We both left the table feeling full and with a box for the cakes we couldn’t manage, to take home. We had the choice of where to sit. We decided to sit outside, which, with the lovely sunny weather we are having was perfect. The table and chairs were comfortable and had a parasol to keep the sun off us if we wanted. There was a cushion and a throw for if the weather cooled. A nice touch I thought. Our waitress was very friendly but respectful. Once given our afternoon tea, she didn’t bother us again, except to ask if all was well. We would highly recommend Doddington Hall afternoon tea. We will go again.
