We had a great date night there last night. Everything was fantastic, food was fresh, tasty and delicious. The drinks were also very good. Soooo glad the Wood Fired Pizza is back on the menu, we missed it so much and last bight we were finally happy to get it again. Our server Maggie was super nice, friendly and on point with everything. Everyone else was very pleasant. Excellent service all around at this restaurant, as per usual. Thank you for making our special night out pleasant and memorable. We'll be back soon.

So happy that the pizza is back. We each had pizza and started with sourdough bread. So good! Service was excellent. My only issue is the small round table. There's just not enough room on it for 2 people, food and drinks. But our server was great about clearing plates etc as soon as we finished. So it made it much easier.

The restaurant had a great ambience to it. We went for brunch and the food was delicious. We ordered avocado toast with breakfast potatoes and a BLT with fries. The biggest problem was the service and length of time it took to get our food. It took around 30 minutes from when we ordered to when our food came. It seems like a mistake was made or something forgotten because many tables around us that ordered after us got their food before ours. The server was pretty nonexistent as well after he took our order. After half the food was brought he checked on us, apologized for the delay and went to get the rest of the food. Never came back to check to see how the food was or refill waters.

Hello Kristie, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry that we missed the mark on you service on Sunday, there is no excuse for inattentive and slow service. I have processed a refund for your meal on Sunday, and you will shortly receive an e-gift card via email in order to give us another try, on us, if you would be open to that. We do hope you choose to dine with us again. Thank You.

Last time we wrote we suggested the portions were small and the prices high. Lsst night the portions were reasonablt sized and consodering that we didnt order any side dishes our bill was fair. Its still very pricey. The service team generally performs well but our actual waiter was very polite but not attentive. It took me forever tp get hos attention to get some extra lemons for my appetizer and on other occasiosn he just was not on his game. Finally at 6:00 pm on a Friday they had sold out of the 3 orders of chicken wings they had on hand for Friday night..... Steel ad Rye is a big place and I now it takes a lot of managment anfd professuonalism to make it go smoothly. Our experience as so for a pretty expensive place in an area where theres lots of competition...

We went for an early Sunday dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. The restaurant was relatively quiet, but the waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. Our table was very cool for a part of five - an oval of wood that combined the best of a round and a rectangular table. The flavor of the appetizers and meals was wonderful - complex and nuanced and really flavorful - as was the signature cocktail we tried. Our three teenage boys thought that the portion sizes should have been a bit larger on the appetizers and main courses, but my wife and I were satisfied. Overall, we were very pleased and had an enjoyable meal. We would definitely recommend and will be sure to go back again this Summer.

My husband and I had a nice time but unfortunately we will not be returning anytime soon. We felt the bill was too expensive for what we got.
