Oysters, is very poor quality for the price they charge. Management must be on top of things like this. Other than that, staff was a pleasure and lobster is great. Please look into getting better quality oysters.
Took my mom for her 98th birthday. I've taken her there before for other special occasions and the food, service, and ambiance continue to be fantastic. I told the waiter it was my mom's birthday and he had the entire section I was sitting in sing happy birthday to my mom. I tried to make another reservation for a future date on Open table however it looks as if they are booked for a year! Can't wait to go back!
We booked this a few months ago based on online recommendations. It was FANTASTIC! There was so much food, and the champagne literally did not stop. Our server Hugo was so amazing, very charming and took great care of us. It’s added to my list of must-do on a Sunday in Vegas. The buffet is not huge, but what they do do, they do very well. Highly recommend it!
Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary! We never felt rushed and ended up staying for over 3 hours! We had a great time!
Sterling brunch. Sundays only. Worth it and great value. Oh my god greatness
Very limited choice of food. It was recommended by my co worker and I had to book a few months in advance. When I got the to restaurant they couldn’t find my reservation but was still able to give me a table. Unlimited champagne was great, but the food was kind of disappointing. Filet Mignon was over cooked, blue point oyster was very slimy. The lobster tail and crab leg was good. Service was great but would not go again.
I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Some items were great, steak, lobster, eggs, but a significant number of item were not tasty at all like, chichen Marsala, shrimp crab claws and sushi. The oysters were a significant concern for my family. They were not cold, almost room temperature and musty. All five of us expierencd this as well as the couple seated next to us. The desserts were wonderful . Our waiter brought us the custard crepe that was absolutely amazing.
I came from NC with a group of four people. I made this the one thing I wanted to do when we came to Vegas. Of us for two people are picky eaters. I can tell you that 1/2 the group cried due to the amount of amazing flavor everything had. The two picky eaters were totally satisfied due to how amazing the food was prepared. Thank you for this brunch 10/10 will do again
They ran out of milk chocolate covered strawberries
Before I start writing, note that I have eaten at all of the casino buffets they offer on the vegas strip. With this said, I ate Sterling brunch with my brother on March 25, 2018 *this was my very first time). I was charged approximately $100 per person. I added tip too which totaled out to be around $240 (for two people). First of all, what I enjoyed most was the lamb meat! They carver always gives you a beautiful sliced piece every time. The lamb piece has plenty of meat on it with a good size of fat on it. The seasoning on the lamb is perfect too. However, I honestly have to say that the quality of the food in general is not worth $100 per person; although I understand that this buffet costs this much probably because of the lobster tails and caviar. Maybe the filet mignon too. But that's about it. In addition, the buffet does not offer much too. You can get from one end to the other end with approximately 20 footsteps. With a buffet this small, I would think that the rest of the time would be spent on the quality of each serving. Last thing I will say is that the dessert is delicious and ripe though. My overall opinion would be that if it's your first time and thinking hard about trying this place, you should try it. Again, I am not saying that the food is bad. All I'm say is that the food quality is just not up there with other casino buffets. If you want to good quality fresh seafood and food, go to wynn (Sunday brunch). If you want an awesome meat carving station with handmade seafood and caviar items, go to Bellagio (Saturday dinner). And if you want good overall quality food with tons of eating options, go to the bacchanal buffet for dinner on saturday. Hope this helps you all.
It was my birthday and loved every moment.
Remember coming to this years ago when we used to visit Las Vegas. Since moving here 2 yrs ago hadn’t tried it again because of unavailability. Booked 3 months ago and was pleased. Eggs Benedict excellent and lobster worth it!
The Sterling Brunch is my very favorite place to eat in Vegas. The meal starts with a warm popover and cold Perrier Jouet champagne. I love the lobster tails but the lamb chops are superb. Everything is delicious and well worth the money!
Love this place for special occasions. Food is always well prepared and service is what you would expect. Love the popovers and seafood. Wife loves the Bisque with added Lobster meat. Lamb chops melt in your mouth. You will find something that will make your experience great.
I never miss this when I come to Vegas. It's my favorite.
Second visit, and really glad we came back with friends.
Jim, our waiter, was amazing, friendly and efficient.
My glass was never empty.
How did we not know about this place before this trip??? The brunch was the best we've ever experience in Vegas! I would recommend to anyone who loves great champagne with your brunch. Only the best at this restaurant! We will definitely be back.
After paying 100.00 we were charged and additional 60.00 . Now 260.00 for two people and one person doesn’t eat seafood or steak is ridiculous.
We booked a reservation weeks in advance , had researched on line too.
Was disappointed with the Langusta (Caribbean lobster)thought there would be Maine lobster.
Asked was told , “lobster is from the Atlantic “.
Food was good but not sure it was worth the cost .
Gluttons! Face it, anyone reviewing reviews of a buffet must be at least interested in being a glutton. It’s lobster, but it’s not fantastic. You should know what you’re getting into. While the food is higher quality than most buffets, it is not the highest. It’s nice, but really, how much lobster and crab can you eat in one sitting? You easily get your money’s worth and that was what motivated me to try it (and lobster).
The overall service is strong and the champagne is flowing. When you meet your server, your glass remains full (to orders included). The entire team was very attentive.
You’ll be uncomfortably full when you leave, but the story of you eating 6+ lobster tails in one sitting makes that all worth it (champagne + lobster + story - uncomfortable).
It was a fantastic experience! The food and service are great!
Food was excellent. Jim our waiter was out standing.
Still the best brunch in Las Vegas albeit the most expensive. I have eaten here a few times a year since the mid 1990's. It has been remodeled, so has lost that 'old Vegas' feel, but still serves excellent champagne and food. Beginning with the hot gourmet popovers served at the table, to the large, fresh shrimp and mountains of unlimited lobster tail, to the fresh fruit and scrumptious dessert table. Fillet and prime rib and rack of lamb cooked to perfection. It's not a huge buffet, but everything on it is quality. Problem is, they may have priced themselves out of my range. It has always been expensive -- $55 back in the 90's and early 2000's, $85 for the past few years -- but when we went last Sunday it was $105. Twenty dollars is a huge jump. And that is before the tip, which you are inclined to be generous with because the wait staff is extremely attentive. I still recommend this brunch, especially for special occasions, and for people who are willing to linger over several hours of conversation, while enjoying good champagne and quality food.
This place inspires you to eat too much, had to walk around the strip for an hour after eating here.
I went to Vegas 3 times in 8 months and finally got my reservation! The signature omelette with lobster, Boursin cheese and cognac was amazing, even more so if you top it with caviar. The champagne was flowing, our server made sure we never had less than a full glass. The lobster tail was flavorful and I loved the king crab. I curse their cheese popover. It is so good served with Boursin but took up valuable stomach real estate. At 105pp, it’s not for every occasion but it was worth it!
I know the concept of a $100 buffet sounds crazy, but this is an incredible meal!!
Sergio our waiter was the best! This is one of the best brunches we’ve ever done. Food was delicious! The lobsters were amazing! Would highly recommend.
Have nothing to say negative about the buffet. Everything was perfect.. From the food to the service.
This is a must eating destination every time we come to Vegas. The food and service is amazing.
The food spread was quite impressive and the bottomless champagne certainly lived up to expectations. If there was a complaint it was that we expected the place to be a little better than shorts and r-shorts. I also find it quite tacky to invite tips at the serving stations. This is a very expensive meal and the tip/gratuity provided on the check should be shared with the kitchen serving employees rather than separately expecting cash at a food station.
Been coming to the Sterling Brunch for years, and will keep coming, every thing is EXCELLENT, don't change a thing.
Totally NOT worth the price. Food quality is pretty bad as well. Do not recommend.
I walk up to the hostess and stand right in front of her for about 10-15 seconds before she even acknowledges me. At most high end restaurants, the hostess will greet you with a smile before you even approach their post. Not here. After waiting about 5 minutes for my table to be ready, I finally get seated and just watch the server walk past me with no acknowledgement. So I decided to just go hit the buffet. After coming back from the buffet, the server still does not come around to take my drink order until another 5 minutes has passed. Throughout my brunch, the server did not refill my drinks and I had to ask him. Towards the end of my meal, I asked for wet naps and the check. He actually forgot the wet naps and disappeared for another 10 minutes before he brought my check.
As for the food, I say that you are wasting your money here. I would have been ok paying $25 for the quality of food they served here. I know they have lobster tail, prime rib, lamb chops, king crab, stone crabs, blue point oysters and filet mignon to name a few, but the taste was not good at all. I would highly recommend spending the $50 at Bacchanal in Caesars Palace over this place. The buffet here is about 1/4 the size of Bacchanal's. First off, the lobster was not dry or anything, it just had a weird taste to it. I can't really explain what it is, but was not a big fan of it. I did have to squeeze lemon on top just to make it edible. The prime rib was very dry. I should have paid attention and asked for the medium cut instead. The lamb chop was too gamey. I just took one bite and I could already taste the gaminess and had to spit it out. The filet mignon was very dry and lack flavor. The shrimp cocktail was ok. They were very big and plump though. The rock crab was a joke. There was no taste and just full of water when I bit into it. Normally you can taste the brininess of the crab, but not here. The blue point oysters for some reason didn't taste fresh to me. Go pay $65 at Bacchanal.
We try to get reservations for the Sterling Brunch every time we are in Las Vegas. The food is amazing and attention to detail puts it over the top. The popover which starts the meal is delicious, and worth a carb splurge. Webster has been making their signature omelet for years, and it's worth a trip to Vegas!
Great variety of wonderful food but not very tasty. Service was very good.
Always a great experience, altmosphere and fantastic seafood.
Overall we had an awesome experience. The food was great! I noticed people in One forum complaining about the lobster tails, stating that they were over cooked. It’s a buffet. They can only stay fresh for so long. We thought they were awesome. My only complaint is that the filet was really not seasoned.
1000% recommended if you're a lobster fan like me. If you're not, there are several other better brunch buffet values in Vegas. The buffet was always stocked full and the tails were slightly larger and of better quality than i expected coming from a buffet.. Impeccable service from the staff.
Other non lobster items were also great but the lobster and champagne were the real winners here.
Visited with friends on Superbowl Sunday. The Sterling Brunch had been on my bucket list for a while and I´m glad we went. Lots of delicious food, outstanding waiters and a constant flow of champagne made it a great experience. Probably will be back.
The brunch was fantastic! Very good quality seafood, meats and veggies. Caveat on the line too!
