Pietà Restaurants

There is a Radici in Upstate New York that I frequent whenever I’m up at my brothers house. When I saw hour sign I HAD to dine there. Fabulous

In general was nice and most of the staff was very caring. Food was good. The only issue was when we arrived - while booking online I chose outside and I wrote in comments - next to the sea. As comment might not be respected due to the previous bookings (I booked 1 day in advance), they offered us indoor sitting claiming that they called me 3x earlier. I had one missed call, which I returned after 3 minutes and wasn’t answered. No reason to lie about calling 3x. However the very kind gentleman from staff stepped in and sorted out our sitting outside - not next to the sea but still better than inside and took care of us very well. Maybe the lady needs more training.

Beautiful food and the deck in the sunshine is perfect for those of us who crave the sun! The team are all super friendly and helpful regarding the portions and are happy to have you share dishes so you can experience a bit more! It's a bit confusing when you try and book as it sends you to the intercontinental hotel website - they own it and the Lubelli restaurant upstairs so definitely worth a visit. :0

We had a fantastic time loved everything all the staff were brilliant friendly and very helpful food was fresh tasty and hot. The thunderstorms effect was great my grandson loved it’s and all the animals hidden in the rainforest. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning
