The Charlesworth Restaurant & Hotel is a charming, historical restaurant and hotel located on the Delaware Bay in Fortescue, New Jersey. This historical landmark was founded in 1924 by Ruella Charlesworth and recently purchased by Syboll, Julian Krady (Chef) and Amy Munger Grabfelder. We are located on the water with a spacious upper and lower deck to enjoy the bay view and our legendary sunsets. We offer fine dining to locals and people who travel from all over the country to experience our Chef Julian Krady's fresh takes on classic dishes and desserts. We hear on a daily basis this the best food I have ever ate. We are extremely proud of that. Our host Syboll is known throughout the world as one of the most entertaining and warm hearted people. Amy Munger Grabfelder brings with her 30 plus years of customer service experience and has a genuine love for people that can be felt by all who meet her.
