Another great dinner!!! Special for the night was offered and my wife took that fish meal which she said was excellent. Special order of one salad was accommodated. I ordered the rockfish without the rice and fingerling potatoes and green beans were offered in its place. Food was prepared perfectly. Had the lemoncello cake which was the best dessert in the restaurant. Total recommend it. Our server Sharon was great and made us feel like family which we always do.

I love this local landmark restaurant. What I love most is the consistency. It always has good food, good service, and a lovely golf course view!

What I love most is that you can have a conversation with your dinner partner. Not so at many of the trendy downtown spots.

This is my favorite restaurant!

We have been dining at the Stockpot for over 30 years. We try some place new and usually wish we went to the Stockpot. They are very consistent.

Our go-to date night place. Pork chops and short ribs are amazing alone but everything we’ve tried has been wonderful. The wine list is the best I’ve seen so far in Portland and the staff can actually explain it all!!! In my top two to take my “foodie” wife for the perfect night.

Always a treat to visit. We love the lobster bisque. It’s a bit of a drive, but the $25 off coupons we get emailed to us keep us coming back.

Excellent customer service, excellent food, nice quiet atmosphere. It was busy but not loud at all. Hubby and I both got the French Onion soup, delicious and not too hot. I had the bouillabaisse which was beyond excellent. The lemon cake was delicious. My only critique would be that the crab stuffed mushrooms really didn't need so much cheese.

We really enjoyed our dinner here for our anniversary. Food was excellent. The only minor disappointment was, To me, an uninspired dessert menu. Service was excellent and food very good, and visionally appealing.

I think the Stock Pot is very reliable choice especially for a group. The menu is varied enough to find something for everyone. I think they have a respectable wine list. Food quality is very good and consistent, not in my opinion outstanding hence my four star rating.

(For full transparency – I spoke to the restaurant manager today and she offered me a coupon to come back and try this place again which I declined – but she did listen to my concerns.)

First tip:. When you are seated in the restaurant if they attempt to see you next to the window closest to the bar refuse that table. You might as will be sitting on the edge of the freeway trying to have dinner or lunch.
The traffic is ridiculous - that table is loud - and you'll watch people go back-and-forth in front of you and you won't be able to flag down your server because they will be focused on going to the next destination.

Upon arrival I had thought I had stepped into a vacant old folks home. The restaurant had that old musty smell mixed with cleaner. There wasn’t anyone at the hostess station – so I stepped back and there was a young lady reclining in an office chair on her phone but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. So I went back to the hostess station and a very nice young lady arrived – my husband then walked in the door and they sat us at a table near the window. Our server appeared – she was very cheerful and then things started getting really weird.

To begin with there were like maybe five tables in the whole dining room and there were many servers walking back-and-forth from one end of the restaurant to the other - to the bar and no one seem to have any purpose other than to rush around, and our table that was like a speedway – everyone was zooming all around. The food was off, the service was off, and the staff was very kind until you have to send something back to the kitchen, then they become rude. We split one of the large pork chop and had two sides, no cocktails, just water and no dessert. By the time the dessert menu was brought out we just wanted to get the heck out of Dodge because it was odd. The total tab was 59 bucks - dry pork chops, weird bread, and okayish scalloped potatoes weirdest experience ever.

Took a friend there for her birthday. Our regular waitress was off that evening, but the person who waited on us was fun and genuine. Someone even gave my friend a birthday card from the staff!!

The Stockpot is our go-to place for good dining for special occasions or visiting friends.
Prime Rib on weekends, a to-die-for lamb shank, seafood entrees, a warm-bacon dressing spinich salad, and a mature and friendly staff all make for a more up-scale, delicious and filling evening.
This is the only non-ethnic, non-franchise, tablecloth and linen napkin place that we know of in Beaverton.

Had a great business dinner. Food was great. Staff pleasant, well trained, and not all over us. It was quiet so we could talk. Overall, a great value.
