   I celebrated my birthday there,and I was NOT disappointed. The service,food,and ambiance was a 10/10‼️‼️ We had the Lil Brgrs for starters,and they were so goooddd. For our main we all end up ordering the Braised Beef Rib;with original Mac&Cheese,Sweet Corn,Truffle Fries,as well as, a Strawberry Lemon Drop.🔥🔥🔥

   Almost a two hour wait with reservation. The host at the front Desk kept stating “give us 15-20 minutes” to be seated. Lie! I ordered a steak that was supposed to be “well done”. I specifically stated no pink meat. There was Pink meat after the second bite! The steak was so chewy; I had to keep placing it in an out of my mouth to try to chew the meat off around it. Then it took about 45 minutes for us to receive the check after asking twice. Also, Tables for two are too small if ordering a lot of food. In my opinion the Food needs more flavor/seasoning.  Additionally, This place is located in a neighborhood area and inside of a hotel so there is no parking and you must pay for valet parking.  Valet parking is $22 the first two hours then $10 an hour afterwards.  I can’t say there was anything I liked about this dining experience. The food for two ppl cost $475 including a $74 tip.

   We waited for 1 hour to be seated! What was the point of the reservation if you need to wait for 1 full hour? No child chair for my child was provided - they did not have it (on Mother's Day!). Food took 50 min to come, to my disappointment my steak was overcooked and the burgers for my child were undercooked, when we asked to remake they said it'll take too long and my child was left unfed. I did not have utensils and ate steak with my hand and a knife. I asked to bring cheese for baby's burgers and they failed to bring it. Terrible experience.

   Was very disappointed with service at STK. We made a reservation for Mother's Day brunch for 2:30pm. After arriving 15 minutes before the reservation time, we were told there was a 20 minute wait. 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes, although we had a reservation. This resulted in us missing out on brunch as their last seating for brunch was 2:45, but that was the fault of the establishment. They should have honored our reservation time because they could not handle the volume. After missing out on the brunch menu due to the restaurant's overbooking, we decided to still eat there, given we already paid for valet. We sat down to eat and the service itself was poor. We waited a long time to receive our food. Customers who came in and sat down AFTER us received their food before us and were able to leave before we received our food. When our food finally arrived, it was either burnt or undercooked. It literally seemed as if our entire meal had been forgotten. The price we paid wasn't worth the service we received. I hope in the future, STK can find a solution to handle high volume on holidays such as Mother's Day. Until then, my family and I will not be dining here.

   Pros: Clean. Nearby affordable parking at UCLA if you want to avoid the valet. Cons: Extremely noisy (difficult to hold a conversation), dark, mediocre food quality at undeserved fine dining prices, poorly managed, understaffed and overbooked with patrons leading to incredibly stressed staff. When I arrived for my booking I was told there would be an extremely long wait for my table, the greeter recommended I eat at the bar because there were at least 10 ppl ahead of me waiting for their table. Staff could be over heard discussing with one another how they’d run out of basic supplies and the kitchen was in total disarray - I do not blame the staff at all, they were all very courteous and friendly but the management is disastrous. Bartenders were being asked to wait tables as well as somehow simultaneously tend the bar. My server actually cried because she was so overwhelmed so I and another patron comforted her. I waited 1hr 45 minutes for my food which is inexcusable - not the fault of kitchen staff but this is clearly a very poorly managed establishment. Nothing classy about this restaurant, very tacky and cheap feeling. I paid $100 for one disappointing, mediocre entree and a side of veg. I didn’t complain because my poor server was already having an awful day and I didn’t want to make it worse.

    It took nearly 2 hrs for our brunch to arrive. Truly insane. Restaurant ended up giving us 50% off only after my wife talked to the manager 3 times. We had small children with us.

    Do not come here during a holiday. We were here for Mother's Day and the restaurant overbooked and made us wait an hour even though we had a reservation. Service was great but the restaurant is managed poorly and was not equipped to handle a holiday like Mother's Day. We were asked three times if we could give up our high chair, so they didn't have enough high chairs to accommodate the guests. Food came out an hour after we ordered so the kitchen was extremely bogged down as well. The food was decent although you can tell the items had been sitting there and assembled for our order. One item of my mom's order was cold. For how much the food cost, there was very little food. our $34 eggs benedict came with only the eggs benedict, nothing else on the plate. We were given bread one time while we waited but I am pregnant and diabetic so I couldn't have any additional bread. Since we waited so long after expecting to eat, we were still hungry after our food. Full disclosure, the manager did come by and apologize a number of times, our server was overworked but amazing, and we received 50% off our final bill as well as our drinks we purchased prior to being seated, comped.

    Made reservations 4 weeks in advance for outdoor seating on Mothers Day for 11:15 am. We arrived 5-10 minutes early. At 11:55 am we still weren't seated. We were told we could sit indoors or on some other other "sunny" outdoor patio. We chose the patio--it wasn't sunny--it was very narrow and surrounded by high walls so the sun wasn't at the proper angle to come through. It was cold and breezy. By this time, we were all hungry--we hadn't eaten prior to our "brunch." We ordered food--it was taking a long time. We asked the waiter about it--he came back and said the food wouldn't be ready for quite some time. We left, disgusted by the experience. Other patrons were complaining to the manager about having been waiting for 2 hours without getting any food.

    Everything was overpriced. Steak was very tough to chew on even though ordered medium rare. The waitress dropped the plate in front of us. Overall just not worth the price, nice atmosphere but that’s about it.

    Took 2 clients out here with the wives for dinner. Our experience was horrible. I am no stranger to STK Las Vegas but I gotta say this was bad. My tab for 6 was $2,700 which was expected for 6 people drinking and eating. One of the wives ordered a drink she didn’t like and our waitress refused to take it back or remake it. Also she got my steak wrong. I ordered a medium rare and I got my steak well. I didn’t want to make a scene but most definitely will not come back.

    High price tag, bad service. Had a reservation and were sat on time, no one came up to even get us water for 15 minutes (restaurant was not busy all night long). Drinks were very strong, potatoes and steaks over seasoned with salt, dessert was the only part that was worth it. Bill was about $400, I asked our waitress who was standing at the table if she can validate our parking ticket, not like she was busy but she said we can do it ourself on the way out. Valet attendants stand and talk in stead of coming to get your ticket, main valet guy speaks like he parks cars at a local restaurant, not a high end steak house. It is all about how you present yourself if you want people to come back, the presentation we got would not encourage us to come back to this place. Was really hoping this experience would have been better.

    We had a very good experience at STK. The service was excellent. The steak was ordered medium rare, but served well done. The restaurant kindly gave us a discount on the meal. Lamb was excellent and prepared as ordered. The mushroom side was quite good, but too salty. The tater tots were amazing. We came back after the play for dessert and had another good experience.

    Food is overpriced and the quality of the meat is not good. There are better steak restaurants. This would be on the bottom. I don’t mind paying for good steaks but this one wasn’t good. Spent $500 for 2 people. It’s typical again but worth it in this case. The bread was good tho. Lol

    This was my first time there. It was referred by a family member. It was my sister in laws birthday and I wanted to take her there for her birthday dinner. We got sat and waited a long time, our server finally came and was very nervous or unsure of her job. She was a nice girl , but did not knows the steps of service. My sister in law and niece got the wrong temperature on their filet mignon. She never came back to check on us or ask us if everything was okay . The manager came around to ask if everything was good and I told him that I am very disappointed to pay theses really high prices and not get the service that equals to that. He just apologized and sent us a glass of champagne. Never came back to check on us again . There was a table right next to us that were complaining about the same thing . I told him that I was also in the hospitality industry and was surprised by the level of service we received, or lack of. They need to train their staff to do better. The best thing about that pace was the bread but I will not be back .

    The wait staff was so polite and so welcoming. The entire restaurant was so clean. The decor was absolute amazing. I went on a solo date there and went in feeling nervous. I left feeling like the experience added so much to my trip here.

    It's not worth it !! The only thing that it was actually worth it was the bread that you get at the beginning and that is free of charge. Mediocre food that is extremely overpriced, The tiny stick that we got was called and cost over $100 for a few slices. Why was your price a Caesar salad for $27 ?? And it has nothing special in it. If they're trying to be sophisticated, they should at least have the music working.. we couldn't hear even one song straight. It kept breaking off. We left nauseated. I wouldn't come here ever again.

    I would like to start off by saying STK is located in the W Hotel; we were a little confused at first. Our server Levi went over the menu in great detail being it was our first time. We ordered the crab cake, it was full of real crab, no fillers. Our entrees were the short ribs and lobster linguini and both were very delicious. I might mention there was a piece of lobster in every bite and the short Ribs were very tender. The bread was warm and filling. I ordered the warm chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream for dessert, it was ok, nothing to write home about. My cousin ordered the Strawberry cocktail which had Graham crackers around the brim, she loved it. The only disappointing thing was I made note in the reservation we were celebrating a birthday and there was no birthday dessert for her 😔 I would also like to mention the male at the table next to us was being a rude (fill in the blank). Levi brushed it off and handled it like a champ. I felt so bad for the way the customer was talking to him that I apologized. If you're ever at STK ask for Levi his a great young man
