The founders of the renowned, three times Michelin award-winning El Turco restaurant are proud to announce the grand opening of their newest venture, Oliva, located in the heart of Miami. Combining the rich culinary traditions of Turkey, the Aegean, and the Balkans, Oliva offers a refined yet approachable dining experience for locals and visitors alike. Oliva by El Turco is a traditional Turkish restaurant, known for its wide selection of flavorful mezes, expertly crafted cocktails, and perfectly grilled kebabs, including Adana, Chicken Shish, and Doner Kebab. Seafood lovers will delight in the restaurant’s standout grilled fish offerings, such as Dorado and Bronzini, hailed as some of the best in Miami. The vibrant atmosphere at Oliva is enhanced with live DJ entertainment during lunch and dinner on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Weekdays feature dinner service starting at 5:30 pm, with a lively happy hour showcasing signature Turkish-inspired cocktails from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
