Totally NOT worth the price. Food quality is pretty bad as well. Do not recommend.
I walk up to the hostess and stand right in front of her for about 10-15 seconds before she even acknowledges me. At most high end restaurants, the hostess will greet you with a smile before you even approach their post. Not here. After waiting about 5 minutes for my table to be ready, I finally get seated and just watch the server walk past me with no acknowledgement. So I decided to just go hit the buffet. After coming back from the buffet, the server still does not come around to take my drink order until another 5 minutes has passed. Throughout my brunch, the server did not refill my drinks and I had to ask him. Towards the end of my meal, I asked for wet naps and the check. He actually forgot the wet naps and disappeared for another 10 minutes before he brought my check.
As for the food, I say that you are wasting your money here. I would have been ok paying $25 for the quality of food they served here. I know they have lobster tail, prime rib, lamb chops, king crab, stone crabs, blue point oysters and filet mignon to name a few, but the taste was not good at all. I would highly recommend spending the $50 at Bacchanal in Caesars Palace over this place. The buffet here is about 1/4 the size of Bacchanal's. First off, the lobster was not dry or anything, it just had a weird taste to it. I can't really explain what it is, but was not a big fan of it. I did have to squeeze lemon on top just to make it edible. The prime rib was very dry. I should have paid attention and asked for the medium cut instead. The lamb chop was too gamey. I just took one bite and I could already taste the gaminess and had to spit it out. The filet mignon was very dry and lack flavor. The shrimp cocktail was ok. They were very big and plump though. The rock crab was a joke. There was no taste and just full of water when I bit into it. Normally you can taste the brininess of the crab, but not here. The blue point oysters for some reason didn't taste fresh to me. Go pay $65 at Bacchanal.
We try to get reservations for the Sterling Brunch every time we are in Las Vegas. The food is amazing and attention to detail puts it over the top. The popover which starts the meal is delicious, and worth a carb splurge. Webster has been making their signature omelet for years, and it's worth a trip to Vegas!

Overall we had an awesome experience. The food was great! I noticed people in One forum complaining about the lobster tails, stating that they were over cooked. It’s a buffet. They can only stay fresh for so long. We thought they were awesome. My only complaint is that the filet was really not seasoned.
1000% recommended if you're a lobster fan like me. If you're not, there are several other better brunch buffet values in Vegas. The buffet was always stocked full and the tails were slightly larger and of better quality than i expected coming from a buffet.. Impeccable service from the staff.
Other non lobster items were also great but the lobster and champagne were the real winners here.
Visited with friends on Superbowl Sunday. The Sterling Brunch had been on my bucket list for a while and I´m glad we went. Lots of delicious food, outstanding waiters and a constant flow of champagne made it a great experience. Probably will be back.
The brunch was fantastic! Very good quality seafood, meats and veggies. Caveat on the line too!
Over priced and underrated
It was good, been trying to get reservations for 4 yrs ( go to vegas twice a year )...so book ahead. remember this buffet doesnt have tons of items to pick from. The service was amazing for a buffet makes almost forget your at a buffet!!!.. the food was cooked ok and the seating area we had was ok ( could use a bit more light )...over all a good experience to at least try once!!
Went there for my wife’s birthday, food is good, but really few options, not the best out there, I’d rather eat at the MGM, or Baccanal, they are better value for the price.
Chef Webster was very sincere and exceptional in creation of lobster omlet for my birthday, and Javier was very attentive to my table and made me feel welcomed.
THE STERLING BRUNCH IS FANTASTIC, ONE OF A KIND. FULL SERVICE WAIT STAFF EXCEPT FOR SELF SERVE FOR FOOD. ENDLESS CHAMPAGNE, ATTENTIVE STAFF, FRIENDLY, NOT RUSHED. CLASSY EXCELLENCE FOR SEAFOOD LOVERS... PRICEY, BUT WORTH IT FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS TO IMPRESS.
Our waiter Jim was the best in the business - very professional and made the experience so much better. The food was good - not great - not hot some things and for the price it was lack luster - but the champagne was great and Jim was great - the desserts looked good but too much food couldn't enjoy them. The restaurant was packed and it was too loud and noisy for my liking - and I really wanted to eat crab and they made it tough as the spikes on the crab were too sharp so I only had one piece. Felt like I got my money's worth with the caviar and champagne but then I didn't eat anything else - would go again but restaurant really was too too noisy
The Food and service was amazing, well worth the price our waiter was awesome. We will most definitely come back for the most delicious buffet in Las Vegas.
