There weren’t enough severs to handle the tables so the service was inconsistent. The music was way too loud to have a conversation.
Celebrated granddaughter’s birthday. Very good food and attentive service.
This is the 2nd time we've been to the restaurant since it opened at the new location. Stone Creek has always been one of our "go-to" restaurants & we will be back.
This new location is great. Great food, service, decor, bar, and menu.
We have always loved Stone Creek but this time, when we decided to take guests, to one of our favorite restaurants we were very disappointed. With the move to the new location things have changed and not for the better. The menu was severely lacking. The ribs were poor in comparison to previous visits and the rest of the food was mediocre. At this point I don't suspect we will return.
First experience, loved! Vvvvvvvvvvv vvvvvv ggggggggggg
Food and service were delicious! It was a little loud due to table being next to reserved room for high school dance group.
Just visited the newly opened Montgomery location, WOW is best way to describe their new place.
The MISO Salman was outstanding, best ever.
Can’t wait to go back.
Food was delicious and waiter was exceptional.Beautiful atmosphere.
Lunch special for $11 includes salad and micro sandwich or soup. Portions are very small and disappointing. Atmosphere is warm and inviting and service was very goos
Great food and service! Place was packed on a Wednesday night - parking is was a bit of a challenge but once the Twin Lakes construction finishes it won't be a problem. Until then a valet option would be nice.
Highly recommend the shrimp and grits.
Great meal. I like the decor a lot.
Not sure the new table setup where people from other parties are right next to you is the best. Got loud and annoying at times.
Service was great, and the food was solid.
Found everything ok. Felt it was a limited menu. Food was presented nicely. Noise level was high. It was crowded & everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Loved the new location. Food was very good. We will come back.
New restaurant noisier than other location, menu cut in half and pasta dish was sticky and just below okay. Probably not going back for awhile, and it was once one of my favorite places.
Beautiful new restaurant with great atmosphere. Enjoyed our meal, but the dessert (chocolate terrine) was skimpy for the $8 price.
Although the new restaurant is lovely, the food was a disappointment. it was very overpriced for very small portions, so we all left hungry. I had the chicken piccata which was was possibly one third of one breast over risotto (not really piccata).
The restaurant is way too noisy. Won't return. Had to scream order to waitress and to my dinner date.
Stone Creek has been one of our favorites for many years. Saturday's service was a little slow but the meal was excellent.
The restaurant looks a lot better, spacious. But the food disappointed me. We had so much choices but now it's one page of pre selected menu. When asked for their bread the waiter told me he doesn't bring it to the table so that people wud order appetizers. I mean I still will. The Chipotle sauce on the ribs was spicy and too sour, the caramelized pancetta was hard as rock and they forgot our greens. It was my husband's bday and it was a waste of time and money. Will think twice before going again. Disappointed.
As requested in the reservation, our party was seated in a more quiet semi-private area which was very pleasant. We were celebrating a birthday, had not been together for a while, and wanted to enjoy each other's conversation. Had we been sitting in the main dining area, conversation would have been a challenge because it was extremely noisy.
Love the new Stonecreek location - and friendliness of staff.
I have always loved Stone Creek. The food and service are exceptional. The noise level seems to be higher in the new location and I wish there were booths for two. Sitting next to other people makes for a noisy lunch so I have to say I am not loving the seating design in this location. But having extra parking is great!
Understand new staff new location waited 20 min just for drink order
Server friendly enough
Fish tacos disappointing.
The receptionists were very nice and good . The waitress was not. The menu was very disappointing. We thought it would be like the menu at the "other" Stone Creeks and it definitely was not. There were no specials, and the choices were very limited. The food arrived cold and the meatloaf was burned. We asked for amenities (like a napkin and butter), and it took a very long time. The waitress actually just reached over to the next table and gave my friend a place setting, which we could have done, after waiting 20 minutes for her to bring the napkin. She never asked if we wanted more tea or coffee, which by that time we did not, but earlier it would have been nice. I asked to speak to the manager. He was very pleasant and apologized for our experience and he took the meatloafs off of the bill. Too bad. I was happy that a restaurant had opened very close to my house, but sadly it does not matter anymore.
I love ther old location rest. It's cozy. I like the bigger bar in the rest.
We have been longtime patrons of Stone Creek, and the new building is very nice however they took an already limited menu and made it even more limited now. We like choices and their new way of paring sides with entrees with limited choices is probably great for them, but not so great for the customer. Not sure we'll go back.
First time at the new location since the move. The restaurant appears much larger and was much easier to park at then at the old location. Same good food and half price wine list on Monday. Went for our anniversary. Was pleasantly surprised that the meal caused us to hit a milestone on our VIP card scoring us a $100 gift certificate on a future meal.
Like new venue, elegant!
Deeply disappointed. We went to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Made reservations with Open Table. Arrived early to find that Stone Creek changed locations and did not leave a sign at the former location to inform customers where current location was. We were fortunate that the spa on the same street was open at 4:45 on a Sunday and they told us where Stone moved. As we were walking to our table at Stone Creek my husband noticed that several patrons were eating Stone Creeks signature ribs. He ordered them but the kitchen was not prepared to serve them out 5:00 PM . They were going to be ready at 6:30 PM. He instead ordered a pork chop which arrived beautifully plated but not cooked all the way through. He does not send food back as a rule. My food arrived and I noticed a foreign object. The server took the food away and sent the manager over immediately. Manager explained it was bamboo which shredded off the tooth pick inserted into food. If I had swallowed the bamboo there might have been some very serious consequences. I lost my appetite and asked that the replacement be prepared to go. My husband asked for his to go as well but threw it in the garbage when we got home. My item was not charged on the bill. The server asked if we were interested in joining the VIP club but then chuckled and said after this experience you probably don't want to come back. She was right.
Our waiter was very attentive and personable. The manager was also nice and stopped by to check on us. Food was well presented and very tasty. We could have used sharper knives to cut through the baguettes of our open-faced tartiines and the dried fruit in our salads. Otherwise, everything else was quite good. Attractive decor of the restaurant in its new location.
We were taken to our table right away & drink orders were taken, but we waited quite a long time for them to be delivered. After that everything else seemed to go smoothly. The noise level seemed a little high.
Since you opened your new location we have been there to eat 5 times and carryout over5 times. We enjoy everything about the menu, food and the decor . We would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food is fresh and the service is great.
My husband and I read the not-so-stellar reviews of the new restaurant but wanted to give it a try now that they are 3 months old. Reviews are correct when they say the noise level is ridiculously loud. We decided to order slowly, so that if something wasn’t good, we weren’t committed to an entree. We ordered the ahi for 2. It was delicious but skimpy. $17 for 6 thin slices. We also ordered a cup of the white chicken chilli. It was very good, as well. Next we had the calamari which we really enjoyed. At this point we were pretty full so we only ordered the goat cheese and beet salad and a seasonal salad, no entrees. These were great, as well.
The problem is that had we ordered dinner, we would have been well over $100. The waitstaff and management do not reflect this price point. Although pleasant, the waitstaff is not truly knowledgeable about the food. Our waiter did not know what a Negroni was. Fortunately, the bartender did. The hostess was borderline rude to a couple whose reservation was screwed up by the restaurant and the management needs to dress professionally. What we saw appeared frumpy-dumpty. With food that good, we should be able to take guests there without embarrassment. That could not have happened the other night. Invest in some noise dampening systems and hire mature and seasoned waiters to achieve the status you are capable of earning.
The only thing we noticed is that the 'manager staff' could have been attired better--shirt/tie--the ladies were ok, kinda on the dressy side, but the guys looked 'shabby', not put together.
Service was kind of slow and it’s very noisy there. However, they are still working through the bugs in start up mode
Very busy restaurant! Table was ready for us when we arrived on Saturday night! The food was very good. I intend to go back again.
I loved the decor of the new restaurant. Very upscale design inside and outside. We made reservations for 4 and they sat us directly opposite the kitchen which was noisy. Some sound abatement would be helpful. When dining with friends, I prefer a quieter place. I did notice it wasn't as loud in other parts of the restaurant. Service was a little slow on Saturday evening, but I think our waiter was new. I had the NY strip steak. It was average-not very tender. Only ate a small portion because I didn't want to keep spitting out tough parts. The potato-bacon terrine was amazing. It's the first time I've had that and it was so flavorful. It reminded me of a scalloped potato but the potatoes are standing up and formed with a hint of bacon-yum! One person at our table wanted to order a meal they usually get at another Stone Creek restaurant and the waiter said the menus are different at each restaurant and it wasn't available here. It was a nice time and I will go back, but I'll order something different next time.
Everything was great the food and the experience was wonderful we will definitely go back
We had a tasty dinner, well presented. Our server was good and knowledgeable. We will definitely visit again.
