    We came for my birthday lunch and were quite disappointed. Something had changed dramatically since our last visit about six months prior. Although service was friendly and informative, the food had honestly dramatically downhill. How can a kitchen destroy a Caesar salad and French Onion soup? Absolutely tasteless, and I tend to prefer unseasoned food. There was no Caesar taste at all to this salad dressing which seemed more like a splash of water. The French onion soup was destroyed by the strange addition of mushrooms, a taste and texture that did not fit whatsoever. My friend‘s smoked salmon resembled salmon that someone had „treated“ with a smoked flavoring. Blah! However, the chocolate birthday dessert saved the meal from being a total disaster. But we will be cancelling our upcoming reservation. They must be hurting for trained culinary help. We were told it was a „new menu.“ I am admittedly a lousy cook, and even I could do better. So disappointing because we used to really enjoy this restaurant.

    Food is always a good value. Service is generally very good but we sat at our table for nearly 15 minutes when the restaurant was only 1/4 full at 6PM before asking the hostess who was our server.

    Our experience would have been better but there were very long waits for each course to be brought out (30 minutes between appetizer and entree) with long waits for a check in from the server for water or bread refills. In the end my mother in law had to leave before dessert and check was offered because we had been there more than 90 minutes for a simple dinner for 4 people.

    Stone Creek - Montgomery is definitely on our short list for go-to restaurants if we're looking for great food, pleasant service, and a great night out. We've gone here frequently for various special occasions and never has it disappointed. I've tried most items on the menu and it's all great, my favorites being the orange-miso salmon and the filet medallions with lobster risotto. Everything is always perfectly cooked and incredibly seasoned. We will continue to head back to Stone Creek.

    Food is always top quality and with lots of flavor. Great variety of drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Service is always thorough and kind. Not may places that can top the quality of this place.

    Really wanted to like this place. The drinks were good. The food was not. I had Philly cheesesteak sandwich and sweet potato fries. Both had no taste. The sandwich was like a ground up version - but had no taste. I did opt out of siracca mayo but that shouldn’t leave it without flavor. Husband had blackened mahi mahi. It was overcooked and rubbery.
