First time here and would willingly return when next in Nashua.
The food was artfully prepared, creative and very, very tasty.
I enjoyed the fact that I could talk with others around the table.
Would not recommend this restaurant for larger parties.
Stella Blu is one of my favorite restaurants in Nashua. The food is delicious, and the servers are excellent! I love sharing plates with a friend so that we get to taste a variety of selections.
Stella is located in downtown Nashua. There is metered street parking outside the restaurant, but the street out front is (1) way. There is additional parking on main street and (2) garages within easy walking distance. Garages are free after 5pm on weekdays.
The bar area is narrow and while empty when we arrived, there was barely room to pass through to the exit when we left. Dining tables are around back behind the bar. Setting is intimate thought a little tight also. There is a decent array of drinks and martinis to choose from. Nothing really stood out to me as super special though. The food was amazing! Highly recommend this place for the food. Service was decent though a little slow. Ambiance would have been great, but there was live music and it was so loud it made conversation difficult and ruined the romantic/intimate setting. I suggest eating early to avoid both the crowded bar scene as well as the live music.
Food is always delicious . Great spot to relax over dinner and drinks and enjoy a night out.
We can always count on Stella Blu for a fun evening with great food and service. This last visit was no exception. Their martinis and other drinks were great as usual and we shared small plates. We especially loved the thai chicken wraps. Even though the restaurant/bar was packed the service was prompt and friendly. And we really enjoyed the band, Wooden Soul- very energetic. We hope to be back again soon!
We happened to go on a weekend with a limited menu, even wit the limitations it was very good and still had a good amount of choices.
Food and drinks were delicious, as usual. Service was a little slow, but very friendly and helpful. Always a great place to go to enjoy good food. Salted caramel crunch dessert donuts are a must have!
Fun lively atmosphere; enjoyed the live music and there was a variety f Tapas to choose from!
We enjoyed all of the food we ordered except the tuna taco. It was raw and cold (it was supposed to be like this) but I didn't like it. The server politely took it off the bill. It would also be great to see more vegetarian options on both the gluten free and standard menu. I would definitely return.
There was a group of us and we all loved our food from the appetizer to the dessert! Very delicious
I had an awesome time with my girlfriend here on Valentines Day! We were both very pleasantly surprised how good it all turned out - the food was absolutely the best like the lobster mac and cheese was totally heaven in a bowl! The waitress was super friendly and caring. The atmosphere and location were perfect! Definitely a 5/5 or better and it is rare for me to give those!
Server was super nice and we enjoy our early valentine’s day dinner.
Love the gluten free menu!
My husband and I have dined at Stella Blu before and have loved it. We decided to bring our friends there last Saturday to celebrate one of their birthdays. I conveniently made a reservation online and that was great. The food was phenomenal, but the service was just average. Our waiter was friendly, but obviously very busy and not as attentive as he could have been. We ran out of drinks a few times, waited for our check for awhile, etc. Our waiter also mentioned that he (the restaurant) would buy my friends dessert, as it was her birthday. However, the dessert (molten lava cake) showed up on the bill AND they forgot to bring the ice cream out with the dessert. We brought the lack of ice cream to our waiter’s attention and waited 10 min for it to be brought out to our table. We also ordered 2 servings of Kobe beef sliders (2 per order) and the plate came out with only 3 sliders on it. We ended up paying for 2 full priced orders of sliders, as well as the dessert, as we were concerned that any change to the bill would have taken longer than it was worth. Overall, this place was great, and the food was great. We were a little irritated at the lack of attention and the little bit of extra money we had to spend due to a few oversights by the waitstaff, however we will return, although perhaps only on weeknights.
food was really good here also drink where well made and very strong good place to go and get a quick bite of different little plates. I would definitely return.
Excellent experience. Great food, service, and atmosphere.
Delicious first dining experience here! Nashua is stepping up their game and Stella Blu delivered! Will definitely be back for more awesome tapas -- the pork sliders with jalepeno-cheddar cornbread (gluten free) was to die for! Even my friends who don't have an allergy were veryyyy impressed with the taste!
Overall I really enjoyed SB. A little noisy for a large group, had a hard time with conversation. Smaller group (4 - 6) would be great. Setting was ideal and overall ambience was pleasant.
Food was excellent and they had a nice bariety of beer, not too many on tap though. I am looking forward to returning with my SO again soon. Few folks had martinis and raves about them.
Love this place-always a good meal, so many choices!
Both our food and our server was great. I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating
Loved everything - from the ambience to the food & service. Amazing job! Will definitely return.
Stella Blu has a variety of options on their tapas menu, which is great. I liked the two things I ordered for myself. The mac and cheese was good. The Brussels sprouts were fine... the ones I make at home are better, which was disappointing. The cocktails were very good.
We gathered here for tapas New Year’s Eve. Food was incredibly good. Specialty drinks, superb. Our waitress Ann was great, personable and extremely helpful. Definitely going back, again and again.
Food was excellent! We tried many dishes and were happy with them all. The noise level was a little high for our taste but it was an enjoyable evening. We'll be back
Our server was attentive and very responsive. The gluten free menu worked for one of our guests. Noise level is a little high, but sitting in the back a bit away from the band helps.
Nice ambience. Vibrant bar. Ok food
The food as always was fantastic! Unfortunately our waitress was less than stellar, she seemed unable to deal with all the tables she was waiting on. One table actually got up and got their own silverware and plates. We usually have Jillian as our waitress who is awesome but she was working the bar so we unfortunately got stuck with someone else. I’m glad the food was so good or we might question coming back due to the service.
Over 50% of what we ordered was not correct. The description on the menu was entirely different than what they were serving. Our server was not attentive or available most of the time. It was a busy evening in town so thinking that was part of the reason for poor service and poor quality food.
Our party of four was promptly seated; all the items we ordered were well prepared and tasty. Been there before and will go again!
A small group of us went out to celebrate a birthday! Everyone was extremely friendly! Great food and atmosphere! There was live music and lots of food! We are definitely headed back soon! (Do yourself a favor... try the doughnuts for dessert! You won’t regret it! 😉)
American tapas, what a treat! Small plates for sharing. Many faves-middle eastern plate, albondigas, grilled Caesar, eggplant rollatini. Great beer and wine selection, lively buzz.
Awesome experience as always! Staff is wonderful.
Waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. Food was amazing and would recommend going for a fun night.
Excellent!! Great restaurant and delicious food! Will be back!
We always enjoy coming here, whether it's just the 2 of us or with family and friends. We can eat and enjoy the wonderful food. We're never there late enough for the music. But, from the bits I've heard, will have to make time to come back to listen. Sounded very nice.
Menu sounds good but food is mediocre. Sliders were the best item. Thai chicken lettuce wrap were meh and garlic chipotle shrimp tasteless.
Stella Blu is always a great spot for tapas and drinks. There is live music on weekends, the food and drinks are always wonderful, and the service is great.
Took my husband here for dinner before the symphony for his birthday. We ordered a cheese/meat platter, crab cakes and Spanish meatballs. The cheese and meat were very good, but what they billed as "artisan" crackers seemed nothing more than water crackers you can buy in any store. We both really liked the Spanish meatballs, and crab cakes were quite good. I'm not the best judge of these, however, because I'm not a big fan of any crab cake, but since it was hubby's birthday I let him choose everything. Our server had a very delightful way about her, and she was very attentive. It was early on a Saturday (5:30) and I felt the music coming from the speakers was way too loud for a less busy time and less than crowded time. Overall though, it was a good experience and we both agree that we will go back again.
