Fabulous dinner, great table, wonderful experience, as usual. We sat right next to the Koi pond, with the fire across the pond. Lovely. Sound level very moderate, which is MOST appreciated. Waiter was attentive. I would order the ribs with sauce on the side next time, as it was awkward for my blind husband. Thankfully, Aaron provided us with ample wetnaps! The Southern fried chicken sandwich was super!

The process of ordering off the barcode AP was necessary for a time, but should not be a permanent replacement for wait staff that you can interact with, ask questions, and take orders. There are too many occasions where I start getting scam text msg's, etc. after having to use these types of AP's not to mention that I do not like that it stores CC info, etc. It's always "safe" until it isn't with these types of things. Why keep forcing customers to use this if its not necessary anymore!

You have to order via your phone. When my family arrived, instead of talking, we spent 20 min on our phones trying to order. My son ended up with two drinks and no food. I was so upset our night out was diminished to no service and we could have had a better time at home. I won’t be returning to Stone until the servers are taking orders again. Using phones our ridiculous.

I don’t like ordering on an app or paying and tipping before I have food or drinks, service,etc. The grounds aren’t what they once were. My family liked their food. My brisket sandwich was dry and not worth 16 dollars. We used to love this place and I hope they return it to what it once was. The staff that we did encounter was friendly. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Even though Covid restrictions have been lifted, they are still using an electronic ordering system. There is no human contact other than the delivery of food. No one to check in and see if everything is okay, no one to bring the salt and pepper, no one to ask why the condiments ordered with the meal via the app weren't delivered. I was offended that the app automatically defaulted to a 20% gratuity for providing no personalized service. No service requires no tip. I don't tip at fast food places - even when they bring the food to the table. This felt more like a trip to a fast food restaurant than to Stone Brewery.

Still a great (and safe) place to have a relaxing meal and enjoy a beer & good food.

Only slight downside is there does seem to be a lot more small children running around climbing on rocks, etc. Would like to see parents keeping a better eye on them so as not to disturb patrons at other tables, and to respect social distancing.

The software to order drink and food is arcane and not user friendly. This was my third and final visit to Stone under their pandemic regulations. They need to fire their software developers and hire a sixth grader who can create a customer friendly food and drink order app. The beer is good the food, not so much.

I don't like order using phone system. Order deliver appetizer and main dish together. All purpose of appetizer is bring before.
Beer took 15 min to deliver. I order and after 15 min they told me they run out.
Menu is supper simple, not like before.

Disappointed, before it was good fancy restaurant.

This was our second time at this restaurant and we absolutely love it
the food was delicious and the service was great. This was the first time using their new system where everything is done through your phone. you order and pay on your phone you don’t have to wait for a waiter or waitress and you can just leave when you’re done. 👍

We just came back after the pandemic. It is our favorite date night, special occasion dinner. everything was great but make sure your cell phone is charged because you need it to order. Our phone was low on battery and my husband was nervous about that. That's just a little FYI, The garden wasn't open to walk around and the bar was closed. we got there early and hoped to have a beer. We were hoping everything would be open, Still enjoyed

My first time to Stone in quite a while. The garden/setting is generally awesome. The rest of the evening left a lot to be desired. Prices are high for “order for yourself” in which you scan a QR code, order and pay all by phone style of “service”. Service in quotes because all they do is drop your food and drink off. That turns a restaurant experience into a fast food experience. Have a question about the menu? Need more water? Want to interact with a human? Good luck getting what you need. The food was so so. Out of 7 of us- 2 really liked their meals. I was very disappointed. Not what I hoped for with a special experience for Father’s Day. If you are looking to hang with friends and get some beers and snacks dropped off in a relaxed setting that is suitable for kids and dogs, this is the place. Hoping for a restaurant experience with good service, good food, and good beer? Look someplace else.

Love this place! Not only is the beer and food amazing BUT the views! Felt like we were out camping!!! We had our 5 month old son there and not once did he cry, he enjoyed seeing everything at Stone... Definitely recommend this place and take a seat outside if you bring any kiddos - they'll love it too!

Scan QR code , order and enter all our information and card to pay was not what I expected to do when We’re recommend to give 20% tips or more . Waiter got the wrong table and gave one of our food to another customer therefore I had to wait for my salad which took another 30 min .
The ambience and garden was amazing but customer service should definitely change for the better

The qr code WiFi ordering really is frustrating. I was very disappointed in the in the service. Not one server checked on us and all our food and drinks had it be ordered on the phone. This was not a delightful experience. I don't think we will be going back.

We visited for Fathers Day. The food never disappoints. The new QR code system for ordering is horrendous. We had questions on portion size, sauces, extra plate, need some more water etc. food and Ambiance are always a 10. Struggling through our order and feeling ignored and left to fend for ourselves took it down to a 3. Bummed on you Stone. Makes it hard to be your cheerleader.

I suppose if you go for their beer; and you're a fan of their beer; it would be extra special. The food all seems designed (salty/spicy) to make you want to drink beer and is just not that tasty. It might appeal more to those drinking their beer, but if you taste bitter flavors and find them strong, then the food is not at all appealing. The order process is ONLY by a QR code on your phone and is extra sterile, so much that you don't even speak to a server; customization of items is not possible to the degree it would be if you were giving a server an order. If you don't "open a tab", all your stuff will arrive at the same time. Beware - VERY IMPORTANT- open a tab and order drinks first, then apps, etc. It was nice sitting outside, but overall a somewhat disappointing experience. And you are forced to start payment when opening the tab; so you're committed before even being served. Not an experience that created a desire to return.

Our reservation was for 12:45. We checked in at 12:55 because there were two people in line to check in before us. Not sure why it took that long. We waited 25 minutes to be seated and I finally went up to ask what was taking so long. As soon as I said I had a 12:455 I was told they could seat us immediately. They forgot about us. Other than that the ambiance is great, beer great and food is wonderful. The menu is extensive.

The food and the ambiance at Stone Brewery is excellent. Unfortunately due to Covid, the service has totally gone downhill. All the ordering is on an online app that you do through your phone. It's kind of a pain to do but, it's doable. The problem was that no one ever checked on us. Not once. They brought us our food after we ordered and then that was it. If we needed more napkins, some lemon, more water, anything else, we had to do it through the app and there wasn't options for all those different needs. We needed a to-go box and put in an order for it on the app and we waited and waited and never got it. We resubmitted our request and still didn't get it. Finally someone in our party had to get up from the table and go ask for one. It was just a little ridiculous how no one, not one single wait staff member checked on us or helped us during our meal except just bringing us the food. We might as well have gone to a food court at the mall.

The ambiance is incredible. We enjoyed our dinner immensely. The food and drinks were great. Placing an order online without a waiter was different but doable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who visit the area.

We sat on the outdoor patio during a heat wave and it was very pleasant. Lots of shade, and trees. The food and beer was also incredible.
