Great quality food, fabulous ambience, very knowledgable staff about the dishes and the wine. The wine itself was a bit expensive, £49 for a bottle, the same on the high street is £20, shame really that the customer gets taken advantage of in the restaurant trade in general. That said and done, we did have lovely food and we would return.

The place was quieter than our previous visit but still a good atmosphere. There were three of us and we had Chilli Squid and Whitebait to start. The squid was great with a very good sauce, the whitebait was a bit ordinary. We had Sirloin Steaks which were excellent and well cooked and the other main was Roast Cauliflower which was good but a bit dry. The service was very friendly and efficient. Overall we like this pub and will definitely go again.

Very enjoyable evening with all the family. Good was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful.

Really nice food, sirloin roast and burgers were fantastic. Friendly staff. Could do with more puddings on offer. Little pricey on the cans of beer.
