Sterling Brunch Buffet - Bally's Las Vegas
Last reservation at 1:30pm.
Outstanding food and service. Highly recommend
Plenty of choices and bloody Mary’s was awesome
Excellent food. Very good service. The price is now $125 per person, which is more expensive than I’m comfortable with. I probably won’t be returning.
Steak and lobster were both cold. Champagne served was not brand advertised.
If you love lobster, this is the place. Prime rib was masterfully prepared and the desserts are truly prime. Can’t wait to come back!
The food was great but not alot of variety to choose from. For $100 to get in, I was disappointed.
Take note, if you wish to dine at this Sunday's only very popular Brunch, be prepared to book your reservation at least 2 to 3 months +/- in advance. No. That is not a typo.
One more thing to be aware of....the cost per person of the Sterling Brunch was recently increased from $110.00 ++ to $125.00 ++.
It’s getting way too pricy as they seem to raise their prices twice a year. Not sure it’s worth it now. If I go again, it will be awhile, and by that point it will be so expensive I’ll likely pass.
Top shelf in terms of quality. Variety of choices is excellent. Heavily weighted towards the seafood lovers, but also a fair amount of meats to choose from. Carving station and otherwise.
The price is also reflective of this high quality aspect so is something to absolutely consider. With tax before tip you are looking at $135 per person...
We are very disappointed by the food which is just average.
For the money paid, 310$ Included tax and tip, for 2 persons, we expect the food to be excellent.
Lobster was okay,
prime rib, lamb, filet mignon were over cooked, little tough, didn’t melt in the mouth.
Lobster bisque is like in other inexpensive buffet.
Caesar’s salad was the worst that I ate
I am not a connaisseur of caviar, but their caviar was like a black paste, not in little eggs
it’s not worth it.
Been going for years. As long as they stay open - I’ll keep going. The lobster and caviar alone make it worth it. The servers are so attentive and sweet. I absolutely love this place.
Best buffet in Las Vegas hands down go for yourself. Lobster and king crab legs unbeliable
This was my 7th time to Sterling Brunch. I was very disappointed. The lobster was cold and mushy. Yuck. Champagne has gone down hill too.
The food was ok. My lobster and steak was very tough. The prime rib was good though! I was very disappointed to see the champagne was not the one that they showed in all the pictures. Instead it was much less quality. Glad we tried it but definitely don’t see a need to go back. I’d rather go have a nice quality meal somewhere.
Food was awesome, but Duff made the experience. We loved it.
Expect not so great service but amazing food. All you can eat lobster tails!
Fabulous delicious selection of tasty food and drinks
My birthday and as all ways excellent!
The food was wonderful. Nevertheless, the desserts were not great.
We have eaten here a few times before. It was better then. Not so much, now.
In 2016, I reviewed Sterling Brunch on tripadvisor and gave it glowing reviews. That was then. This is now.
The lobster, which is a main reason for going here, seemed overcooked and tough. The other reason for going here has been the fact that the Perrier-Jouet champagne never stopped coming. Before, our glasses were frequently refilled. It was a challenge getting past the half-way mark. This time we drank slower but still sat there with the empty glasses in front of us. To make matters worse, since the champagne did not seem as tasty this time (which explains drinking more slowly), I asked to see the label on the bottle and it was not Perrier-Jouet; but some other label I had not heard of. When I commented about the champagne, the waitress said that Perrier stopped making that champagne, so they now supply a comparable champagne, given the unavailability of Perrier-Jouet. But later that day, I was at Costco and there it was--many cases of Perrier-Jouet champagne.
And then, of course, is the price increase. When we started going here, it was $95 each. Now $115 each.
The quality still ranks up there with the best Las Vegas brunches. But the selection is limited and the price is about double the next most expensive brunch (Bachannal at Caesars). Although you get lobster here (dry. overcooked), I think that if the lobster and an almost-as-good-as-Perrier champagne is not important, then Bachannal is the better choice even for the same price.
So I suppose we will not be returning. But with the sold-out nature of the brunch, I suppose they won't care anyway.
Es la cuarta vez que vamos, la comida extraordinaria, el servicio buenisimo, no es barato pero vale la pena. 110 usd por persona + tax
Lobster and filet mignon were left out under the lamp too long. There is a pan of cooked lobster in the back that just sits there until the pan under the lamp is empty. I went back for lobster a second time thinking I just got a bad piece. Unfortunately, it was just as hard and flavorless as the first. The bread and desserts were pretty good.
very disappointed the steaks were cold, lobster was tuff and cold expected more food choices for the amount of money we paid had to tell waiter when we needed refills on our drinks the only thing good were the crab legs and the omelets
Had an absolutely beautiful brunch I book a table 2 months before we went to Vegas after I’d seen the reviews and videos on you tube and thought I’ve gotta see what this is all about and it didn’t disappoint. I will definitely be going back on my next trip from England
Service needs to be slightly more attentive. Quality of food was great, I just wish there was slightly more options to choose from for the price we paid.
The rock lobsters and crab legs were great. However the fillet was not really good and it was over cooked. I believe the fillet was choice and not prime. It was fairly tough and not a melt in your mouth prime fillet I had envisioned. Plus, the price had increased from $99 to $110. I believe a fair value of this buffet would be somewhere in the $60-70 range. The main attraction is obviously the lobster but there is only so much lobster and butter a person can eat. The average fillet really ruined the buffet in my opinion.
It was amazing except that the filet mignon was overcoocked like a bacon. It was very chewy
Not much to say about this buffet. Just if you’re lucky enough to find a reservation..TAKE IT!! Also, our waiter tony sets the bar high for service in Vegas!! Unbelievable
Everything is amazing, from the prime rib to the lobster.
Waiter started by pouring 3 out of the 4 glasses of Champagne. Never mentioned that we could actually order things off of the menu as well. Was more concerned with filling Champagne glasses than taking dirty dishes off of the table. For the cost, I would have expected much more from a waiter. The food was so-so, it was cold and we got sausage that was raw in the middle. Would rather go back to Bacchanal at Caesar’s.
Excellent service. The only negative thing I would say is the hot food aren’t hot or even warm.
We have been going to the Sterling Brunch for years. It is our "splurge" meal whenever we go to Vegas. Wonderful, endless champagne and the choices and quality of the food that is offered is also wonderful! Be sure to reserve a table a few months before your arrival as it books up very quickly!
For the amount of money you spend it’s not worth it. Try Queen Mary Brunch.
I loved the Brunch even though it is the most expensive one on the Strip! Once a year we will be back for Valentine’s Day! Wish I could go more often!
Awesome server, great food, will definitely come again
We were excited to finally be in Vegas in a Sunday morning to try this. As mentioned in other reviews, the buffet is on the small side with limited choices although everything on it was high quality and very tasty. Our only complaint was there were like zero side dishes anywhere. Call me crazy, but I like a potato or the sort with my beef! Otherwise, champagne flowed freely and the king crab was some of the best!
Have eaten this brunch many, many, times,& as always, I will return, Quality food, Fantastic service, Great Brunch, only problem, it's no SECRET any more!
Best buffet of all buffets. Highly recommend. !!!!!!!
Valentine day brunch. Had great time. Highly recommend for special occasion
The food was fantastic and our glasses were never empty. Tony took amazing care of us and would def go back!
Good food; very good service. Brunch line was a little smaller than I thought from online reviews but while expensive, especially since they raised prices for Superbowl weekend, it was worth it. Where else in VEGAS can you get unlimited lobster tails and champagne for $110? And good Prime Rib; filet was ok (nothing to write home to momma about) and rest of food was good. But bring your appetite or get your drink on because otherwise it ain't worth the price.....LOL Nice touch was singing waiter for a birthday celebrant at our table.
