This place was so unique, the presentation of food was AMAZING. Service was great. Definitely will be back
Excellent food and service. Always really imaginative and delicious specials.
Great service and great food. What more could you ask for?
Griffin the bartender is fantastic and makes a mean Smokey Old Fashion 🥃❤️
Our favorite restaurant in Dallas…and in general. Amazing setting with a menu that has staples and amazing specials. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. Simply incredible.
Excellent as always. The chef is a master of his craft. We drive 45 minutes to eat here and it’s worth the drive. We will be back again and again and again.
An excellent evening at Stock & Barrel. Everything was perfect. The Whipped Feta appetizer is a must try. We will be back!
Excellent service and delicious food!!! Can’t wait to visit again soon.
Restaurants has poor service and the food was horrible
One of the worst dining experience I can remember in the last several years. We waited 40 minutes for water, another 20 for drink. At 90 minutes we still had no food, paid for our drinks and left. I can't think of a reason we would ever go back.
Everything was very good. They only serve what they make top notch. Somewhat limited menu, but again, everything on the menu is excellent, no weak choices.
Had a great meal with the family celebrating being together over the holidays.
The Korean fried chicken was excellent ! The presentation was exquisite. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs.
This was our first visit to Stock & Barrel. It was a last minute decision for our anniversary dinner because we had an appointment earlier in the afternoon and we didn’t know long we would be there. I booked a reservation for 5:45, but we got there early, a little after 5.
We were greeted by the manager and seated inside because we decided not to sit outside. The ambiance is perfect for a private dinner and the music is relaxing and not overpowering. After 30 years in the foodservice distribution business selling to restaurants I’m very hesitant to try new places. Sorry, I’m picky and don’t like surprises!
Needless to say this place has got it down. Cocktails were very good. If you’ve ever had a “bad Margarita” you know what I’m talking about!
Appetizers were the perfect portion and only had you wanting for the next course. I had the meatloaf (don’t snicker) and my wife had the New York strip. Both were seasoned impeccably and prepared to perfection.
As I said previously, the portions were of the perfect size so we ordered bread pudding for dessert, and once again we were extremely pleased with the presentation and flavor.
Our server, Christian, was very attentive and helpful, but didn’t hover over us.
We can’t wait to go back!
Food selections were amazing!!
Service was fantastic. Timing was perfect- we never felt rushed but we never felt like we were waiting either. Server was funny and gave great recommendations. Fries, whipped feta and truffle mushrooms were unbelievable. Loved the whole experience.
Food was amazing…. Great veggie options. But a little on the expensive side.
There service was top notch from the moment we entered the restaurant. The food is fantastic. We especially liked their sticky rice, brussel sprouts and the bread pudding.
Fantastic! Appetizers were amazing. Everyone loved their entrees. Really good experience
This place was amazing! Every dish was fantastic!!
We grabbed a seat on the patio which had heat lamps and plastic walls so it felt like eating indoors but almost empty so it was nicely intimate.
Enjoyed everything we ate- all yummy and with interesting elements to it. Ordered the old fashioned, daiquiri, truffled maitake mushrooms, whipped feta, Korean fried cauliflower, and wagyu meatloaf. Recommend all of it and looking forward to returning to try more items!
Amazing. Simply amazing. Got three appetizers and two entrees (Wagyu Meatloaf and Jumbo Lump Crab Fried Spaghetti) for $150. Well worth the money. Will be back here again.
Always great! One of our absolute favorites in Dallas.
One of the best places in town. Great for date night. Food and service are top notch. Parking can be difficult sometime.
Food was delicious…we will be back soon
We had excellent service and the food was incredible, we enjoyed their small patio!
Great food, knowledgeable wait staff and cool ambiance. Parking is difficult, but it’s worth it.
We discovered this restaurant during restaurant week. Food is wonderful. Very inventive. I had the we ordered the special Garlic hummus as an appetizer, (me) Wagyu meatloaf and (hubby) wagyu brisket burger - loved both. Our server Courtney was great. Will be back and would certainly request her.
We were a 6pm 4-person table on a Friday night. Our server was fantastic and knowledgeable of the menu; wish I could remember his name. The Thai Green Curry with root vegetables (one of the specials) was delicious as was the braised short ribs. The cheese grits were very cheesy, fyi. The bread pudding should not be missed. We will be back!
Our service was very knowledgable, gave us space and kept us supported. The food is flavorful, unique and well cooked.
We will become regulars.
Our Server (Evan) was very helpful with suggestions and made attentive visits throughout our meal (although he got distracted by another task at the end of the evening when we really needed to pay and leave to make a concert). We were pleased with a regular margarita and the Mezcal Negroni, as well as the Grilled Meatloaf and the Beef Shortrib. We added a side of cheese grits at Evan's suggestion in lieu of a request for a side order of corn (kitchen was reserving corn for regular plate service). There were some delicious-sounding specials on the board, but we opted for ordering off the menu for our early dinner (530pm). A starter of Russet Fries with parmesan and sriracha mayo was perfect for nibbling while we made other choices. All in all, it was a nice, special evening... we'd visit again.
Great restaurant! Great food! Great service! What more can I say! I recommend this restaurant for date night! Have friends visiting from out of town? - bring them here! Great all around!
Server was great amd the food was soooo good!!!
Hands down one of the best places to dine in Dallas. Exceptional!
It was our 6 year anniversary. I mentioned it in the notes when booking. Wasn’t mentioned AT ALL. Food was good. Our server was overwhelmed but communicated great! We love this spot so was disappointed by the non mention.
Stay away .. horrible drinks menu...food is not bad but nothing to write home about.... selling a below average product at about average price
