   Servers were knowledgeable and always followed up.. love the live music on Sunday.. the ponds could look more clean there was equipment everywhere around the pond and some ponds had no fish or turtles

   Didn’t love the QR ordering. Drinks took FOREVER to arrive. App was a little cold as well when it finally came out. Dinner was amazing though and came out hot. Really cool place with good food and excellent beer. Just would prefer a better system for the QR code so stuff comes out quicker and hot.

   We met another couple we hadn’t seen in a while, so we wanted to catch up with a couple rounds before ordering food. Our waiter Sam was awesome and we never felt rushed. Everybody ordered something different and each of us enjoyed our meals. Sitting outside has great ambience. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

   When we first started going to Stone, around 2017, the food at Stone used to be really good. It's just not as good now. We've tried multiple times and are never thrilled with the food. This last time I got the salmon and the noodles were over sauced. The salmon was cooked well and was tasty but the noodles weren't great. I also noticed things didn't look as prestine as they use to either. The women's bathroom had rocks missing from the sink decor wall, the turf looked messy and loose, and the garden beds needed attending. We still go because it's a nice place to hang out but I don't want to eat a full meal there.

    We chose to be serviced by the QRL code instead of a server. Never again. Our 4 appetizers came out and literally, less than a minute later all our food for 6 came out. We had to wait for the temp server to come by for water whereas an assigned server would have been present. At dessert time we waited forever for a lack luster churros dessert. With that said, the appetizers and meals were absolute delicious! And not much beats the ambiance of Stone Brewery Escondido.

    We had a great time at Stone! Perfect seating in the shade , tucked into a great little space away from others . Really nice and cozy. Food was amazing as well and we just had an all around great time. Can’t wait to go back.

    Came to celebrate my daughters graduation. Was not served our main courses until 1.5 hours after being seated and I had to tell my husband to get our waiter to find our food. No sense of propriety from the waiter or offer to compensate us for terrible service. Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My daughter left in tears.

    Great beer, great grounds and good, friendly service. The menu was a little too eclectic and yuppy for me, but what I ordered, which I didn't completely understand what it was when I ordered it, was surprisingly good. The ambiance itself is worth the trip.

    We've been to stone multiple times. Came tonight with some out of town family to celebrate a graduation. I ordered the soft pretzel, as I always do, and mentioned I have a nut allergy. I was told the pretzel was prepared near the salads (which contain nuts) and was therefore not safe for me. I asked if they could make an accommodation for me and prepare it away from the nuts (or perhaps do extra cleaning before the pretzel was prepared?) I was told that wasn't possible. It's disappointing that a fairly simple accommodation couldn't be made for a nut allergy.

    We would like something green (cold slaw) with our fish and chips even if that means less fries. My husband said the sandwich had too much bread.

    Experience is nice but they do not really have servers they have runners who explain their server less process. You order your food and drinks from an app. The app experience is interesting but be aware when you are checking out they will preload you at a 20% tip. Unless you adjust you are giving a large tip to whom, The runners? I might be a bit old fashioned but having a server at a 20% tip rate means you did more than bring the food from the kitchen to the table.

    You have to order thru a qr code. But once you get pass that, the food and drinks were delicious. Friendly staff. They kept checking on us and let us know the status of our order.

    Stone Brewing was great! My only bother was that they had to check to see if some of the food and beer was available when we ordered. It would have been better if they had know and informed us before we selected. Otherwise, great food, great people and an amazing garden.

    The food was great! We got a prime rib sandwich, Angus beef burger, BBQ chicken, and veggie mushroom taco. I took my 76 year old mom and she loved it. The garden area is so peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be taking her again this summer.

    Super-impressed with how the Stone Brewing menu has grown. Hadn't been in years and it used to be much more niche—all about the brewing experience, while the food was almost an afterthought. Very solid menu now. Looked at all the entrees coming out (before we got ours) and every dish looked fantastic. Settled on a very solid prime rib dip sandwich, wife nabbed the ahi tuna salad and a buddy grabbed some really solid looking fish-and-chips. Fries with both entrees were a little weak; small lukewarm crinkle fries—definitely should upgrade there (beer-battered fries, since we're at Stone??)—but everything else was solid. Was told of a waiter-less option (by the hostess) where you use the app to order your meals, before a super-helpful waiter popped over to say that he was glad to take care of us if we preferred. Great service, put together a few nice flights of beer for us and it was a perfect San Diego at a great property. Will be adding Stone back to the repertoire now that they've got things properly-dialed over there.

    We ordered and paid via login system and sat waiting waiting waiting over 50 minutes no appetizers, no food. No updates. I had to go find someone to tell us as tables had cleared and left all around us. It was horrific on mothers day.

    We sat in the self-seating area outside with the understanding that there will be no waiters. What was disappointing was when they brought out our drinks, the server didn't bother taking the dirty dishes and cups from the previous party. After the next server came and just dropped off the starters and didn't pick up the old plates and cups, I took it upon myself to take them to the bar and leave them there. That in itself wasn't anything that ruined our experience, annoying yes, but what topped it off is our food was barely warm. as if it had been sitting ready for quite a while. The food was good and we always love the drinks there. took a walk in the garden after, looks like the ponds are really low in water and it was causing a bit of an odor. i'm assuming they recently did some work on it that required draining some of the water. not sure, but it just looked like it could use a little love. been coming to stone for almost 20 years. hope it was just a bad day. i love it there

    I went for mothers day so I understand why the food was delayed, but it was still crazy how long it took. My reservation was at 7:15 and we didn't see our food until 8:20. Also, ordering via the QR code has to be the worst. Its confusing and everything has to be ordered on the same phone, otherwise everyone has to pay for their own meal. There is also no "call the waiter" button so you have to flag someone down. The staff was all very nice and helpful, I just wish the QR code didn't exist and we could get an actual waiter. I'll be coming back, but definitely not on a holiday and with only one or two people so the bill is easier to manage.

    The pastrami was awful. Chewy and fatty. I would have sent it back but it was mother's day and I can understand that food took an extra long time to get out. Outside of that things went well.

    I get that it was Mothers Day. But we made our reservation a month in advance, yet still had to sit inside. Squeezed us into an extremely uncomfortable booth (I walk with a cane, so it was hard to get in and out. But worse than how WE were treated- a young VERY pregnant woman was also seated at one of the same kind of booths. She looked so panicked at the idea of squeezing into the same kind of cramped booth. We both had the same rude, oblivious host, young girl with a long braid who looks like she’s been sucking on lemons all day.) Other than the terrible host, and indoor seating, it was ok. I’ve been here soooo many times. I guess every visit can’t be great.
