    What a great needle in the haystack. Being from Dallas and staying in the Simpsonville area I was drawn to the Southern Food shown on Yelp. I was not disappointed. In fact I can say it’s a top “go to” spot now while in the area. Waiter was especially helpful in selecting a red wine that was not on the menu and the Mountain River Trout which was not on the menu either. Topped it off with my favorite dessert Crème Brûlée and it was as good as I’ve ever had. Huge kudos to Stella’s.

    Hesitant at first, but delightfully pleased by the tastes and combinations offered at Stella’s. The food was delicious and the service excellent and personable. I had the Salmon, my wife had the half-Chicken and my son had the NY Strip. We all found everything tasty and the portions were perfect. Definitely will go back again.

    I have gone to Stella’s a couple of times and each time I have gone I have not been disappointed! The food is amazing, atmosphere very private. My husband and I always go on our anniversary or birthday.

    This is my absolute favorite local restaurant in Simpsonville.The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Simpsonville. #Farm to Table

    Brunch was very good again. We were pleased with the service. However wait staff and .manager felt we were not greeted promptly and sent biscuits and the delicious jam. Not necessary but great customer service!

    Our server was very nice and timely. She got our orders correct. Our issue was with the food and drink. My husband ordered an old fashioned – a classic. It was extremely watered down and tasteless. The pour was standard, the other elements of the drink were severely lacking. The crushed ice made it taste like it had been sitting for ages before being brought to the table. We both ordered New York Strip. They were extremely tough and poorly flavored. The entire plate was brown in flavor and color. The zucchini was unbelievably spicy – inedible. The potatoes were over seasoned and far to salty. We also started with a cup of tomato bisque which tasted like spaghetti sauce from a jar, and we ordered focaccia with garlic confit and tomato butter. The bread was rock hard, and the garlic was 5 small pieces, one of which wasn't enough for a piece of bread. Lastly, many things brought to the table had torn off strips of old menus to prevent things from sliding. These pieces came into contact with food, and this practice seems very unhygienic! You can't clean paper, and who knows who else touched it. The meal, even without the cocktail, was $125 and entirely not worth it.

Positive or negative, we always appreciate that, and I certainly apologize that you and your husband didn't enjoy your experience Saturday night. As far as some of your specific thoughts, I know I spoke to your husband about his cocktail not being up to par, and I did speak to our bartender about that feedback. We should have been more timely in getting that to your husband, which I think contributed to it tasting watered down. I also gave your feedback on our soup, house focaccia bread basket and ny strips to our chefs and only wish that we'd been giving the opportunity to correct this during the meal when we checked how everything was. We wish you'd give us another try, but thank you again for letting us know how we can improve!

    Run… Do not walk to this place!!! Literally one of the best meals of my life and I am a foodie. What an incredible experience all the way around. I am so glad that we found this place and we gave it a try. We came for a concert but the food was the best part of the trip!

    Gina reached out to me during the day the day of the reservation. This was after two emails to confirm and a text. I asked Gina if she could possibly get flowers for the occasion since it was my wife’s birthday. She said she couldn’t do it. Called me back two minutes later and told me she would take care of it. The food was great. The environment was lovely and the price was very reasonable definitely recommend definitely going back

    The ambiance is spectacular! The hostess was wonderful. The server was having an off day maybe? She seemed totally out of it. She did not remember simple things and at the end gave my to go box to the other person in our party. There were only two of us at the table. I had said no to ketchup when ordering the steak and frites and the menu said it came with Stella/s steak sauce which I said out loud to the serve upon ordering that no ketchup please as I will like the steak sauce it says it comes with. Order was given to me without steak sauce and then she acted like that was a first request. I will go again and give a different server a try because it is a beautiful setting! Food was great! Service is what makes dining out the whole package.

    5:30 pm reservation. Good waitress. Not very knowledgeable about both food and wine. Special of snapper lacked flavor. Better today as leftover with more lemon and seasoning for vegetables at home with white balsamic glaze. Wanted 2nd bottle of Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc; none chilled. 55 Chardonnay seriously overpriced Some of your other wines are overpriced. Especially Red Newt. Had it last year @ $60. Red Newt owner a few months later when I was there shocked at your price. This is our 4-5th time in over 6 years. Does not rise to one of our favorites. $270 for 2 burger plates and 2 snapper specials, 2 wines, no dessert or coffee very high. FYI, this was our choice for our closest friends from South America. Disappointing, you have the best ingredients for sure but not delivered very well.
