One of my favorite brunch places!!! The avocado toast and deviled eggs are my go to but I’ve tasted the pancakes, tacos, and chicken and waffles which are all DELICIOUS.

WONDERFUL SERVICE, GREAT DRINKS, amazing atmosphere! Management has is figured out... most hotel bars usually let me down with overpriced drinks and okay service... not the case here. 10/10 would recommend for date night, parents dinner, GNO, happy hour or just stopping in for a quick bite. You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing Valentine Day special Chateaubriand au Jus with amazingly tender and perfectly cooked tenderloin. Service was exceptional and the Special Old Fashioned was OK not any better than a regular Old Fashioned but we had a perfect hot tottie with Jameson.

We’re visiting from CA and were amazed by everything! The staff was amazing and super friendly. We ordered the avocado toast, chicken and waffles and had a mimosa carafe. Food was delicious, I strongly recommend it.

This restaurant is in a hotel. My husband does not like eating in hotels, so he was unhappy with this choice. The food was good but the menu choices were rather limited. Also we sat outside for health reasons, but unfortunately in downtown Austin there is a lot of construction, and also homeless people who approach you while you are eating.

The restaurant was empty. Our reservation was at 7:00, but that’s not all that early anymore since most places close at 9/10. Was “seat yourself” service in the bar area only, which was mostly high-tops. We did get one of two low tops. Biggest disappointment was very limited menu. Only three starters, which was disappointing as I’d probably prefer to share a few small plates. The Mains were limited also. I ordered the short rib and it was quite tasty. We had the Brussels sprouts starter. My date had the steak frites and asked if she could sub a veggie for the fries. The options were limited to sweet potato purée, or sautéed zucchini. The food was well prepared and tasted great. So biggest issue I guess was “dead restaurant” (must be a reason? Thursday night.). And very limited menu. Maybe it’s just covid?

This was a date night dinner. The food, service and value were great! It was not the most romantic of places but it was very clean and friendly. We both had steak frites and it was delicious. Often times the steak is a little bit tough but not here. There was nice char on the outside but the interior was medium as we ordered. Huge amount of frites, more than I could finish but my husband took care of some of that. We enjoyed ourselves and would be happy to go there again.

Went for weekend brunch. Deviled eggs were great. Menu price points are a high for food quality. Definitely the pricey for the overhead. Overall good place for occasion or meet up with friends.

Everything was fine. Burger was a salty. Deviled eggs saved the meal. So good. Service was just fine. Ambiance is okay; great for work or a quiet meal. Menu is a bit small but there are great options. Choose wisely.

Good food, nice ambiance. Unfortunately it was a cold night and the climate in the restaurant was super cold. Although we asked the wait staff several times to please consider turning on the heat (we could feel the AC vents blowing cool air) we were told "unfortunately it's not an easy process to adjust the climate control" What????
Nevertheless it was so cold we were forced to eat with our coats on. We also noticed the majority of the restaurant patrons were also wearing their coats as well. Try dining while wearing a heavy coat...it's not a pleasant experience.

Food is good, but not worth the prices in my opinion.

Great experience! We went on Christmas Day and service was a 10 out of 10! Food was amazing as well.

Came for Christmas day brunch, no special menu; ordered from their breakfast/brunch menu which was fine for us. We enjoyed the chicken and waffles and the American breakfast. Lots of customers enjoying brunch after opening presents or strolling a quiet Downtown.

Great experience overall and they were very accommodating for our pup as well. However, beyond the deliciousness and supreme presentation of their signature dinner plate (short rib), I must say that I appreciate their wine and bar pricing. It is refreshing to not see a venue up-charging 300% or more for wine and spirits. We are usually not a “bottle table” but when they are happy to offer a $50 bottle of wine for $75, that deserves patronage. Also, high end bourbons pours for just a little more than what your local liquor store scalper is charging... pretty epic when served by great hosts in downtown Austin.

We had a friend stay at the hotel and et up for brunch. It was over priced brunch as expected. The overall food was great. Bummed they so of their signature food items like the Blue Berry French Toast and their Stellquillas.

This place is known for their biscuits. Well worth it.

We did Thanksgiving dinner there and it was beautifully executed. Excellent service and food!

Great place. Will only enhance the salad that was made. Seem very simple. Not for $$$ amount that was paid. Service was amazing.

Thanksgiving food came out warm. The turkey which was fried was dry. The stuffing was dry and cool. It was unfortunate. We would have asked our server however she was busy off talking with others :(

Excellent food & service! Highly recommend!

This was the second time trying this restaurant. And unfortunately the second time did not redeem the first time. Our friends had to have her meal comped because the chicken taste like cafeteria food. The drinks took A long time to arrive… And the menu does not have a lot of variety. The biscuits and the brussels sprouts were very good. And the wait staff and service was very good. We would not recommend the food.

Limited brunch items killed our vibe. Very few options for non meat eaters.

Abby was the sweetest and and provided great service.

Was there again on Thursday. Will be back again soon.

We celebrated our friend’s 30th birthday at Stella San Jac and it was the BEST experience the 3 of us have ever had! Tyler was a wonderful waiter and took very good care of us and we cannot thank him enough! The mimosas were amazing & we enjoyed our brunch very much!! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this exquisite experience again! Thank you Tyler & Stella San Jac for helping us make our dear friend’s birthday memorable!! ❤️
