Great queso & delicious meal.
Our waitress was pleasant. And alert. Always checking on us!
Excellent service. Loved the square table that fit a party of eight perfectly.
Enjoyed the service, food and drinks. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the cigar smoking outside and the super loud band. There was 8 girls and we had a hard time hearing one another. Good band though, just loud!
This was not the best Stone Werks experience I've ever had and I have been a Stone Werks guest many times at different locations.
We ordered three glasses of wine, two white, one red. When the waiter brought them, he put one of the whites in front of the guest having the red. He went to move the white to the right guest and the red slipped off the tray and spilled all over us. My two friends had red wine all over them and it was all over the table which had slats since we were sitting outside, thus it spilled on our legs and shoes as well. The waiter was appropriately horrified and apologized profusely.
There is where it all went from bad to worse. The waiter left the table to replace the wine, leaving the empty glass on the table. He left us with nothing to clean up the wine nor did he make any attempt to clean it up before he left. Our napkins were wet. Guests at the neighboring tables were kind enough to offer their napkins. He returned with the manager who offered to pay for the dry cleaning of the garments.
We were concerned about the wine drying. So the manager brought us a separate glass of white wine telling us it would take out the stains. While it was a nice gesture, it was not going to work since the wine was all over their clothes. (Miraculously, my clothes were spared.)
There was no offer of a complimentary meal or all meals. We did receive one glass of wine free. It all could have been handled much better.
One of our favorite restaurants! Delicious food, live music!
Jossi our server was outstanding! Excellent menu with lots of healthier options to go along with steak, sandwiches and pizzas. We were a party of 6 and fit comfortably in their oversized booth. Recommend reservations for Friday and Saturday nights. Bar and patio looked great but there was live music and it would have been too loud for one member of our party but we would. Like to come back and try that as a couple.
Have always loved Stone Werks! We meet there for a group of ladies meet there for monthly get together for dinner and we always enjoy our dining experience.
Our server for the night was Sarah who showed no personality at all, made any effort to make us feel welcome. It was if she was doing us a favor. It was a party of three for a special night, however I left with feeling that I won't be back for a while to this location. On two occasions as we were reviewing the menu she basically was rushing us to make a decision during the entree selection and ordering desert. We had to ask for drink refills. Also we asked twice for a bag for our take home twice! There was a couple seated next to ours who received a bag for their take out before we received ours even though I asked first. I emailed my feedback to Matt (Manager), no reply yet. Very Disappointed.
Great time and food was good. Bar is awesome - like using the patio
We had a great waiter for our group of 10. The new menu items are excellent! I will visit Stone Werks more because of the new additions to the menu.
We love the ambiance of this restaurant. Great service and impressive variety on the menu. Dinner salad was boring, but table side guacamole had lots of kick - very tasty. Prime rib was perfectly cooked and delicious. We will be back for sure.
Hannah our server was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We frequent Stonewerks and we had a wonderful evening.
Son home from military
Food was amazing and service was awesome!!! Nice place to take guest from out of town.
Christmas Eve dinner for 9–and 4 of the 9 meals were prepared incorrectly. Two were overcooked, 1 cold, and 1 (salmon) raw.
A great place for a group gathering. The menu accommodates most tastes and the food is priced well. The service was outstanding for a group of 10.
To be honest, I was displeased with this location. The biggest problem was the food arrival. We had noon reservations and didn't get our food until after 1pm, after I asked the server to check on it. I was ready to eat the server's arm, and I had to rush out to make my 2pm appointment. Also, the room was cold and noisy, and the salad was 85% iceberg lettuce (which was probably fine because it was way too big anyway.)
Our server Hannah was fantastic! Great personality and very attentive. All of our food was delicious. Love this place.
We went to celebrate birthdays during our lunch hour and we were there on time (12:00 pm reservation), but our orders...meals were cold (soups, veggies, potatoes), wrong and took way to long. Our order took 1 hour to get to our table. The restaurant did not appear overly busy, there were plenty of open seats. For an upscale restaurant the food was ok, but nothing special. Two food orders were soup and sandwich and both soups were cold and one sandwich was wrong. Two were salads, another order with a soup was also cold. We were very disappointed...
Overall a great experience. The salads did not come out ahead of the entrees so that was frustrating. I ordered the halibut and it was delicious. It was served with wild rice and sautéed vegetables. The rice was good but the vegetables were over cooked. The service was very attentive and friendly. Oddly enough, it was fairly quite considering the size of the dinning room. I would dine there again.
Celebrating my husband's birthday was our introduction to this wonderful place. Based on our wonderful experience and great waiter Stonewerks is now on our selected list of place to dine.
Waitress left us during the meal and it took her forever to come back by that time we wanted dessert but she brought the checks so we left.
Disclaimer: My reservation says for 10 on the app because that’s where they cap it here, but I called after making the Open Table reservation and changed it to 30. Stone Werks said there would be no problem with that number. They even talked through how they set up and seat for that many.
This is the second (and last) time I tried to schedule a business lunch. I reserved ahead of time and confirmed the number, which turned out to be closer to 25, the night before. We arrived just before/at reserved time and were seated within 10 minutes. We ordered when the server took our drink order (mostly waters, no bar drinks). We all ordered off the lunch menu. Our food did not arrive for an hour. By then we had to also ask for the checks and boxes. An almost identical situation occurred at another Stone Werks location in town a few years ago. They just don’t seem capable of handling large lunch groups in a timely manner.
Our server Serena was impeccable and so friendly. When we arrived and checked in they immediately recognized that we had reservations and seated us without delay. I had requested a booth for my mother’s birthday and was that was granted. The chicken fried steak is out of this world delicious.
I’ve been bringing clients for years. Service and quality of food have been consistently going downhill. My ahi salad was not done well...
Ahi was not warm, hardly any tortilla strips and avocado. Service was average at best.
Brunch is not elaborate but fresh and amble--especially the biscuits. Omelets with lots of choices.
My birthday. I had my $15 coupon...thank you. The waitress never told me happy birthday or offered a complimentary dessert. Also didn't tell us about an up charge for sweet potato fries instead of regular fries.
Shrimp was cold. The food took over 40 mins. They deducted 25% which nearly covered the cost of the wife’s plate. The lamb burger was good. We had to get my child’s pizza to go because it came out way too late and was too hot to eat when we had to leave.
Great Sunday Brunch for a Family or Friends Day Out. Quick service, not rushed, great Brunch Drinks and the Omelet Station is delicious!
Steak overdone and server did not ask.it was still tender, but medium well instead of medium
Very good experience
Not very good at all. Got the salad, very bland and the lettuce was wilted. Would not come back. They say the dressing is homemade but it was terrible and made everything soggy. Not good what so ever.
We have had several lunches here. There is always room and the servers put up with us. The food is good and I will go back.
Stonewerks is convenient and the ambiance is nice. My mother in law wanted to try the Sunday brunch on mother’s day. Our server was very nice and patient, the food was tasty but the buffet could not keep up with the customers. We waited for the chicken multiple times. The food ran out often and customers waited for several minutes while their food got cold. The made to order omelets took 45 -60 minutes from time of order to delivery of the food. We had already finished our food and were full when the omelet was delivered. I don’t recommend the brunch until the kitchen can keep up with the customers.
Even with reservations- was made to wait 25 min after reservation time for table. They seemed to be short staffed and dining took almost 3 hrs - food seemed to set in kitchen - example- had to ask about shrimp cocktail which took almost 30 min to deliver to table and shrimp were setting in water instead of ice. Obviously it was setting ready for quite sometime before it was delivered to the table. We stopped going there 7 years ago due to crappy service- tried it again, still crappy service. Won’t return
Our group of friends that have known each other over 50 years, had dinner here the other night. So much fun, great service & wonderful table location!
Server was new and we could tell easily. Jacob didn't know much about the menu. Appetizer came out wrong. He forgot to put in a drink order and then asked what we ordered when we asked about the drink. He was very nice and attentive except for the drink. Hostess thought it would be a good idea to have a party of six sat at a small round table meant for 4. This was the biggest disappointment of the experience. Had to be moved because our appetizers didn't fit on the table. Food was great but service needs to be picked up alot. Managers were able to assist with our complaints.
Guests in town
Went there for Easter Buffet and to enjoy the outdoor patio. Hostess seemed confused when the outdoor request was made and told us that we could sit anywhere outside. Once we sat it took at least 15 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us, no menus were brought, no silverware or napkins were given but we were told that we could help ourselves and get plates at the buffet. Drinks took forever, getting the check took forever. It was not that crowded to justify this. Food was just mediocre, buffet was bland, dry and lukewarm. Beautiful interior and great patio, just not managed well.
