"Setting the standard for East End dining" according to fans, this "upscale" East Quogue French-Med housed in a "lovely old Victorian" "never fails to please" with a "sophisticated", "consistently terrific" menu and "top-notch service"; whether for a "special occasion" or just a "nice dinner out" it's deemed an "all-time favorite" that's "worth the trip"; P.S. the two-course prix fixe is a "steal!"

Stone Creek consistently rates as a top dining restaurant in the Hamptons. From the moment you arrive at the Valet, you know you are going to be pleased with your choice. The management is exceptional, and the staff is professional, polite, and intuitive. Service is well paced, efficient, and attentive. The menu is printed in a readable font, is well balanced to accommodate any taste, and not overwhelming either in choices or price. The waitstaff queues to your pace and serves accordingly. The professionally managed kitchen prepares each course to order. Each dish is meticulously presented and always surpasses all the anticipated delicacy. This is an excellently managed fine dining establishment with pleasant décor and an accomplished Chef that perpetually exceeds expectations. Do not miss an opportunity to dine at the Stone Creek Inn.

Everything was perfect in every way. We sat at a table right by the fire. My peach cream martini was yummy. The beet salad was one of the most delicious we ever had. The Beef Wellington, a special that night, was delicious and cooked exactly to order. The dessert with the mascarpone, dulce-de-leche and chantilly Cream was too divine for words. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Stone Creek is fabulous. The food, service and ambience are all 5 star. Phil at the Bar starts the vibe with professional hospitality and expert drinks. Chef/owner Christian is an artist and everyone who works there is top notch. The food.....can’t wait for our next visit!

we have dined at stone creek many, many, many times throughout the years and have always been extremely pleased. the ambiance is warm, tasteful and classy & the care and attention that is put into the food truly shows!! they are indeed a top notch neighborhood gem!! sometimes things are perfect and sometimes ... close to such. that being said, you can pretty much always expect outstanding service from start to finish and delicious, creative meals. this particular visit was on christmas eve, therefore obviously very busy. a manhattan & their FABULOUS blood orange martini (so delicious) started the evening. my husband then had the beet salad, which he always enjoys. i ordered the tiny ravioli/mussel app, which i have had before and sometimes it is sensational and sometimes it is good. this time the flavor of the broth was, once again, spot on and delicious, however, there was way too much broth making it difficult to find the raviolis & mussels. also, the majority of the raviolis were still connected together, making it a tad difficult to separate in all of the broth. i don't mean to sound petty, as the broth was delicious, but the dish wasn't as stellar as it can be. anyway, our entrees were the bay scallops and the salmon. both were very flavorful and cooked perfectly, as always. the bay scallops did need some type of accompaniment with them. we to finished up with an espresso, a coffee and the opera cake, which is a take on tiramisu. it was very pretty, however, we found it somewhat bland and lacking for definitive flavor. once again, service is always very professional, friendly & attentive, beginning with the lovely gal valet and continuing to the hostess, waitress & all of the remaining staff. we did have another lovely evening at SC and will most definitely be back! thank you and we will see you soon!! (p.s. - the restaurant, this evening, was VERY cold - they definitely needed to turn up the heat)

STONE CREEK IS A SHINING STAR IN THE WORLD OF FINE CUISINE. WE ARE SO LUCKY TO LIVE NEARBY. EVERYTHING IS SUPERB FROM FOOD,DRINKS, AMBIENCE,
WAIT STAFF,THE HOSTESSES, EVEN THE VALET PARKING STAFF ALL TOP NOTCH. I LOVE THAT PLACE.

Lovely birthday celebration with friends! The fois gras grilled octopus and duck meatballs were delicious and flavorful. Great starters shared by the table. My spaghetti de nerro with calamari, lobster and shrimp was exceptional as was the bouillabaisse! Friends enjoyed the filet mignon and salmon All delicious. Nice portions just enough to satisfy but not over indulge. Finished with a nice port, creme brûlée and herbal infused tea. All in all a beautiful evening! Will be back!

French influenced dining in a picturesque former inn. Chef/Owner Christian Mir is a master. Stone Creek Inn may be the best restaurant on the East End of Long Island. Menu changes seasonally. Last nights Fall menu featured my favorite cassoulet. Absolutely the best this side of the Atlantic. Service always top notch.

We celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful. The wait staff were welcoming and created a romantic and beautiful evening for us. We highly recommend

Stone Creek Inn has been one of our favorites for years and again Chef/Owner Christian Mir and his staff, both kitchen and front of the house did not disappoint. This was Restaurant Week and the menu offered a good selection and there were even special priced bottles of wine.

Everything about Stone Creek Inn is consistently outstanding! We have been dining there since they first opened their doors many years ago. The staff is first-rate as is the cuisine. They are always sensitive to any food allergies or dietary restriction. One of the best restaurants on Long Island. Highly recommended!

We have been to the Stone Creek Inn many times and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately it is difficult to stay on top without a lot of hard work and training. This time when we entered to be seated, there was mass confusion by the 3 ill trained kids that could not find Table 34 for several minutes.
Once seated, our server Kevin was fairly efficient, although very busy with too many tables to wait on.
We ordered wine and $ 16 cocktails that was quit exorbitant for mostly soda and ice.
Excellent choices of appetizers included a choice of salads and escargot that was superb.
Nice selection of entrees that included rabbit, duck, salmon and chicken. Asking Kevin about the rabbit, how it was prepared, he mentioned that it was only ONE leg of rabbit. ( Come on now, that is unacceptable)
I chose the duck that turned out to be 2 slices of breast meat that was chewy and tough.
Salmon had a fishy odor and taste. unlike what we had enjoyed in the past.
As we ate and looked around we noticed the walls and decor were well worn and in need of an update.
Looks like nothing has changed in 10 years.
The dessert with poached pears appeared to be 2 pieces from a can and loaded with canned whipped cream. Very Disappointing from the fond memories of the past.
Visiting the Men's room, there was a very foul odor, despite some noisy ventilator running.
BOTTOM LINE: It is hard to stay on top without management properly caring for ALL the various aspects that are involved in providing a TOP SHELF restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant, classic good looks. Great food in terms of taste and presentation. Wonderful service. Dinner is expensive but worth it. Drinks are more expensive than they should be. All in all what one should expect in a high end restaurant.

Always a perfect dining experience!
Went for Restaurant Week and they had a generous list of entrees. The beef borgonion was excellent! Three of our party who ordered it thought the same. My wife had the duck and it melted in her mouth!

Stone Creek Inn is never ruffled by the crowd on a summer Saturday night or the Restaurant Week rush. Everything is consistently excellent, and the wine list covers the world, including many exceptional and affordable options. This is our favourite East End dining destination.

HAD A GOOD MEAL DURING RESTAURANT WEEK. THE APPETIZERS WERE EXCELLENT. WAS DISAPPOINTED IN MY MAIN COURSE - FISH STEW...CAME WITH A BOWL OF BROTH AND OVERCOOKED FISH AND SEAFOOD. THE OTHER MEALS AT OUR TABLE WERE SUPERIOR.
