We have enjoyed Stone Werks for many years. This is our first experience with a buffet. The omelet station was spot on but the rest of the buffet was a bit lacking. It felt like they were having trouble keeping it refreshed. We were seated in an upper area which required going up three stairs. My dad uses a walker so this was very challenging to say the least! I noticed another family that was seated after we were that had a family member with a cane that barely made it up the steps. If they are using that area for all guests I would recommend a ramp be put on one end so that people with special situations are able to feel comfortable about where they are sitting.
Went for Sunday Brunch and everything was delicious! The service was really good too.
Mother’s Day brunch. The buffet was always low on food. When biscuits ran out everyone was told 15 minutes to replenish. The buffer staff was rude but the table staff was very nice. The buffet line was long and only served from one side. There should have been at least two lines and the omelet table moved off main serving line,
Enjoyable but I indicated that it was a Birthday celebration and nothing special was offered.
Good food. Good service . Reasonable price. Would recommend
Band on weekends, great food and great service ! The outside patio is our favorite seating location. Bring a jacket because you never know -
Our server stunk so bad we couldn’t even order food we were so disgusted
Food was good, service was good but the acoustics in the place are horrible. It's so loud, we had to yell to hear each other. It's more bar atmosphere than restaurant.
We went there to meet with my Daughter and Son-in-law for dinner. We made the reservation due to it being a Friday evening. We got there before the kids did and were seated immediately. The waitress was friendly enough, but a little absent-minded. (We had to ask for silverware.) The food was very good and it didn't take very long to get it.
Very noisy and crowded, but service, menu and dishes were very good!
We had a fantastic experience and our waitress Holly was truly amazing. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and a wonderful asset to the restaurant
First time there. Average place. Good for a business dinner. Went with 3 colleagues. Meals were average. I had the Ahi steak med-rare. I t was OK, but I was not impressed. Overall, a comfortable place with average service, food, and value.
Have eaten at Stone Werks a few times but this was the first time to eat on the patio. Amazing! Holli was a great server!! And the food and drinks were first rate during Happy Hour! It was so comfortable being outside on the patio. Although there were parking areas on the outside of this area, you wouldn't know it. Just a very pleasant time enjoying the food & drinks and being served by a very pleasant server: Holli.
It was great!
We enjoyed an early St. Patrick's Day celebration, but we were disappointed that the live music advertised via email still had not appeared inside as of 8:30 pm.
Had a couple of appetizers to start...everything was hot and fresh. Our waitress was awesome; attentive but not pushy at all. Loved our visit.
We had a rather strange dining experience. For one, we noticed the wait staff 'changed hands' in the middle of a dinner shift. Upper management was all over the restaurant, looking and helping where needed. Second, my order was incomplete. However, I ate the meal as we were going to a movie afterward and did not have time to correct the order.
Not loving the new waitstaff. A LOT of new people. Service is lacking now. Will wait to try the new location when it opens. No reason to drive out here since everyone is gone.
Very relaxed. Server was overwhelmed - we had to ask for silverware and water to go with our apps and cocktails.
Food was great! Cocktails... so so.
Tina was awesome.. great place
Great atmosphere and delicious food!
It took forever to be served our food. When the food finally came it was extremely salty
I had a great time. Thanks to the open table reservation option i was able to not worry about waiting on a table. Granted it was not at a peak time and a work day. But just in case i use the option anyway as a piece of mind no worry wait. Thank you opentable.
P.s. this is the second time i used this option on my google maps app and i must say its the best thing ever.
Great place for live music on the patio. A wide variety menu! Good food and good for groups
We were seated immediately. Food was delicious, and our waitress Danielle was awesome.
Absolutely wonderful and a great value for money spent!
Ordering was slow to get dr now took a bit then our food was mixed up. Burger had all of the sea in salt on it. And over cooked Our bill was a mixed up too and they charged our cards at least twice and 40 mins later in just paying our bill. My husband had to get up and get the manager even though the manager knew what was going on he never bothered to come see us and try to fix the situation. .
Oyster order never arrived at the table. Second time this happened here. Had to correct the bill again. Double Check the Check!
Staff were attentive to our needs. Food was delicious. Place is great for special occasions!
Sat in the bar and it was quiet at first but steadily increased as it got busier. Our food was fantastic! The Greek flatbread was great per my husband & one of my favorites, The Ahi Tuna Salad was exceptional as usual. Service a little slow but friendly. There were several large groups though, and it was understandable for that reason and it’s a Saturday night. Will definitely be back! Love the atmosphere, location, menu, & friendly staff.
The flatbread pizza is absolutely fantastic! The chicken one is the best.
The steak salad and the pork loin chop were excellent!
Love this place, but tonight (6pm) we had worst service ever. Disappointing. With the nasty weather we only had this dinner planned for New Years Eve.
We frequent this restaurant. Ww were just very disappointed that they are starting to upcharge and add on ectra charges for so many things like never before. Very unfortunate. We usually love to bring our 2 and 3 year old grandaughters here and normally it's a good experience. I guess we will be finding a new plsce to take them.... My husband and I will still go to Stonewerks at the Rim but never again for dinner. Just lunch because at least their specials are still affordable. No manager in sight and no one came by the table asking how everything was..... we paid and left. Try it for lunch. Not dinner!
Great time out with grand girls ages 2vand 3! Tgey have wonderful kids menu, even with svoop of ice cream afterwards. Hubby and I had good entrees too!! We live cl8se by and it's one of our favorite places. Pretty noisy (LOUD) on weekends....always have table ready when you make a reservation with Open Table.
Good variety of food and beer choices in a great location.
Have been here before and enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is very nice. Makes the eating experience enjoyable.
The service this time was not optimal. The place was not crowded. We ordered simple drinks, a beer and wine. Ordered food, with our main course coming out before the appetizer. I should have sent the appetizer back, but didn't because I like the loaded chips and queso. Second round of drinks took 20 minutes. I usually don't time service, but this was noticeable.
I love coming here and bringing newbies to check out the restaurant.
Food was lukewarm. Eggs scorched. Waitress continually had to be reminded to bring extra sides ordered. No request for extra coffee, drinks, no how was your meal.
