Sterling Brunch Buffet - Bally's Las Vegas
Last reservation at 1:30pm.
I loved the Brunch even though it is the most expensive one on the Strip! Once a year we will be back for Valentine’s Day! Wish I could go more often!
Awesome server, great food, will definitely come again
We were excited to finally be in Vegas in a Sunday morning to try this. As mentioned in other reviews, the buffet is on the small side with limited choices although everything on it was high quality and very tasty. Our only complaint was there were like zero side dishes anywhere. Call me crazy, but I like a potato or the sort with my beef! Otherwise, champagne flowed freely and the king crab was some of the best!
Have eaten this brunch many, many, times,& as always, I will return, Quality food, Fantastic service, Great Brunch, only problem, it's no SECRET any more!
Best buffet of all buffets. Highly recommend. !!!!!!!
Valentine day brunch. Had great time. Highly recommend for special occasion
The food was fantastic and our glasses were never empty. Tony took amazing care of us and would def go back!
Good food; very good service. Brunch line was a little smaller than I thought from online reviews but while expensive, especially since they raised prices for Superbowl weekend, it was worth it. Where else in VEGAS can you get unlimited lobster tails and champagne for $110? And good Prime Rib; filet was ok (nothing to write home to momma about) and rest of food was good. But bring your appetite or get your drink on because otherwise it ain't worth the price.....LOL Nice touch was singing waiter for a birthday celebrant at our table.
Absolutely the best brunch we have ever been to, and we have done a lot of brunching. The popovers are so warm soft and delicious that you think one is enough but are then tempted to ask for more. Love everything about this buffet.
This was awesome some of the best food I ever had
I do the Sterling Brunch once a year as a special treat. Last year`s experience was 5 stars, but this time there were some flaws... the plates piled up in front of my girlfriend, lobster was overcooked and glasses stayed empty longer than they used to before. So if I wouldn´t know that they can do better I would still be ok with it but compared to my last experience it is the 3 stars.
Awesome thanks Lulu
Best seafood ever
This visit was disappointing compared to our last. This reservation was for 1pm and there was a wait to be seated. Some of the items we went to enjoy were unavailable - sushi (gone by 1:15pm) dessert (gone by 2pm, maybe earlier). Overall, food quality was just okay. Champagne and server were great. Unless a 10am reservation is available, would recommend that you skip this brunch.
Food was good
Filet was dry because it was over cooked (mine was more on the med well side) and the prime rib was rare!
Def need to update the desserts.
This just seems like a Vegas classic. It’s an obscene amount of food and champagne, and it’s friendly, fun vibe makes it a truly enjoyable brunch. Highly recommend
This was the best buffet we have ever eaten at in our whole 11 times we visited Las Vegas over a 10 yr span. It was my 46th birthday and my girlfriend and i’s 10 year anniversary on January 20th/2019.
The services, atmosphere and food is absolutely a 10+. We will be back.
I can barely afford such a buffet. However, I was wanted to try since a lot of people were saying it was worth it. I LOVE this buffet. Only wish I could afford it more often. The service was great from the hostess (sorry didn't get her name) to our server, Tony. He didn't skip beat, in addition to being entertaining and caring.
Way overpriced for the value and food quality. Some of the worst oysters I have tried.
Absolutely phenomenal food and service. Well worth the price!
It was ok. Host and waiter both were ok. Lobsters were but overcooked, but other foods were good.
I was very excited to have Sunday Sterling brunch at Bally’s because every time I tried to make reservation, it’s all booked and hard to find availability. Finally I got a table and it was more than What I expected. Food and unlimited champagne was amazing. Service was great and very attentive to the guests. Love to go back again for another special time there!!!!!
My friends and I are local Las Vegans. Whenever we have a special occasion or Birthday to celebrate the Sterling Brunch is our 'go to' place. It is pricey ($110.00 ++per person) but with unlimited lobster, caviar, Perrier Jouet Champagne...plus much more...you certainly get your money's worth.
Lupita, our server, is a treasure! She has taken care of our group during past visits. Although months may have passed, she remembers us, and welcomes us back. She's always smiling, quietly watching over our table. We never have to ask for anything, things just magically appear; all the while never letting the level of our champagne glasses go below 1/2 full.
Just know that this Brunch is only available on Sundays inside the Bally's casino restaurant - 'BLT Steak'. If you have a special occasion coming up, make sure to reserve months in advance...and that is not an exaggeration. Sterling Brunch is very popular and books up fast.
Sterling brunch was stunning, luxorious and so delicious. Brunch inckuded champagne, orange juice, lobster, crab legs, caviar, sushi, oysters, lamb, roast beef, filet mignon, chicken, eggs, frittata, bread pudding, bacon, sausage, lobster bisque, salads, desserts and espresso coffee.
Worth every penny. I would highly reccommend. Need reservations.
I would like to have seen a larger dessert display. And there could have been more vegetables options.
When we made the reservation we were not told that at 2:30 they close the doors to food walked away hungry over priced never go again
This was our third experience at the Sterling brunch and the first since it was redone into the BLT restaurant. We enjoyed it but I did feel the food quality and variety had reduced. For the price I really think you would be better off just choosing a great restaurant and ordering off the menu. That said if you want to drink a lot of champagne it will be good value.
Too expensive for the quality of food that you get. Something was really off about the filet mignon, like it had gone bad.
This brunch is a wonderful escape in Las Vegas. The best of everything from lobster and huge perfectly cooked shrimp to masterfully grilled filet mignon. Not the typical buffet or brunch. Champagne is constantly poured. Dessert is worth saving room for.
You know the buffet is good when you feel like you need to be rolled out at the end!
Overall, this was a pleasant experience. The dessert was lacking in flavor, but as long as one is there for the main courses (all excellent), there shouldn't be any disappointment.
Best buffet in Vegas! The food is excellent. Waiters are so nice and love that they wear tuxes. Champagne never stops being poured!
This place is just a MUST if you’re in Vegas on a Sunday.
Overrated. Service was good. Not all the food were good. The lobster tails were okay only. Rated them 7/10. The lamb chops were excellent! Caviar were good. There are better sushi elsewhere then what was offered there. Crab legs were okay not impressive. The popover bread were good. Deserts are better than any buffets in Vegas.
Overall it is too expensive.
Good experience. I had to ask for Popovers and drinks though.
I have been to the Sterling Brunch several times on trips to Las Vegas, and this time did not disappoint. The food was outstanding, and the service was second to none. The Champagne was endless, and was top quality. I will definitely be back.
Good if you are a seafood lover. Steak and lobster was great. Excellent service.
This was our second time having the Sunday Brunch at Sterling. It was as good as it gets!!
If you like quality food and champagne, this is the place to go!!
I suggest that you book in advance since the place is not that big and it is always full.
Awesome place with the best Sunday brunch in Vegas!!
I was full of excitement when I managed to make a reservation for 3. The greeter who showed us to our table was great as well. Then all hell broke loose. I was served by a guy named Tony. His attitude as a waiter sucked big time. He basically served me drinks and that was that. He did not offer to tell me more about the food nor serve me other drinks as that was what he did for other guests. I had to find out more about the food from other guests next to me! During the meal, there were lots of sarcasm from him about us sitting for too long, not finishing our food promptly (buffet by the way) and also eating too many lobsters and crabs. The meal cost us 300 plus USD. Out of goodwill, I tipped him a 40 USD, almost half the price of the cost for 1 adult meal. To my HORROR, I was snubbed at and he did not even bother to say goodbye when I was leaving. This experience has left me a very bad impression about BLT. I WILL NOT go back again even though I love seafood. The dining experience at main street buffet surpasses what I have had here. The waitress smiled sincerely and happily for a 5 dollar tip. She was busy bringing us different drinks and also clearing the table singlehandedly. KUDOS to her and SHAME ON YOU!!!
In the past, I’ve always given 5 stars across the board for this brunch. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t fabulous. I was seated at a table directly across from the waitstaff’s door to/from the kitchen. I was bumped and overflowing trays passed near me throughout my dining experience. The food was good (I love the lobster, caviar, and banana foster). I don’t know that I will visit again, though...it is expensive and I expected a more refined encounter.
Excellent food. All you can eat filets lobster, and more. Great shrimp. A little pricey st $105 but worth it.
Great experience!!! My favorite was the... prime rib. It was just as tender as any 5 star restaurant specializing in prime rib. The lobster was a little dry however very delicious. Another part that was great was the champagne and you can even do the to-go cup at the end... only in vegas, baby!
