As a former CM employee with over 8 years of employment, I can appreciate how remarkable it is to see someone who genuinely loves their job and excels in their role. He helped to make our day special. The food, phenomenal. My wife had Spanish Shrimp, Lobster Bisque and Crab Cakes. I chose Mussels, Hungarian Mushroom Soup and the Flatiron Surf and Turf. Everything was 5 star from presentation to taste. Our desert, Cannoli’s for her and Crème Brûlée for him were provided free of charge in honor of our anniversary. In closing I would like to again mention Alexander. Thanks for the fun and special evening you helped to provide.
