Lovely food, lovely restaurant space. Service was great. We will go back again!!

One of our favorite spots in Carlow, consistent and good for any group size. The service is very attentive, the tapas are delicious and the atmosphere is lovely.

We ordered a selection of small bites (tapas style) from the menu. All were delicious and the staff were more than happy to bring them out as they were ready which was great. It was a quiet evening but the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend Frank's for a few small delicious dishes and a couple of glasses of wine. A really enjoyable evening.
