The atmosphere of this restored old building is super. We were seated on the main floor with a very nice live musician playing, creating a great ambiance. We were promptly greeted & seated, then served by a server that took very good care of us. We got to look at the Speakeasy downstairs which was amazing, with a full bar and free pool and games. The owner is doing a great job. We went over since it was next to the hotel and close, and was excellent! We had a difficult time picking our meal since there were so many good options. My wife really liked her dragon tails, and my Idaho trout was excellent. Andres was our server, and he was great. He was friendly, checked back often, brought refills without being asked and pre bussed the table. Also, the food runners DID NOT aution off the food, which is normally what happens. Just goes to show it's not hard to give good service, just lazy for not. The prices are not bad, and they do add a 2% credit card fee. The quality and quantity satisfied and we had no complaints. There is usually a wait for weekend nights, so booking preferred seating via the open table app had us seated perfectly on time...to the dismay of many people who had been waiting for some time. Overall, this chain is on par for a great meal that is a refreshing change over other chains in the area.
