Sant Jordi de ses Salines Restaurants

We visited Jul's on the first night of service after they reopened for the season. Aside from one or two teething problems with the waiting staff communicating with the kitchen, our experience was great. The setup is beautiful, and both food and drinks were exceptional. Moreover, the staff's passion really shone through; a special mention for Alexis and his cocktail creations which utilise homegrown ingredients - my partner described his twist on a paloma as the best she's ever had. We can't wait to visit the London branch when it opens later this year!

Thanks to the whole team for giving us a memorable night. We loved everything; the food, the staff the ambience. We’ll see you again soon!
