Awesome customer service and our food was amazing. One lady in particular kept coming back to play with my daughter, which was keeping her in stitches, she had the best customer service I’ve seen in the food industry in a long time!

What a gem, has been there for 4 years and we had no absolutely idea. We are local, I wish we had known sooner. Everything was outstanding. I booked online at 4pm for 6pm that evening and asked for a quiet table. Booking confirmed and we were tucked away in a quiet corner. Perfect! The staff were fantastic, very friendly and attentive and great service. Plenty of parking underneath building The food was incredible, every dish was full of flavour, fresh and scrumptious, presentation was great too. Husband and I shared the crispy king prawns for entree, main we shared Nasi Goreng and Crying Tiger and for dessert shared the fried ice cream - what a showstopper, we have never had fried ice cream like that before. Yum, yummy and yummo - all of it It is on the pricier side but the food, the service and the ambience of restaurant is all worth it. Upmarket, relaxed atmosphere, there were lots of tables and larger tables/groups, but could still easily talk, wasn’t bright and loud, had a lovely ambience We will return and try other dishes, told our friends (who are locals too and they hadn’t heard of it either). By the time we left restaurant was quite full, so no doubt very popular. We couldn’t fault it and how refreshing to find a good restaurant that just gets it right. Returning customers and always a pleasure dining at Russo's...although it is better to dine on Fridays when it is 2 for 1 deal...however the meals are tasty & fresh but slightly expensive for a small portion

I love the quiet spacious chilled ambiance. Staff should smile a little bit more though. Otherwise food was good!
