitress we had was amazing! And the bartender was helpful when trying to pick the right wine with our dinner
This is a great restaurant with staffing that will take great care of you. Food and drinks with a nice atmosphere that delivers.
The food was wonderful! The steaks were cooked perfectly! The service was good, took a little bit for someone to wait on us but over all it is an excellent restaurant.
We truly enjoy eating at Stonewood, they just seem to not have the wines on the list. Or they’ll just have one bottle. Wine person needs to be always prepared.
Great place for good food, unfortunately they often run out of items.
Don't understand how you can have specialty cocktails on your menu but not the ingredients to make them.
Great restaurant and made my set up for my proposal even special too.
Though this is a "Grill" whose specialty is steak and other meats, the menus is varied enough for vegetarians and other non meat eaters. They do a beautiful job creating flavorful vegetable dishes and salads... broccolini, grilled artichoke, beets with goat cheese, etc.
The wine list is excellent, though a bit high priced for everyday sipping. Our group of four enjoyed a nice bottle of Rioja. We all chose a selection of starters and sides rather than the full entrees.
This is our favorite restaurant in El Paso. The food is good, and they update the menu from time to time. The service is impeccable. Our artichokes were a little under cooked. They were removed from our bill and a complimentary order of calamari was sent to the table. There is a great selection of bar brands, and the restaurant updates the signature cocktails pretty regularly. This was not a brunch trip, but they have a great bloody mary ( you choose your own additions). Brunch is a little artery clogging, and the portions are big. They have a Jazz brunch and I have not been-afraid of noise. Back to dinner, very romantic, great service, and very good food and management will get it right if it's not.
The salmon was salty, so we requested the sea bass and that was very dry. The service and ambience was excellent.
We went on a Thursday evening. The meal was delicious. Steaks were cooked to order and the best I have had in several years. Service was very good, checking in regularly but not intrusive. I found the music level too loud to be conducive to good conversation but others seemed not to have that experience.
Our favorite upscale date night spot for a lovely dinner!
The stone wood steak was fabulous I loved the flavor and would order it again. The garlic mashed potatoes needed seasoning and the cobbler was really a fruit compote that wasn't very good. Overall, the service was wonderful and I will go back soon!
It was a perfect evening. The food, service and atmosphere are all spot on!
Server was extremely friendly (5/5). Brussel sprouts weren't cooked properly and octopus appetizer consisted of mainly fat....yuck! I eat out weekly and would rate this as my worst overall meal for 2017.
Service was pretty slow and our steak wasn't cooked to temperature, even after sending it back. We keep going back though because the food is mostly delicious - it almost makes up for the snooty service!
Overall, great dining experience. I have been to this restaurant a handful of times. They just keep me wanting to come back.
The ambiance was very trendy and pleasing. The menu was sparse with only 1 fish option but at the same time interesting. Service was attentive and pleasant. We were very pleased with the 3 appitizer plates we had but the main course were disappointing. My wife had chicken which had been salted to the point she couldn't eat it. 2 of us had ribeye which was extremely thin and fatty. 4 entrees all sadly disappointing. Probably will not go back.
Out of Ketel vodka, but they have a Ketel Martini on the drink specials list. Out of oysters. Come on guys, it's 7 pm on Friday night. New bartender making his first old fashioned and nobody bothers to talk him through it. Needless to say it was bad. watered down and a thick slice of orange on the rim? And please, I don't need to hear " ♧appreciate you" everytime you do something for me. I know, you are only being nice, and the manager should have assigned someone to watch over you. But, for a $100 tab eating alone on El Paso, I expect . . .
The service was excellent and the food was just what I was looking for. Every part of the dish was flavorful and cooked just right- all of the elements fit together very nicely. Best place I've eaten in a long time!
First time here..my daughter and I loved, our food, but hubby did not. His tuna sandwich was terrible, so he says. The calamari and grilled radicchio romain salad were yummy. Our waiter, Justin, was a peach.
Our meal was amazing as usual and the service excellent.
Creative and tasty menu that is priced reasonably . The salmon is world class. Steaks are prime or grass fed. Good wine list.
We love the food and the people, but the temperature in the restaurant was way too hot on that day, especially since it was near 100 outside.
As always, still one of our favorite steak houses.
Food came out too quick. This is a dinning restaurant not a grab and go. We ate our app and dinner all in the matter of 15 min. Felt rushed, wasn't a great dinning experience, especially because that is what you are expecting but we received AppleBees service.
outstanding staff food n service. special thnk u to Mike bartender
Don't know why we waited so long to eat here. The beef if prime or grass fed. The salmon is world class.
