Steakhouse 85 Ratings and Reviews
The service, the decor, the food -- all were excellent. The noise level was a little too high but there were a lot of people that came when the shows ended so that, doubled with the band, became too much to hear each other. That would be the only small complaint. Everything else was wonderful.
The service was great and the food was really good. But I did talk with someone earlier in the day to confirm the reservation and I had asked about having balloons at the chair for my daughter's birthday. The person I spoke with said I wouldn't have to drop any off, that they could put some there, but the person did not say it would be a $20 charge to do so. That is a very high charge for something that sounded like just a nice gesture on the phone. Had I known about this charge I would have dropped my own balloons off, as I had suggested in my reservation. I think you need to inform you customers more of that charge as it would have deterred me from having the restaurant take care of that, and seeing it for the first time on the bill was a shocker. An additional $20 seemed outrageous for something I could have done for $5. I appreciate it, but I didn't appreciate not knowing there would be such a high charge for it. Other steakhouses do not charge for this type of service, but if you must, inform the customer and please make it reasonable, or have tiers of options for different budgets.
Amazing food, service and overall experience. The Delmonico Steak along with lobster risotto was unforgettable. Can’t wait to return to try out the other grass fed steaks they offer specifically the tomahawk. Ask for the steak presentation if it’s your first time so that you can make an informed choice with the solid options they offer.
Our waiter was not very friendly. We ordered medium for one of the steaks but it came to our table well done. Our waiter never came back to check on us, so we ate it only because we were hungry and had to get to a show. When he brought us our check, he asked if everything was okay. I told him about the steak and he didn't say or do anything about it.
The service was great, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The food was amazing. The bacon appetizer was great. Wife got the stuffed pork chop which was huge and cooked perfectly. The tomahawk steak was amazing as well. All in all the entire dinner was great. Can’t wait to go back again.
went there before a show, so we were in a little rush however the service was excellent. not rushed and we got out in plenty of time. we didnt have time to look at dessert but from what i saw at other tables they looked excellent.
the food we did have was also excellent. we had the filet and lobster tail. both were great.
as sides we had the lobster risotto, which was also excellent as was the sauteed spinach.
